Before starting the requested service , he detailed what it entailed, then got right to the business at hand...After the inspection was done, he explained his findings and recommended ways to prevent any issues in the future. This was very much appreciated. He also shared information on other services that Preventive Pest Control provides. There were no high pressure tactics or push to offer more services.

What was unknown to me at that time is that the week before he brought her here, he had her in Utah, running free on a ranch...never suspecting that she had become infested with various kinds of ticks. So for the two weeks I watched her, she slept in bed with us, hung out on the sofa with us, rubbed up under all the backyard shrubs and rolled in the grass, etc. In hindsight all the while, she was dropping off ticks EVERYWHERE! In addition to this, once my dog sitting was over, I took my own dog to her regular doggie daycare and boarding for an overnighter and bath. Come to find out upon return that the Doggy Daycare itself was secretly dealing with an infestation of Ticks, too!

Josh Miller came to my house and got me all set up with the services they offer at Preventative. He was very thorough and professional with the documents I had to sign. Just moved into a new house and was already experiencing black ants. I called and they were able to fit us in same day! Totally unexpected but very appreciated. They sprayed all of our exterior as we also had a camel spider and a centipede in our garage within a week of a eachother. We haven’t seen any ants since they came so I’m totally thankful.

We live in the southernmost area of Inspirada. We have seen all kinds of critters. Had them service our whole home twice and haven’t seen bugs since then. A few critters have been seen but they were dead. The product they use is high quality and not dangerous to pets. Very satisfied. Great customer service!

I met one of the employees at another job site, Thaddeus, and asked about the services provided. He was on top of it all. I call and made an appointment to have them look at a pigeon problem I was having. The birds were hanging out on the roof ledges leaving droppings in the font and rear of the house. Thaddeus showed up on time, was pleasant, on time and very knowledgeable. After our discussion he came back for service. He was great! on top of everything. The work was completed rapidly and professionally done. i am happy to report there have been no droppings in the front of the house or in back by the pool. Thank you for the service! I usually use a pest control service once a year when the weather gets warm. Out of a whim I decided to call Preventive Pest Control. The lady I talked to was friendly and courteous. She said that the pest control employee will be at my house around 10am to 1pm. Not only did he arrived before 1pm, the guy sprayed outside and inside as well as removing spider webs. Not only did they do a good job but the employee was nice. The overall price was $139. The cost wasnt the cheapest but it was fair. I havent had any pests so far. I will use their services again in the near future.

Was about to go with another company but they were willing to work with me... which was awesome because Preventative Pest Control is way superior to their competitors. They only need to come out every two months which is great to not have to deal with monthly visits (plus their product lasts that long). We had a bug issue a few weeks after our first spray and they came out the next day after I called.
