Avoid this place it is one of the worst place to go for pickup as first of all u will have parking problem just have to be on streets and if u get inside they wont give u dock and if luckly u get that they will delay in loading u by saying pathetic reason there is too much staff just standing inside and laughing chating to eachother i have to wait for more than 4 hrs stilll they are saying it will take time half od their people dont have any information about ur load realy patchetic place

Worst place in Laredo! If you can find a replacement forwarding company. DO IT, they don’t have equipment to unload larger/heavier loads. Been here since Friday it is now Monday afternoon and they just keep telling me “maybe later or tomorrow”

Fast and friendly delivery. In and out in 30 minutes. A little tight to back into dock doors when busy but otherwise easy place to deliver to. Plenty of room to open and close trailer doors while in assigned dock door.

Horrible. If you haven’t booked a load to or from here then don’t. It’s other freight out there.

Huge Truck Traffic Jam.I blocked the whole street on my GPS. Trucks from both directions lined up 10 deep trying to get into the warehouse.

This always my load out of the house. Security seems pretty efficient. It can get a little tight in there if theres a lot of traffic. Sometimes theyre fast and sometimes they arent, but they have always been easy to work with and accommodating. They dont have bathrooms for drivers other than one port a potty over by the fence. Make sure you have your pick up number. No number, no load.

Check in is fast, it takes time to get dock to load as there is a lot of traffic. To load they are fast, in my experience 2 hours maximum spend there.
