They open at 9:00am. Need scale! For dropping and pickup.If you forgot to get scale they will send you back (must be Cat Scale) weigh ticket scale must be from Laredo (four hours before appt maximums)and not from somewhere else. there’s a cat scale on mines road though.!! Also you need to park facing the entrance (FACING NORTH). Also, you can disinfect your trailer at the truck stop on mines road as well(same place cat scale is) Trailer stinks badly.Once you get unloaded you will need to go back, to bring an empty cat scale ticket. They will not take old scales unless you scaled before picking up load. (This place sucks)Good luck.

I would like to put zero * ...You need scale before coming hereScale should be not elder than 4 hours ...Then after unload you need again to take a scale for empty...Last time here...This f..ing freaks dont want to tell wheres the nearest scales ... & treat you like a piece of s..t

If there would be the option of leaving a no star that would be awesome! Place needs to get their act together. Appointment was set for 2:30 driver just got released. What set us apart is service thats all I can say on my first negative comment I have ever done.

ZERO STARS. PERIOD. this is my first review ever but this place is that bad. Ignore it as much as you can. Should not be allowed to be open

Zero stars... ATTENTION get a scale ticket in laredo before coming here...also DO NOT SCHEDULE A LOAD UNTIL U ARE IN THE DOCK because you need to get an empty scale... ext 7 turn right on first road then right on the first road then another right then a left then a right follow thru... ATTENTION wide turns so put ur tandems to the front... then u just wait behind the line until its ur turn... dont try to find closer parking its a mess. Good luck
