Whatever you do never come to this business to have your taxes handled. I was offered a refund amount $320 less than what the IRS is actually GIVING ME!!! This company has my bank account info and is able to deposit it straight to my account, its making a stop in their account in order for them to collect their extra money. AFTER I paid $80 in cash, nice that the IRS is unable to track their cash right??? These people are stealing and are very quiet about it. I called to ask why the refund amount. I am receiving is different from what I am actually owed, the owner told me - fees. What fees? I was never warned I would be paying $400 for taxes. After some research their bank takes $63.95 in electronic filing fees THE CROOKS STEAL THE REST!Maybe I need to explain this a little more clearly. These folks are telling individuals you’re receiving $4,400 for your tax return! When in reality your refund is $4,720. They charge you $80 cash for their in person fee to assess your taxes and write your $4,400 return on your folder. When you would like to find out “Where’s my refund?” The $4,400 amount will not work!!!! Because the IRS is actually sending you $4,720. Martin V., the person stealing from everyone, takes $320 and pockets over 80% of the marked up fee.

Worst customer service I have encountered in my life, agent who answered the phone was rude, and not professional in the least bit. A little tip for you, before you get all rude with customers because we cannot understand what you are saying, learn to anúnciate.

Fraud. Do not go here. I paid $80 cash for getting my taxes done. They had a bank called Metabank cut me a check for $320 less than what the IRS said I should receive and then blamed it on electronic filing fees. After calling metabank the fee was only $63.95 and they sent the remaining $256.05 directly back to Nevada Tax Solutions. This is theft. DO NOT GO HERE.

Bad experience, make sure you ask if they will charge you 200 more for transaction for deposit you money to the bank when IRS never charge for direct deposit. Never going back there again, special on this situation they stilling money to out community. They will have tutoria soon by irs.

You ask something and answer curtly, use vocabulary that one does not understand. A professional simplifies things for the client, thats why you are the professional.They ONLY ACCEPT CASH, and they didnt let me know before starting the service, so when you tried to pay with my debit card, did you tell me to go to the bank? So my schedule doesnt matter. Okay.I sent them the money for Zelle, relax with my bank. He will not let me take my documents and now I have to return you until there is for them.I had been recommended to Martin, I wish I had expected him, just as you expect the same service and dedication from all employees. Im not coming back.
