Newmans was fine but it turns out that squirrels were decimating the bait almost immediately. So for months I was paying to feed the squirrels. Update : Different company. Was contacted by the owner of this service and was very helpful in spite of the fact I am not now nor was I ever a customer.

Best Pest Control in Vegas! Found a scorpion walking across my living room wall, took a picture and sent it to my wife.. 2 hours later Newmans was at my front door.We found a centipede out of our normal scheduled spray and called, they came out without a question or charge AND still did the regular scheduled spray!Good customer service is hard to find these days.. Newmans has it. Our Tech is great and very friendly.. We always receive a text of service dates and times.Highly recommend!

First, I use this company for my personal property. Every other month they are out to treat for pests, and IF by chance the pests show up on their off month, they came again! With that said, I recommend to my real estate clients, when an inspection is needed, or for their own home service, you use Newmans. They are reliable, friendly, helpful and personable. I had a serious problem with Black widows and scorpions at my new residence. I was worried to to have my dogs out in the yard, with the fear they might get bit or stung by these critters. I began a serious, and very detailed look at the top rated pest control companies in Las Vegas. I was not impressed with the first two companies, until I spoke to Newmans. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge, experience, and service options. They did not let down. The service man that came out was an extension of what I experienced when I called. He explained everything to me, what he was going to do that day, how he was going to do it, and why. I have not had one single instance with black widow or scorpions. Newmans Pest Control DESERVES their 5 star rating. Whether I leave a voice message or contact them through their website, I always get an immediate response, or as soon as possible the next day. Bobby came to help me with an ant problem and was on time and so professional. He was kind enough to answer the one million questions I had (sorry Bobby!) and also took the time to explain what he was going to do on my property. So far I have seen ZERO live insects in my house but plenty of dead ones around the outside and some on the inside so my guess is that whatever they sprayed is super effective, but safe. I turned to Newmans Pest Control when I moved to Vegas and found a few scorpions in my back yard. I have not seen any scorpions since I started using their service. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Answers all of your questions and leaves you feeling comforted. The price is affordable and fair. Newmans was the best, if they had service in Virginia there is no way I would have cancelled. When I lived in Las Vegas, I didnt see a bug in my house the entire time I was using them. My dogs never got sick from the spray so it is definitely pet friendly. I had a wasp nest start to develop, and they came out to remove it the same day I texted while I was at work so I didnt have to deal with it when I got home. When I did have to cancel...they processed my request within minutes. i HIGHLY recommend Newmans, dont go anywhere else!

I was referred them by a gal online, during my cry for help! They answered my phone on the weekend later in the evening and came out that week! They specialize in scorpians and even took care of my wasps! The only things Ive seen since can fly and they dont seem to last long once they come around! So far so good! They came out to my this week for an evening scorpion hunt and killed over 40 scorpions. They really have the best service in town. I have had 2 other companies try to get the scorpions under control but nothing worked. Finally a company that knows what they are doing and showed me where they were hiding and what to expect. Love Newmans! They are the best. The have really great and competitive prices. They always make you feel like a priority. I originally signed up with them through Groupon, they were able to set up an appointment right away. They answer any questions you might have and know the best ways to keep the pests out of your home.Recently I had a scorpion in my pool, called them and they were able to come over in less than an hour to talk to me and assess the situation. (And even threw the dead scorpion away!!!!) If you ever need them, all you have to do is call and theyll come as soon as they can. Its just me and my sister, so its a relief to have that since we both dont want to deal with the nasty pests.And I love the ease of their service. Every month they come out and will leave a note in my door that they sprayed (now bi-monthly due to construction around my home). If I need my garage or house sprayed, I just have to let them know, and be home of course! To top it off, they will send reminder emails and texts. And theres no contract, you pay month to month, so if you ever need to change (which you wont!), you have the option.These are some of the nicest guys you can meet in Vegas! Highly recommend them!

I appreciate working with Kenny. While I was shopping around for exterminators, he displayed patience and was courteous over the phone. I had a lot of questions and he answered every one. On my visit he walked around my place. Explained the areas of what I need to do to help eliminate the issue. It has been two weeks, and I still finding more bug bodies around my home. I appreciate everything and will continue to use him as my exterminator!

Update: Interesting that 3 years after I post this review, they respond by posting a completely fabricated story about me on Ripoff Report. They failed to rebut any of the facts I stated or ever apologize.I was with them for 4 years and loved their services. I used them for my own house and a rental property, then for the first time one of my tenants bugs in my house so I called them and asked them to go out since they always said they would come out right away if I saw any bugs. I thought they would come out right away, but instead they said they would come out in a week and a half. I agreed asking them specifically to spray the inside. Well when they were supposed to come spray, they didnt come inside because they didnt think anyone was home. My tenant had waited at home for them the whole time, but they hadnt even knocked. I asked them to go back out that day, and they said they would call me to set up a time to go out the next day.Then they said they were changing their policies so they would now go out every other month instead of every month for the same price. I said I was going to have to shop around and see if I wanted to stay with them.Then I never got a call back. I called and left messages and I never received a call back. I found another number to call and they finally answered and just said they werent going to come out because I said I was going to shop around.I couldnt believe how unprofessional they were to not even finish the job or call me back! So disappointing after 4 years to end things like this.

We were seeing scorpions every day until we retained Newmans Pest Control. Since then, not a bug of any kind. They dont fool around. Their carpet-bomb approach gets rid of scorpions, roaches, spiders and other creepy crawlies.

Newmans Pest Control was amazing! After finding a scorpion in our house I couldnt take any risk with a pest control company; we have a two year old and dogs. I called for an appointment and they were able to come to our home the following day. We used to get scorpions once a month or so and our backyard would light up with a black light. I dont see them inside anymore and the backyard is clear as well! I cant thank them enough for being respectful of our home and time when they come out and most of all getting rid of the scorpion problem.

They came out the other night for our major Scorpion infestation problem. They did the Nocturnal Scorpion Hunt Treatment and showed us where they were all coming from. We killed over 30 scorpions that night on our backwall that the HOA manages. Couldnt believe what a difference they have made for us. None of the other companies offer this special service either. Our neighbors in Summerlin referred us to them and they have been with them for over 10 years. Now we know why to go with a local & family owned company compared to the bigger companies.
