I walked in with 3 other truckers, 2 guys sitting on their chair watching Facebook videos didn’t even bother to look who walked in or ask if we need help. I had to clear my throat to get their attention and ask them to assist us lol I also asked the gentleman to confirm 1 thing and my guy started telling his life story to his pal in Spanish not even bothered that i may understand what he was saying which it wasn’t what i asked him to do

I guess if you dont look like a mexican here you are ignore and not to mention slow pace work environment took them 3.5 hrs to unload 19 skids. I could of unload with pallet jack in 25 minutes. Come prepare with lunch made that mistake and it kinda bother me a little. Was mad but what can we do? Our time aint worth nothing.

I was told at checkin that it would be 2+ hours to get a door. 5 hours later I finally got a door after I checked checked in the office twice. My second trip to the office he just gave me a door. After 2 hours of them slowly unloading us, I went to the office to see when we would be done and he handed me my paperwork. Turns out we were done but nobody told us. If you deliver here, dont wait for them to tell you things, stay on it.

This company absolutely no care live load it takes 7 hrs to unload good lucky

I have been to this place twice and received the same results. Wish I could give them less than 1 star! They are EXTREMELY SLOW!!! Told me to park and said it would be 3-4 hours. Took them 6 hours the first time to come unload and currently waiting for a door. They said “hey, that’s the way the system works and I just work here.” Total BS. They need to reorganize!!!

Nice folks but can be a mad house trying to get into docks with so much traffic trying to get through and no one wants to wait.

Pretty quick to get trucks to a door, security staff was efficient and nice. Would have given more stars if I didnt wait 4 days for a load from Mexico.

The front people could have better people skills and be more direct and mannerly.

Not as bad as I thought. Took about an hour for 5 skids unloading and out. I thought would be worse. I had to go inside and ask for paperwork as guy on forklift is busy to come outside and give it to me.

Ive been going to this company for many years if you have to go there just drop your trailer in the yard and pick it up the next day or else youre in for a long wait

Door between 27 and 28 opens at 8am .. I’m was the first person here . And it’s 5 in the evening. Now they come to me and said we overload your truck.. we have to remove some pallets

Cant seem to unload or load a truck in a timely manner. A minimum of at least 5 hours to unload a truck that took an hour and a half to load.

The attention was good from both the Security Officer and the staff in the office, but the process was slow and it took 4 hours to load my truck. This place has a bathroom for the drivers and is very clean.

Terrible place. As always, there is no load or not ready. Sat waiting 2 times for half a day. They appoint a pickup truck, I arrive at the time I ask where my cargo is, they answer back in Mexico until the evening, then they made a cancellation. Horror

The first time I go and the super friendly guard explained to me in detail, he processed people like that make a difference

They receive 24 hours if you are only going to leave the box

It is not worth it to visit it, it took me 5 hours to unload my trailer with 4 pallets and in any ProTrans it is the same in Chicago IL arriving at 9:00 pm and after 1:00 am in the morning you are leaving

They take too long to catch and the download is very slow.

I come to download very frequently here, the guards are very friendly and you pass quickly, the problem is inside, it takes up to 1 hour to attend, and since you are at the door for at least three hours, you have to be very patient.

It is the worst site I have ever downloaded. I checked in at 7:40 am, I went to a door that was assigned to me, then another came to change me and there I was watching the workers walking, answering the phones and talking, and very picis working. My experience there was terrible. They dont think about the driver who sleeps outside his house and must drive backwards. The driver is always badly treated and until that does not change the same problems will continue in the Race.
