I had a great experience here with Juan! This was the easiest Ive ever had my blood taken, I am so shocked! There was no pinch with the needle or struggle with filling the tube like Ive experienced many times previous to this. It was simply the easiest and fastest experience ever. Thank you, Juan!

Terrible safety practices, person at the window does not want to deal with any patients, forced to bring in a potential COVID child under 2 who can not be masked inside because they wouldn’t answer the phone nor bother to attend someone asking questions

Really great lab. Clean, quick and very professional. Severely understaffed but still had me out BEFORE my appointment time. Please be patient with them. They are continuously working, with only 2 techs who are also running the front reception.

Location was clean and friendly service. Self check in was smooth and friendly staff. In and out quickly. Would recommend some additional furnishings, although very clean it feels very sterile and unwelcoming in the lobby.

Not the least but friendly. Went in for routine bloodwork during a time range when they werent even busy. Was told they wouldnt accept lab order via email and that I had to leave to print them out. Seems even dumber that I have done this at multiple Lab Corps in the past and that they essentially are just scanning those orders to put them back in a paperless format. So, if its already paperless whats the big deal? It seems like this franchise is just losing money and trying to everything possible to not spend more and/or theyre just a little incompetent. Either way, far better places to go.

Came in to drop off a test/specimen taken by my doctor. The staff seemed bothered I was there at all. I know they are probably understaffed and stressed but no excuse to be nasty to me when I asked straight forward questions. Also, still waiting on results and its been almost a week. Do not recommend

I called the Largo Mall phone number for LabCorp because I had some questions about the location that werent answered in the automated recording you get when you call. Two different days and times I left a detailed message about why I was calling after I was prompted by a message that said, Leave your detailed message and a team member will return your call. The last message I left was probably about a week ago now and still I have not heard from anyone at that location.

Girlfriend needed test for child custody case. This location closed 20minutes early and told her they shut the computers off. Shes now at risk of losing her custody case. Our legal council will be in touch. AVOID THIS LOCATION HORRIBLE.SERVICE HORRIBLE.OEOPLE

The guys were great.. it was by far the fastest experience in a LabCorp Ive had. Only one stick to draw blood, which never happens!

Made an appointment 2 days before, drove an hour to get there since it was the only location with an available appointment at the desired time. Got there to find out they were not doing employment drug screening. They new the reason I was there and never notified me. Service was horrible.

Lab tech came into lab room with small thin scarf (sometimes called gator) over his mouth and part of his nose. The receptionist was using same type of face covering too, thin scarf type cover over his mouth and part of nose. I asked Lab Tech why he and receptionist wasnt wearing a surgical mask as this is a medical setting. He said, surgical masks dont work. I asked does your boss know you are wearing that? He said yes. I asked, Has your boss seen your wearing that? He said his boss saw it and didnt say anything. At that point he walked out of the lab room and came back in a few minutes with a surgical mask on. I thanked him for wearing the surgical mask to draw my blood. I was very surprised to see a health care worker not following the CDC guidelines for preventing Covid-19 transmission. Repeatedly it has been reported on the news that gators the nylon scarves, are too thin and do not prevent transmission of Covid-19 virus and people should be wearing a surgical mask or a two layer fabric mask, or preferably 2 masks at this time due to variants being more transmissible. Next time I see a health care working wearing a gator for a mask, I will cancel my appointment and walk out.

Couldn’t find location. Called up to ask for help. No one answered. I left my phone number, and never got a call back. Missed my appointment. Guess they didn’t care.Ended up going to the one on West Bay instead.

They were super nice and friendly. Phlebotomist was very professional and did a great job. TAKE NOTE: this place pings at the banfield animal hospital but it is actually next to HR Block over by the Publix. No hoomans in the animal hospital.

Everyone was very nice and facility was very clean. Kathy was friendly and professional and a great phlebotomist. Was in and out quick.

Never thought id review a lab! I got there at 11:40. Immediately checked in. No one was at the front desk. In fact i asked the people next to me if anyone was working? They said they think so. Im waiting, 12:02 comes along and a women comes out and says youre going to hate me. We go to lunch at 12, youll have to wait for an hour until we get back. I get that you go to lunch but where was anyone from 11:40 to 12 o clock? What a waste of time.

The website confirmed a appointment for may 15 morning but it was closed.

Very rude staffs. Yell and kick you out for attempting to ask questions. Never go here again.

There’s very little that I hate more than getting my blood drawn. I went to a different Lab Corp and bounced out because I wasn’t comfortable. I came to this one reluctantly. And holy cow...smooth. Amazing. They took care of me, no fainting. In and out. Like, what?!?! That just happened. Only place I’m ever going for blood work.

Website says it is open. When i got there it is closed temp due to covi. Please change your website to CLOSED, so people dont have to make a wasted trip

Lady at front was very rude. Seemed to be very aggravated when I kindly asked her something related to my insurance and tests preparation. Did not answer any of my questions.

I’ve had to come here at least 3-4 times in the last few months and each time my service was exceptional. I was fortunate to have seen Dawn every time and she couldn’t have been more willing to help. I am awful with bloodwork and she had nothing but patience with me. Thank you Dawn for your caring personality and your efficiency at your job. Couldn’t be happier.

I had a really good experience with this LabCorp. Dawn was so kind and very quick and professional. I would say this was one of the best experiences I have had in a medical environment and I was in and out in fifteen minutes or so. Definitely would recommend!

Google maps will take you to Target, its located over by Publix. It would be nice if they updated their phone nanny to let you know this so you dont end up driving around aimlessly looking for it.

I brought my daughter in for blood work today. She was extremely nervous. They greeted us right away and immediately started putting my daughter at ease. They were kind, professional and compassionate. Took us back within minutes. They were quick and accurate drawing blood. I was beyond relieved that it went so well. Thank you to the wonderful ladies working there today.

Don and Aria were fantastic! They are very friendly and helpful. It was the first time my son had blood drawn. He wasnt doing so well and almost passed out. They were right there helping and giving everything he needs. Highly recommend the Largo location.

Quickest blood draw I’ve ever had in my life! I’m not sure what my techs name was but she was an absolute professional. Pain free, and in and out in less than a few minutes! I’d recommend adding another self checkout tablet, one just isn’t enough for this location.

Was a very unpleasant experience with Dawn at the desk...I am very sick and she would not go out of her way to help me with check in process. She was very rude and short with me. I did not have my ID, so she had me manually put everything in kiosk. I did not have my insurance cards with me as they were in my vehicle, so she said then they cant do it. I have been here many times before and everyone has always been very pleasant and helpful..I am in the system, but she refused to look it up, so I left. I will NEVER go back therexagain!

Went during open hours to come to a closed store. As someone with epilepsy its not easy to get around. So I wasted my time and money TRYING to just get bloodwork done.

Had 10:45 Appt. Website said to arrive 15 minutes early. So I checked in at 10:25, and at Noon they closed for lunch till 1:00pm. So now I have to take whole day off work to hang out I’m a parking lot. What a joke, I’m busy too people!!

Staff was very polite. My blood draw was quick, painless, and easy despite having small, flat veins. I highly recommend this location.

I went in this morning for the dreaded three hour glucose test. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and felt welcomed. The lady taking my blood in back was also so sweet! I started getting sick to my stomach and they took me to the back where I could recline and relax. Thank you so much you girls made my day!

I went to this Labcorp location because the locations near me had horrible reviews. This location is in the Largo Mall plaza and my experience was very pleasant. I made an appointment online and I was in and out in 10 minutes. The workers were very nice. Definitely recommend this location if you need lab work or a drug test.

Fast service. Very clean. Like super clean. All staff were friendly. The woman who drew my blood was very gentle and caring.

Got in and out in just a few minutes. She was super nice and very helpful. Even better news is that another staff member is joining her soon. Will certainly make appointment again.

Doesn’t have male present for drug screenings! I know of only one location in Pinellas with male and that’s on west bay drive. The reception was rude when I asked a simple question.

For me, no waiting, fast draw, in and out in 10 minutes, what a great place and staff.

This place is very busy, the staff is very friendly and quick to their ability.. but the staff (lady at the reception)I and other clients and to be subjected to to another client being so rude towards the receptions... he was complaining about his wait time she responded in a very professional manner and tone that she was sorry of such and she was getting the people whom had their own appointments done as quick as possible... he responded by saying he should have made an appointment then.. Im thinking yeah he should have and we all wouldnt have been subjected to his rude behavior....All in all their was a proffesionallism and respect from staff to EVERY client.Yes I will return to this location for all my future lab work.

Wayyyyy too slow

Ona was very gentle when drawing my blood. I was all tensed up expecting it to hurt, but I didnt even feel it. It is six months later now and Ona was very gentle again. Also, my wait time was less than 5 minutes.

Jennifer was only employee working this afternoon. She was rude, impatient, and angry. Recommend trying another labcorp

Opened at 7 am got there at 7:05. One person in the waiting room and one giving blood. There is only one person working in this office. She has to work the front desk and draw blood. As Im waiting already a half hour she took in first guy and now an appointment walked in and Im pushed back again. WHY is only one person working first thing in the morning? Poor managment. They are only open until 3:30 and they close an hour for lunch.

In and out within 15 minutes for routine lab work. Hard to find but good staff. I picked this one because the Labcorp facilities near me had very low reviews. The front desk lady didnt seem to care about answering my questions or maybe she just didnt hear. The answers to my questions were on notices around the window anyways so no big deal. Plus, the older lady who did the bloodwork was very pleasant. I came in for a 9am appointment and left by 9:15 am.

They didnt answer phone and then sent me away.

Tech knows what she is doing.

1 person working an entire office. Not enough staff. Bring something to entertain yourself while you wait. Not even pictures to look at.

Very good attention, the girl very friendly, you enter and leave the place in a matter of minutes, all quite fast
