Generally good service, but they had a turn over of employees and we had poor service for awhile.

We contacted Triangle Pools for the purchase/installation of an electric pool heater. Mark was quick to respond and came to the house to assess our particular needs regarding unit size, features etc. Mark was friendly, professional and made the whole process easy. He was knowledgeable and responded to all questions and any text communications. A pleasure to work with! The two technicians that came for the install were absolutely awesome! Quick, efficient and friendly. They took their time to explain everything we needed to know to get started. I highly recommend the Triangle Pool Team and will use them for any future service. Very good pricing as well!!

Great company great services and price.

They quickly diagnosed the problem with my spa/pool heater. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to repair it and get it running again. In addition he was able to repair the check valve since my spa keep losing water. I would highly recommend this pool company if you need any repair on your pool mechanics.

I live in Forest Park Condos in Dunedin. Have used Triangle since February 2020. We purchased a pool heater from them and it was decided to use Triangle for our pool service also. In the last 3 or 4 months the quality of the service has been poor at best. BOD and Amertech have contacted Triangle about this. Our technician was fired and have trainees since. Pool water has improved but the pool tile still doesnt get cleaned. Also we have over 40 black algae spots on the pool walls. I started cleaning the tile myself for the last 2 weeks. Triangle just cant seem to get it right!

Just had Ernesto service my pool heater, extremely professional and knowledgeable, fixed my issue right away at a reasonable price.Will definitely use Triangle again.

Please stay away from these people. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. I have on my camera the pool guy walking around my pool for 6 minutes talking on his phone , Did not touch my pool ,cleaned , checked water , added chemicals NOTHING. Left my property never returned until next week.He did the same thing again,. I watched him from my office and called the owner and volunteered to give him the video ,but no he said that is not true he believes his workers are best.I wish i could post video for everyone to see.Long story short he still had the guts to bill me 50% of my regular payment. I canceled same day. And of course i did not pay and they sent it to a collection agency, Scammer STAY AWAY ,NOT RETURNING PHONE CALLS, I HAVE TO GO TO HIS OFFICE IN PERSON.

Well first off I have to apologize for starting this review off with a lie. There are forcing me to act least rate 1 star which if given a real chaet it would be a negative rating. I am disgusting with the service or should I say lack of service. I have tries to contact somebody from the management team and have heard nothing back. I left a message for them NOT to send the same Lazy non working tech out to my house because NOTHING gets done. They used to be so good whatever happened to them!? Its a shame. So if you are on need of a good pool service company. Good Luck on your future endeavors. But for me I would have to say this isnt the place for me. So disappointed!!!

We started using Triangle for supplies and technical issues this summer. They have been excellent on all fronts. On the rare occasion that they cant give an on the spot answer, they get back to us very quickly. Stewart is an outstanding ambassador for the Triangle pools. The technicians that I have met and the delivery person are also excellent. They have helped us through some tough issues this season.

My pool guy is so kind. He comes and goes most of the time without me even knowing he was here except my pool is so clean. If I ever have questions he always takes his time to explain it thoroughly. I am very satisfied with this company. I would and do highly recommend them for pool cleaning.

So far my experience with Triangle Pool Services has been anything but good. I will gladly update this review if this issue gets corrected.We recently purchased a new home. The previous owners used Triangle Pool Service, so we decided to keep the service. Their service was on Thursday, so we asked for the same day. Triangle Pool Service gave us a hard time and said they couldnt promise the same day. Even though its already scheduled for Thursday with the previous owners (they hadnt cancelled their pool service with Triangle, yet).It took them two weeks to clean the pool. By then, the pool was green and nasty. The first cleaning was sub par. They left a pile of dirt on the bottom of the pool and warned us that they shocked it with extreme levels of Chlorine, and not to swim in the pool for a couple of days.Another week goes by and they havent been by to clean the pool (its supposed to be a weekly service). Its nasty again and we have a party this weekend at our pool. Its impossible to contact Triangle Pool Service. They never answer the phone and they dont return messages. The only way to speak to someone is to drive to the location and talk to them in person.Ill give them one more week to fix this horrible experience. If fixed, Ill update this post with the outcome. If not fixed, theyre fired. There are so many other pool companies in my area.

How online you say you close at 5 and I get there and you close at 430.. who closes that early ?? You need to change the online to match the door

Some of the nicest sales staff that I have ever dealt with

My pool service person always had a excuse why the pool wasnt clean or if there was any issue. My hot tub cover got destroyed because he put in HUGE chlorine tablets that disintegrated the cover. I had to purchase a new one for $600. The pool slowly started to look like another person worded it perfectly, like a pond- the sides and floor of the pool would show skid marks and foot marks because he never brushed it. I have brushed it several times myself while using their service and had to purchase chemicals to help the pool looking clean but this is a rental property and I cannot always be there. I would try a different company if you are considering this one.

David is a professional and triangle pool helps hundreds of people in the area. Hes a great guy who has been in the business for a long time. I highly recommend him and triangle pool to anyone in the area!

Thanks for a great job! When our condo pool pump died on Labor Day weekend and our regular pool service company was not available, your team stepped up and got the job done. The service was prompt and your workers professional. It was also a nice surprise to be charged a very reasonable price for the emergency work on a holiday weekend.

They have done a great job for us for many years

Had this company come out and check a leak in the pool equipment. They recommended getting a new pool pump that honestly I am sure that was warranted. They always called when they should, showed up when they should and seemed to do a good job. I would recommend them to anyone new to the area who just is reaching out in the dark calling someone.

I have to share my experience with Triangle Pools of Largo, I want first start out by saying we’ve been a customer of theirs for many years and never had any problems until lately (last several weeks) My wife and I are very busy self employed people and completely understand the need to rely on employees as representatives of our company. The last several weeks we’ve been noticing our pool was looking more like our pond and called to get additional service to correct whatever was going on. It’s impossible to communicate with a human at Triangle Pools ... so I left a voicemail .... no call back ! I called again and Steve #2 finally called back on Monday I expressed my concerns on the way my pool has been looking and asked I he would expedite a solution because we are have weekend company. A tech was sent out according to Steve 3pm that same day .... the pool was a wreck skimmer had a small flower and was completely packed with debris.After communicating this to Steve and instead of getting the issue resolved , he was nothing less than defensive and COMBATIVE!!!!!I ask if he would have someone form Mannement call me ..... instead of passing this along ... He gave me the name of Dave Maynard and a phone number .I decided to let a few days pass and make an attempt to reach Dave Maynard .... ( more voicemails )and no call back .This is my frustrating experience Triangle Pools!

For the past 2 years our company have used triangle and have had zero issues.

The one star goes to the knowledgeable women who work at this business. However, their customer service by phone and email is terrible.
