I was given very minimal detail on what would happen during the heating of my house to get rid of bedbugs. I was given some preparation instruction but I was not told that certain things in my house would be moved or need to be moved and I came home to a disaster in my house and items that I cannot personally move back to where they belong. Also I was not told that my drawers would all be emptied and items placed into bags. I just feel that the communication could have been much better in what was actually going to be taking place.

I have more ants now than before I had Okin come out! My technician is very nice but I dont know if what he is putting down is getting rid of anything? Nats. Ants, still around, I have not seen any crickets which Im happy about. If you advertise going over the yard 4 times than I expect that to be done. I expect not to see any insects if that is what is advertised. My verdict is out at the moment.

I have been a customer since 2019 and I am extremely satisfied with their service. The Summers in Vegas can attract ants, roaches and other bugs into the home, but with Orkins quality service, my house remains bug free year round. Thank you Orkin!!!

We had an issue with a scorpion getting in the house. I called Rafael and he immediately responded to our house and took care of our property. He was courteous, professional, very thorough, and very knowledgeable. He really put us at ease.

Orkin Pest Control Service is a very professional company. Isaac is the man who came to our home to do the inspection and he is very polite and personable. I explained the situation to him. My grandson invited a friend over who brought his Play Station over so they could play video games. The next thing I see is two young adults killing roaches left and right. Roaches like warmth and the play station was there home, until they came here and are trying to make this their home. Isaac went around the house with a syringe full of poison and placed dots of it everywhere he knew the roaches would be looking for food and water. He made sure not to put the poison in any areas where our Cockerspaniel would get sick. Isaac was very thorough. Next, he went outside and got his sprayer. I put our dog outside for this part. Isaac sprayed the whole house. Then, he got out the sticky cardboard that can be folded like a house or if you prefer you can just take the backing off and leave it unfolded like a panel. Isaac placed them all over the house and gave us some to put where we thought we needed to put them, before it got dark because thats when they come out. Isaac will come back in a week to inspect again. I am so grateful for Orkin and Isaac for taking care of this problem for us.I am looking forward to having a bug free home here within the next few weeks. Then, well go outside and see whats going on out there.

I’ve been using Orkin for several years now, Jason is my service person and had always requested for him after a move, he has handled rodent issues as well as scorpions, he is also good at dealing with ant problems, Jason is a nice person to talk to, knowledgeable with his work, always gives me a heads up when he’s coming, gives good advise, very professional, he won’t give up until issue(s) is/are resolved, definitely recommend this business.

They lied to me and tried to hook me into a long service contract that I did not require.I called the main number on their website to get a quote and schedule a service, I was explicit about the fact that I only needed 2-3 services max because I was moving and leaving the state at the end of Sept so just needed to take care of the pest problems for the summer.I ended up booking a competitor instead because the quote they gave me was too pricey, but then the ORKIN LOCAL las vegas office called me back to offer me a better deal, they knocked the initial first visit price down by $100 so they convinced me to use their service.I booked a day camp for my dogs on the day of service to make sure they were out of the way and they wouldnt give the tech a hard time and everything but then the day of the service the tech shows up with a 7-month contract for me to sign to hook me into various recurring services.I was very upset since I was very clear on the phone that I only required services for this summer only.I ended up sending the tech away and not signing anything. Very unprofessional how they lie to you just to get you to book the service and then try to trick you into a contract and more services than what you specifically requested.Not cool.I booked a local pest control instead. Never again. You cant trust Orkin.

While the technician was professional and competent, he did none of the pest control actions that were sold during the presentation by the salesman. Clearly this company is not in alignment and could use interdepartmental trainings.

Technician entered our backyard WITHOUT notifying us that he is there. All he had to do was ring the doorbell. We intentionally stayed at home between 6 AM and 8 AM last Monday, June 28th, per their schedule. We never saw him. When we called the office to put in a complaint, the technician said he was here. As far as we are concerned he did not come. NEVER use this company. We are cancelling our account ASAP.

The main reason we requested the service was to inspect the property for rats. We have caught 6 or more large rats in our back yard area. The agent did not seem to know the specific reason that he was there for. The agent seemed to want to do the bear minimum. He was hesitant to spray the house. We had to instruct him to inspect and spray the inside of the house as well as check the attic space. All the agent did was to put out large rat traps. We believe that he did not complete a thorough inspection of the property for rats or the damage they may have caused. Even though the agent was pleasant we feel that the service was inadequate and lacking.

Our technician Kenny is the best. He always does a thorough job inspecting and coming out to resolve issues that may arise in between our quarterly services. Any pest problem was immediately resolved by Kenny.
