I brought my 10 year-old for a blood draw here yesterday - highly recommend. He (and I) were nervous. We had some bad experiences with blood draws when he was little. The technician, Yolanda, was kind, confident and quick. My son barely felt the needle. Will definitely come here again if we need any more lab work.

When I arrived, no one was at the reception. Four of us were already waiting. Until someone (patient) came out of the lab and I heard a ladys voice.Her name is Cherry Jones. She went back to the reception desk and called my name. She let me wait inside the lab while she assisted the other two patients. She returned to me and took me to a cubicle, then she assisted the next patient to the other cubicle, and the same with the third patient. She smiles while she took my weight, height, and blood pressure. She works underpressure. I cant help to ask for her name so she can be regonized by her excellent work.After my appointment, I told my wife to go there too while Cherry is still at work. So, she can experience a nice service she made for me.I hope everyone in the LabCorp would have an ethusiastic employee like her.

Ulanda was amazing (2 weeks ago) I have difficult veins to find, she was done in seconds. Ok just had mine done again!!! I got Ulanda !! Thank you again.

The worst experienced and rudest person I have encountered. No manners and no compassion. The front desk staffs are not qualified to be in that position. Never ever ever again I will step on that door. I will let others know.

I went first thing this morning on a Monday and no one was there. YaLonda took care of me. VERY sweet and friendly.

This was staffed by the rudest person I have met in a medical facility. She was making sure everyone in the waiting room knew she was the only one there and that the wait would be very long. There is a right way and a rude way to achieve this. When I tried to ask if that also applied to people with an appointment she was very dismissive.I asked if coming back later would help and the response was If I call you and and your not here then you miss out . I was just trying to lighten the load she obviously couldnt handle. I work in a customer service industry and am a business owner here in Laurel and could never survive treating people the way this woman was. I then tried to call another Labcorp in Laurel to see if they were running any better as I had fasted for my blood work and was hung up on! So needless to say I will never use a Labcorp again.

Went a couple of times. Extremely, rude, irresponsible and non professional staff. Dont expect even theyre going to greet you. Lady didnt know how to draw kids blood and she was experiencing at my two years daughter making a couple of wholes in her body. It was very painful for us as a parents.

Its right inside my doctors office. Very convenient for me. And its clean the phlebotomist is súper good at she does and pain free. And for me; anyone who hates needles and getting your blood drawn this is the place. I also like that theres a privacy curtain. Professional and nice ☺..

They took me at the last minute on a Friday before a 3 day weekend. My veins are a hard stick but Yolanda got me in one painless stick.

Wow, Im a big baby. Ive been avoiding getting my blood drawn like the plauge.Every other LabCorp it becomes a huge ordeal.Today I was in and out in 5 minutes, and the woman did a wonderful job. I didnt pass out or anything.Next time Im coming straight here.

Ullanda was our amazing tech. She was friendly, professional and efficent. She drew my 11 yo daughters labs with no drama! Our wait time was minimal on a Friday morning. We had a great first experience!

This place is an absolute diaster and a lawsuit waiting to happen. The waiting room is dirty and the automated check in process is horrible. The process takes everyone about 10-15 minutes to complete along with only having one check in station makes the process horrible with a line out the door. The people behind the desk were doing nothing and practically dozing off. Probably because they cant get any work done because it takes forever to check in.If you are a medical professional reading this, please create your own competing business to wipe this business off the face of the Earth. HORRIBLE!For note, I left the appointment that was scheduled and I will be finding an alternative. I do not trust this company.

First experience with LabCorp. I had a 9am appointment, was done by 915.

One employee and 13 patients waitting for over 2.5 hours. Even drop off only the wait time was 40 minutes. Hire more employees!!

Very poor telephone , fax and professional services. Need a thorough investigation of work flow to avoid lab errors!!!!
