They take 700 dls from youre returns.. yeah the have a good customer service but that doesnt mean that they dont still money from you.. after I read the comments here I went to check my taxes of every year that I went here and the took 700 dls from every year that I made my taxes with them plus the 80 dls that they charged... pls dont trust on this comments go and check youre taxes return papers and it says refund and mine was 7533 and they gave me a paper with the amount of 6867.15 so you guys do the math!! And this it was from every year after year ...

Weve been using Cristy for 2 years in a row, and going next year agin with her. The first time we came we thought we would be owing taxes, it came out as a result of us receiving a lot back. She goes through all your paperwork, ask questions about donations or schooling so you can get more back. We are very pleased with her

This place is amazing!! I knew coming in that I was gonna end up OWING the IRS because of how much I made and I was okay with that, I just wanted to do my taxes because they were a year late. I could not believe how much the lowered my debt with them by finding every single possible legitimate deduction. I was so happy. I will never, ever do my taxes on my own again. Leaving it to an expert, and Cristy is that expert. And her aunt or grandma, I cant remember because she helped as well because theyre a family business. Super legit. And I never leave reviews for nothing.

I feel so taken advantage of- I am a hardworking mother of 2 and would never expect someone to be this fraudulent.They gave me a typed paper with a refund amount and for the first time ever I did not receive an acceptance email from the IRS with my amount. I kept trying to check my refund status online and it said my information did not match up. I called them and they said they were having that problem with all their customers.Well the reason my information did not match up was because they took 589 out of my refund for fees after I paid them their fee of 80 in the store do file my taxes! Never once did they state my actual refund amount of that they charged me over 650 to do my taxes! All they did was type a amount on a paper which wasnt my refund at alL my refund was almost 600 more and they took it without my knowledge! I called them and tried to get answers on why I wasnt told they take fees out after I already paid them the day I filed! They hung up on me twice! I asked for my money back and they hung up again! They lied about it all- this is completely fraudulent!If you have done your taxes here I can guarantee you were owed a lot more... and if your planning on doing them here- dont!I am an intelligent professional, I always read reviews before I go somewhere! I wish there would have been a real review for this place!!!And like I previously said- I feel so taken advance of!

Fraud, dont be a victim. Dont know what theyre trying to do but stay away from this place. The refund I was supposed to get back was short then they take NO responsibility. Very shady people.

Theyll fund your taxes keep the money and make you owe they are not legit they dont help you at all take your money first time filing taxes felt like a brought a lemon as a car bad JR will take your money and avoid you cause he out there spending your money why you think they drinking nice cars off your tax money unprofessional business dont waste your time go away but here

This place is horrible they over charge in bank fees .. they dont explain fees!! They tell you the amount of ur taxes after their so called bank fees.. they lied to me and told me I didnt get earned income when I did!!! To cover up the amount they take out of check.. they charged double what HR do!!!
