Starting with a totally informative and enjoyable call to Christen in the office to a seamless estimate to a great crew doing the job including Frank the owner (who still shows his prowess with a chain saw) I can’t remember a better experience with this kind of situation, I was skeptical at first since the estimate was a few hundred dollars less out of three estimates and we were looking at a job in a $5k range it simply tuned out I was working with a reasonable and honest company!

Frank is excellent to work with. He understood my needs and scheduled the work quickly within my time frame. The crew came on time and performed the work quickly leaving the place clean of debris. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Nevada Tree Service did an absolutely superb job trimming and shaping my out-of-control mesquite tree. A mesquite tree must be trained to be a tree and not a bush, and Nevada Tree Service will be doing the training of the mesquite tree in my front yard from now on.

I can say this service was done at my daughter Lauras home that I also reside at. I called Kristen and she was a GEM. So sweet and understanding to my ISSUE.Frank and John were also great to work with.The crew showed up to trim 4 Mexican palm trees and it was extreamly hot out and they were so perfessional at their job. They were the real deal. About 5 guys showed up with two enormous trucks. The thirty year old tree was gone in 20 min. They cleaned up and were even conscientious of my dog. I will use them again

The free estimate was the best by far and the work scheduled and completed within a weeks time. The job was completed quickly and professionally with a thorough cleanup. I will continue using Nevada Tree Service in the future. Be aware a 3% surcharge for using a credit card but all types of payment are accepted upon billing.

I hired Nevada Tree Service based on the strength of their reviews. I needed to have three palm trees cut down to stumps in my back yard. From Kristen and Frank in the office, to John the arborist/estimator, and the four workers to came to do the job, everyone was extremely professional and did a great job for a very fair price. The guys who did the actual tree removal were done in less than two hours and left the area as clean as possible with very minimal debris left behind. Very happy with my experience!

Ive lived in Las Vegas for about 5 years now and prior to finding Nevada Tree Service would just look for phone numbers on the sides of trucks doing work within my neighborhood. Typically theyd quote without looking at the property and usually come in around the quoted price but timing and follow-through was an issue and 6 months later when I needed service again were nowhere to be found. Frank, the owner of Nevada Tree Service, makes it a point to ensure an on-site review is conducted, follows up with phone calls and emails, and his crews are timely, professional, do an outstanding job (if my wifes happy with how the African Sumac looks post-trim, its an outstanding job), and follow up to assess my satisfaction with the service. I recommend them, will continue to use them, and should have posted this review after the first time, but better late than never.

I love these guys! They do wonderful work, they are fast and they clean up before they leave so that you can’t even tell they’d been there except for the fact your tree is trimmed. Have a desert willow which needed pruning and I called the wonderful people at Navarro’s Tree Service and they came right out and trimmed the tree just enough - if you have a tree problem call them the workers were very polite and focused on their work and they cleaned the whole yard when they were done - they were a pleasure. And I would not hesitate to call them again and I highly recommend Navarro’s Tree Service.

Miscommunication! I asked my 7 trees be trimmed on top, shape the canopy. The proposal said trim. I assumed they understood my desire. Instead they thinned out my two trees before I stopped them. I was extremely upset they cut branches out of my trees. I was actually sickened they did this. I called the owner, my husband worked it out with them. Make sure you are clear on what you want, otherwise know that a trim really means cut off lots of branches.

Nevada Tree Service was great, they came and gave an appraisal, set up the appointment, and were on time and did a great job on my tree and clean up after. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair price and professional company.

They did a fabulous job of trimming a monster of a mesquite tree I had that was attacking my house. Three guys were in the tree trimming and three on the ground taking the falling branches to be ground up. Once they were done in the tree they cleaned up everything on the ground. From start to finish they were done in less than an hour. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

Thanks for the great work done on the grinding down the tree. It was very awesome to see how quick that machine you use cuts through the tree. I appreciate your team on being on time and how clean they left my yard afterwards. I will refer your company if anyone I know needs service.

These guys were great and did a fine job. Trimmed 24 pine trees and removed a huge pine tree in a tight space.

All the crew were friendly and hard workers. I was really happy with the results.

Frank, the owner, is very knowledgeable and helped us decide about taking down some old palms. He’s honest and his prices are reasonable AND he’s insured. We got an uninsured price that was just a bit lower so Frank’s prices are competitive. Make sure you know how you want the stumps taken care of; “flush” means 3 inches showing so we had our stomps ground and hit an irrigation tube despite the care that was taken by his crew. All in all, we’re very pleased with NTS. Thanks, Frank!

Weve used many tree trimming services over the year and Nevada Tree Service is by far the best. They are responsive and their work is excellent. They trees look great and they review their work with us beforehand, ensuring we are all on board before the cutting starts. Ive also never seen workers enjoy their job as much as these folks. We keep coming back as they know their trees!

Nevada Tree Service did an excellent job recently trimming a Sumac and Paloverde. I had used them a few years before and called them again for an estimate. Frank arrived right on time and I accepted his estimate for the job. Two weeks later his crew of several men did the job exactly as Frank had described it at the estimate. I am very pleased at the appearance of both trees and will definitely use this company again.

I had to cancel my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. It took 2 weeks to even get a call back to book the appointment and they were unwilling to come on a day that I was off, and insisted on a certain day. I called and cancelled the appointment. 20 min later a guy named Frank showed up on my doorstep and then started berating me for cancelling. He called my actions “pathetic” and wouldn’t accept that I couldn’t keep my appointment. I had to eventually ask him to step off of my property since he was being incredibly hostile. I can’t believe that’s how you guys conduct your business!

They gave us competitive price, came in cleaned the trees and bushes out. They blew the mess up and hauled away all debri leaving the area clean.

I have been in contact for over 3 months trying to just have a simple tree trim of a large mulberry in my front yard that is overgrown and shedding on my neighbors property. Back in May/June someone came out promptly and took the time to quote 450 for the 1 large tree and gave me info about our small pine tree possibly being removed as well as a stump removal of 150 for any additional stumps for future service. My problem is not the pricing but the fact is they refuse to schedule any appt. I just get call backs about the tree but no appt or when this service can be provided. I simply told them I wanted this service done sometime towards september and was told to call back at the beginning to get it set up which we have done already. whenever they call back there is no appt scheduled? so why are you calling me ? I inquired about credit cards and if they take them due to cash and covid etc.. the man on the other end proceeds to push oh we take cash! okay well yes cash is legal tender but seemed to dislike that there is a 3 percent fee if a card is used. meanwhile I just want my damn tree trimmed. I dont need extra phone calls and no appt!

They came when they said they would and my overgrown mesquite tree is happier than it has been in 8 years.

Nevada Tree Service came to our home for a set fee. We had 4 trees removed. We have several large trees that were nicely trimmed and some heavier limbs removed. They also cut back Evergreens and other shrubs that needed the TLC. Our property looks great!Reliable, knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Before the work day, Brian came on time and gave me an estimate which was reasonable compared to other quotes we got. Explained the process of removing palm trees, was very patient and answered all my questions explaining things I didn’t know. He was very professional and thorough. Frank, the owner, was also professional on the phone and accommodating to our schedule, even with the payment method. On the day of work 6 work men showed up on time. They worked very hard to remove six tall palm trees from my backyard. The team worked very fast and careful not to make a bigger mess or destroy anything else. Honestly, I have never seen anyone work so fast and hard in unison! They got the job done in a few hours and cleaned the area before they left. Strongly recommend!

Frank was very knowledgeable in his field. Was able to walk us through what was effecting our mulberries and give us suggestions on aftercare as well as what to plant next. Frank and his removal crew are amazing. They were punctual and professional. I had a difficult job because of numerous mature trees (ranging 30-40 feet tall) in close proximity to power lines and my house. They were very proficient and removed all 6 trees, 4 oleander bushes, and pruned my olive tree quickly. They ground down the stumps and replaced my landscaping leaving my yard looking drastically better than before they started working. I couldn’t be happier.

We have a very large pine tree in our front yard that needed some serious trimming! Frank and Brian were both very friendly and helpful on the phone and the price was very reasonable. They were able to complete the job in a very timely manner and the entire crew was courteous and professional. They were able to complete the job in only an hour and our tree looks great! They also did a great job cleaning up all the debris!

Clean up was excellent. Main office and owner Frank were responsive when I called to report fence damage. Two Italian cypress trees fell against the house, but to visible damage other than loosening the rain gutter. There are branch scratches all over the patio roof support posts from hauling the trees, in whole, too close and forcefully between the posts. I was told the Italian cypress would be taken down in sections using a ladder, to avoid contact with buildings, the pizza oven, etc. They were taken down whole and often fell against things. The job is done and after insisting they redo the stumps and a make a temporary fix the fence, it looks good. But I would not recommend because I have to do a proper fix to the fence and restain the patio support posts.

The guys that came out came to work.. They were in and out within an hour to take care 7 trees.. Absolutely recommend them!!

They came highly recommended but I was not impressed!! They ravaged one of the trees in front and you couldnt tell what they did to the trees in back! The bush in front was kinda trimmed but shouldve been cut down more. Finally, work that was discussed with David, the guy that came to inspect and provide pricing about the job, never made it to the card he left so it wasnt done and he no longer worked there! $450 wasted! Very dissatisfied and will not use them again!!

Nevada Tree Service provided a great service trimming 2 trees and grinding down a palm tree stump for us. They arrived on time and went about their business and when they left everything was perfect and they cleaned up all remnants so that you would not know they were there.

Someone came out and gave a quote. I was impressed with how quickly they took down a tree and cleaned up. I got a few quotes, and their price was on the lower side. Ive already recommended them to someone. My only complaint is that I would have liked to have been told ahead of time that they charge a fee for paying by credit card (which was illegal in the previous 2 states I lived in, so it never occurred to me to ask).

I chose the Field Service Team because all five of those guys were terrific. They were efficient and friendly. Really loved them.However, I also appreciate the quick and thorough estimate that Brian Hayes provided.
