NV Energy gives a rebate of $220 when you replace your old pool pump with a new variable speed energy efficient model. We found Splash Pools on their website as an approved installer. They came out a few days later to check it out, and installed it 2 days later. The technician was professional and we are happy with the work.

Horrible customer service! Called to civilly voice a complaint about the situation. Was told that the owner would be by to check on it. He came out threw in some extra chemicals and left. They never followed up or let me know the issue and how it would be resolved. I let it go one for a couple of more weeks, they send the same guy back after telling them I no longer wanted this man. Among not doing a good job at all cleaning he also left my spa empty. I would check in the evenings after him being there and there would be all kinds of debris and algae remaining. I ended up paying a company so I could clean the pool myself.

Splash Pool Service installed new pumps, filter case and heater system for our old pool. Now it works wonderfully and we really enjoy it. The thing we appreciate most is the after-care. Any time something goes out of adjustment, Scott comes over and gets it set right, and teaches us how to make the best use of our remote (cellphone) system control setup. Highly recommended!

Scam. If you try to use them make sure you tell them up front you will be paying by credit card as they will not charge you. All the positive reviews are from people who live in TEXAS. Please read the reviews first review as this is mostly their second or 3rd at the most. I should have read up on them before allowing this man on my property.Hers is how the interaction went - I called and asked for a price to change the O-rings on my system as the PSI has dropped. They said they have to send someone out and give me an estimate. I said its odd a pool company who must have done this a million times cant give me a price, but ok, come out. The next day the man did show up around when they said he would, which was 24hrs later. He said the impeller was clogged and they charge a $95 fee to fix problems. I told him I didnt think that was the issue and I had called to get him to replace the o-rings as its been a few years. He argued a bit and I said if you can get the PSI right for $95, then go ahead and do your thing. He fished around with a tiny hook and pulled out a tiny ball of plant material, tiny, like a tablespoon worth. He turned on the system and surprise, the PSI was still low. Then he proceeded to say well, it looks like you have a leak in the system, you will have to call a company to have it fixed. Excuse me? I asked him to clarify to me that he, a pool company, is telling me to call a pool company to fix a problem. I asked him to replace the o-rings and he said he couldnt. HE COULDNT do the job asked him to come to my house for in the first place.TL:DR - Scam. The reviews are all fake. They just want your $95 service fee. They cannot do even the simplest of repairs.EDIT - Thank you for the quick response. Are you going to do the job I called and requested? Your FAKE reviews are from people in TEXAS and they all claim you guys can fix entire pool systems. I asked for O-ring replacement and was told you cant do it. What exactly can you do for me? Can you come out and fix my PSI problem? Can you make it so my auto vacuum works? It has worked for years as its supposed to, with the proper PSI. Can you replace the motor or the plumbing? I have been a customer of Splash Pool Service for some time now. I feel very fortunate to have found Splash Pool Service using reviews such as this, and in doing so I find that I am extremely satisfied. Steve, my technician, is always prompt and I can attest that ever since I hired Splash Pool Service I have not experience any problems with my pool, which I continually had prior to then. I have had my pool pump replaced and most recently had them drain my pool and removed calcium build up. Simply stated, my pool looks like when I had it installed 13 years ago. These projects were completed within days of my request. Working with the owner, Scott, was extremely easy and I am impressed that he is genuinely committed to quality service.

My husband and I needed assistance after my father in law passed. We needed to find someone to maintain the pool, we received one visit/quote from another company who upon looking around moved some valve positions which started the pool draining into the hot tub and the hot tub overflowing. This wasnt noticed until we woke the next day. With my husband and I not having any pool knowledge we turned it all off to stop the overflowing, called several companies that either couldnt fit us in or couldnt get to us for a few weeks. I found Splash, called and spoke to Sally. Sally advised that Friday (5 days away) was soonest appointment but after explaining the situation and that the system was off the owner Scott came by himself 2 hours later. He was so kind, knowledgeable and overall a great guy. He came to our rescue and took one stress off my shoulders. I would totally recommend Scott and Splash to anyone. I called splash pools because I wasn’t happy with my current pool service. They came out to give me an estimate. They showed when they told me they would and unfortunately my pool motor was going out. They replaced it the next week as promised. Hector was very nice, professional and called me when he was coming out. He also called to let me know he was done and everything was working. My pool had been sitting with no circulation so it was turning green. They sent out another young man the same week and now my pool looks amazing. i was really impressed. I’m glad I made the switch to splash pools.

The entire experience was easy. Called them Monday they came out that Wednesday, on time very professional. I was looking to spend almost 1,000 bucks on a bigger pump but that wasnt the case. I was desperately looking for a pool company that would be able to provide the latest in automation control. My system was very generic and I had to walk behind the jacuzzi and manually turn valves in different directions to operate the system. What a pain! Well after quite a bit of searching with no luck, I read some great reviews about these guys and saw that they can do Automation and upgrade your existing set up! Exactly what I wanted. They (Jace) explained to me what would be installed and how I would be able to operate my entire system from my iPhone. I would be able to turn on the jacuzzi from my office or at dinner so its at the desired temp when I get home. Perfect. We also decided to upgrade my pool pump to a variable speed pump that operates quiet and is more energy efficient. The install when perfect. They are very professional, have integrity, and best of all, when I had questions or needed a brief re-explanation, Jace , and the owner, Scott, were always available to get back to me and assist. (Even on weekends..) now thats great customer service. I love the system so much, that when they told me they could also install and tie in new, color LED pool lighting, I had to have it. They did an amazing job, and this is also now controlled through my phone. So if you are are thinking about automation or cool lighting, definitely give them a call.

Have an original 20+ year old system that had been patched by home warranty companies over the years and it finally gave out. I have never written a review for any company. However, I had the best service and experience in dealing with Splash Pools. Hector, the service manager and Scot, the owner went above and beyond for me. I had a new pool pump installed and many issues in regards to my pool. Too many to write, without boring people to death. One day they even showed up at 5:30 am to accommodate my schedule. This is a new home to me, but built in 93, along with the pool. Once I get all issues straightened out, they will be my choice for a monthly pool service as well. THEY ARE GREAT!!!!

We contacted Splash Pools about 3 years ago because we were having trouble with our filters and were unable to run the heater. They came out immediately and helped us fix the problem with affordable solutions and options to choose from. We were hooked! They have been servicing our pool ever since with their chemical service and are always just a phone call away for any emergencies. In fact we are so happy with their service that Splash Pools will remain our pool service company while we rent the house while stationed in Germany. I am confident that any problems will be addressed quickly and the pool will remain in excellent shape.

They do not do replastering or plaster repairs, but despite that, did brother stop to and ask who it was that was supposed to be working on my pool that messed up. Not really a professional question in my opinion because it has nothing to do with me getting the work done. Im not interested in stopping to engage in horror stories. Did not respect my time, unfortunately.

We had gone through a few different pool service companies before we found Splash. We have now used them for about 3 years and STILL could not be happier. Our pool is always crystal-clear and blue. They take care of the filter which I hate to do. Great service every week from Splash!!Just recently, our pool pump went out. Since it is covered by our home warranty (AHS), I filed the claim and ordered service from their approved service company (not Splash). It turns out that on Mondays regular maintenance visit, the Splash tech could tell something wasnt right from the sounds coming from the pool pump motor. Unbeknownst to me, he had already ordered a service call to check it out. For the same price as the deductible from AHS, our pool pump is fixed.100% great service!! I had to give them some love on Google for the awesome service that they consistently provide.
