I’ve had Southwest Pool and Spa out for a pair twice in the last year once for my Jacuzzi and today for my pool. The service has been outstanding I’ve had the same servicemen twice named Travis and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thank you southwest pools

Ive used Southwest Pool & Spa twice through a Home Warranty. I was nervous about not having a choice in who repaired my pool pump. But they sent Miguel and he was completely knowledgeable and quick about fixing a leaky pump. They called me in the morning and sent me the typical 2 hour window, but he called me 30 min. before he arrived so I could be home. The second time, he fixed the pump as it failed altogether (Very Old pump). He showed me a few tips on how to run my system while I was there too. I admit its nice to have them do the work through the home warranty, but I will call them for all of my pool needs from now on. Thanks guys.

If you want nightmare call SW pools... they told my insurance company that the motor burned out because of the rainwater from the roof... yes really and the unit is covered, not exposed. The motor went out before I called the home warranty and waited 3 days before they called and came out and the rain while waiting for them. After calls and waiting, finally talked to the person that came out, didnt get to talk you him while he was here or before they told warranty company it was the rain. This place is a JOKE, STAY AWAY!

They dont call you back! You have to keep calling and keep calling to get an appointment. I called 4 times and gave up on them and reached out to another company
