Called for an estimate to trim my trees and never received a call back from them, very disappointed

I have been using First Choice Tree Service for over 20 years. We love our trees and they treat them the same way. They dont believe in pollarding, as other tree trimming companies utilize to save time and money, which ultimately stresses and damages the tree. The crew they sent out are always courteous and professional. Their clean-up is perfect. I highly recommend them.

I had to have a dead tree removed in my front yard. I got several estimates before choosing First Choice Tree Service. The estimate was so reasonable that I also had the stump grind as well. The office staff was more than helpful. They practically scheduled us right away. The crew did an outstanding job. They were super professional. Wow, FCT did a great job trimming my trees, very professional and explained what and why they were trimming the trees, would refer them to everyone.

Had them cut down 9 large pine trees. They did an amazing job. Very professional. Cleaned the area and the price was not only competitive with other companies I got estimates from, it passed my expectations. Fast service, too. I would highly recommend to anyone for tree cutting and trimming needs.

They are so disorganized, have such a large turn over - they contradict each other and their billing department needs help. Veronica is the rudest CFO I have ever encountered and her counterpart Angie is the same. They both need a course in customer service. I believe they are in the state of panic and are scrambling which is sad. I will be having another local company come trim this year.

This company quoted me over $500 to re-stake a small tree! What a joke! I had it done for only $30 by another company and it only took them 15 minutes! I can only imagine how much they over charge their other customers.
