After getting several bids, we contracted with Source One to do our roof. We have a complex roofline, with multiple dormers, vents, etc. The crew did an amazing job, arriving at our home at about 7:30 in the morning, and finishing the cleanup at about 10:15 at night. The roof looks phenomenal. The workers were respectful, and incredibly hard-working. It was 85° and they slogged through the whole job to finish it in one day. A couple of the guys returned the next day to look for stray nails, just in case. Overall, initial bid, to reviewing the products, and picking out the shingles we wanted, we are very pleased with our new roof, and the job Source One did to install it. Special thanks to the amazing crew foreman, Pedro, and the sales rep we worked with (George Mandel) for the attentive bid and attention to detail.

These guys rule. Got our roof done in a day! Derek was very kind and professional and very not pushy. The crew that came and did the roof was very efficient and effective on every step they took, and they cleaned up EVERYTHING when the job was completed. Highly recommend these guys!

Working on refinancing my home and had an inspection done that reveled problems around chimney been trying to get repaired since August 6th this year 2021. I either get only voicemail or I get told will call me back only not to be or even told that they will be there on a day of week only for no one to show

They installed the roof but did not open the ridge vent! That being said, the house was like a steamer for half a year. I bought the house and my inspector found the problem. I tried to contact them but first they said I had to wait until the closing date. I did. I called after the closing, and they said would call me back but never did. I called a week later but they said they won’t come until it’s warmer. I called so many times and finally after a month they came and opened my vent.Today I climbed up to clean my gutter and found the gutter was full of rusted nails and pieces of the old shingles. I spent the whole afternoon to clean the lower part of the gutters. Some parts are already rusted because of the rusted nails. I believe the upper part of the gutters are in a mess too but was not able to reach. Can’t imagine how they did the roof work. They not only forgot to open the vent, but also did not clean up the mess. This is the most non responsible team. The worst construction team I have ever seen! Don’t waste your money on them! They will destroy your house!

They had a quick response time to my initial inquiry. Their estimate was quick with minimal interference in my schedule (working from home 3 kids). It was the cheapest price, over $3,000 lower than the other bids Id received. Considering this was a large investment, they even provided us financing options which made our decision much easier. If you need a roof or other home improvements, Id recommend Source One 👌🏽

Good group of people over at Source 1. We had a few issues with weather but we’re extremely happy with our roof. Looking forward to our new sliding door next. Give them a call they’re a 10 star in my book.

Tim, the salesman, did a great job explaining the roofing technologies that are used in modern construction and how they apply to the life of the roof. He explained the options available to me and allowed me to choose what was best for my home and budget. $0 down financing is available, which allowed me to replace the roof prior to the sale of my home.The workers were fast and professional. I always thought that roofing was a summer job, but it was bitter cold when the team came out; there was a lot of snow on the ground too. They got the roof installed in two days. They did the best they could to clean up, and then came back when the snow melted to do additional cleanup that couldn’t be done due to the snow cover.They also offered me a 30 year transferable warranty on both parts and service. The warranty is great peace of mind for me and any prospective buyer of the home. Also, the finished product looks really nice. I would use them again and/ or recommend them to my friends

Placed a request on Angie’s list on vinyl siding on just my garage got a call back from source one giving an appointment on Saturday. Got up Saturday morning got a call from Justin saying they would postpone my appointment. After talking more about appointment time I was told they don’t do just garages although this is just what I put on Angies list hope in the future they read the job on this list before they make appointment

Our 180-unit condominium complex (Woodside Meadows) in Ann Arbor is currently working with Source One Construction to re-roof our entire community, with a phased-in approach. From the detailed inspections they initially completed of every building, to our current state of construction, we have been pleased with this company. They have been very collaborative in efforts to minimize inconvenience to the community, and spent considerable time educating the board members about products to be used, the importance of good ventilation, the construction process, insulation needs, etc. Good communication! The company managers are extremely responsive to our needs; and customer service from Source One management & crew members has been excellent. The roofs that have been completed look terrific!
