This is the second job these guys did for me. Most people are put off by the price of a metal roof, but this is a roof that adds value unlike a shingle roof that most buying a used home may need to replace. Precision is one of the best construction crews I’ve experienced in the 13 homes I’ve owned. They even came out on Thanksgiving to take care of a small issue. Their crew was unbelievably friendly and responsive to any concerns or question I had. They even fixed the poor job the framers did. They want their product to be the best and do whatever it takes to make sure it happens. These guys are the BEST, period!

Precision Roofing was very professional, courteous and friendly from the initial sales agreement, the site foreman and the two work crews ( roof, gutters). They were prompt and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend them! Very easy to work with and I felt like I was kept in the loop on schedules, any issues and the price was affordable and clearly laid out.

Company provided excellent service. Free quote and inspection to assess the damage. Price of new roof was reasonable and workers were fast and cleaned up very well. Made small alterations to the roof to ensure it was in the best condition possible to satisfy the manufacturer warranty. Great experience overall.

They did a good job keeping us informed of there schedule and when they would be here, and showed up when they said they would. Professional and well organized crew was very respectful an got the job done fast. Clean up was excellent. Picked up all debris and went over yard and drive with a powerful magnet. We had old fashioned plank sheathing with gaps between the boards, so there was also a mess in the attic. they even came inside and cleaned that up. Definitely would highly recommend.

They never finished the job, our roof leaked and caused damage during installation, they left a ton of roofing trash in our yard, did not return respond to calls then hit us with a bill now, a year later. When we sent an email stating all of the above, they did not respond and sent us to collections! When the leak occurred, the guy said he would let us know about paying for the damage. Very quickly, the roof was finished but the flashing and trim in the gutter area was never finished and neither was our skylight. They said they were going to return, then simply never did. We decided to just wash our hands of it,, thinking we got scammed and that was it. But now,, a year later trying to get us to pay for a job not done an left a ton of damage? Awful. They even had things on the bill that were not even started! I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. It seems like they just rip people off, screw up their homes, then try to ruin their credit as well.

Called the office to get an estimate almost 2 weeks ago. A friendly lady took my information and said a technician would be getting ahold of me soon. Not sure of their definition soon but apparently its not the same as mine. I understand with the holiday and covid everything isnt as it should be but without communication Im left to believe Ive been forgotten or deemed unworthy of their time. They might live up to their reviews if they need the work.

Service was responsive and clear. No complaints about the install process or quality of work. During the install, the dump truck backed into my fence and caused damage. Precision Roofing was very accommodating about reimbursing me for the damages. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a tree fall on our house. They were quick to come out. However, it took a week and a half to complete placing a tarp on my roof. Then then inflated the price for emergency services. Then they refused to provide an estimate. They would only discuss it with the insurance adjustor. The adjustor provided us with thier estimate 3 weeks later over inflated. When called, first they said they have not spoke to an adjustor. When confronted that we had the estimate in hand, we were told the numerous things needed to be fixed in areas the tree did not touch. My roof is 4 years old! Someone else will be fixing my roof.

The guys went out of their way to make a timely appointment during a busy season. They replaced rotted wood around my window and did a wonderful job! I would hire them again.

A 2 star because the lady at the office was nice and willing to help. Plus Ed did come out and look at the roof. Was told would get a quote by Friday. Nothing. Oh well, that’s why you shop around. I have no problem giving my money to someone who wants the job. Hope other people have better luck. On to the next one...

Contacted them 3 times over 2 weeks, online for a quote, replied to their email and then called them. No one ever called me back. Ended up calling a smaller business that was referred to me by a friend and I was glad I did.

We had our roof replaced when everything with Covid-19 started to hit Michigan pretty bad. Our roof was desperately needing to be replaced and Precision did a great job. They showed up and stripped the shingles and replaced the roof very quickly. They cleaned up the area around our house very well too and there was basically nothing to go clean up.

After a free estimate(w/Ed) for a complete roof replacement, I shopped around to ensure their price was comparable. I was very impressed with everything about Precision Roofing. From the salesman to the clean up crew. From what I observed, I counted five teams. Sales, tear off, roofing, gutters and clean up. Metal roof looks good. Followed up with a few minor issues. Did not make roof look straight, like they said when I was given quote, it still has a wave to it. My gutter guards are now indented ones so I have to clean off my gutter guards....my previous ones were covers and I never had to clean them off. More work now than before.

Had them do a complete replacement of roofing and replace my chimney cap. They did a great job and were very easy to contact with any questions. I highly recommend them.

2017 - OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL STAFF! Had our roof finished in late December. In spite of poor weather conditions, the staff worked diligently to get the job done. No easy task for our steep roof. They communicated with us every step of the way which was refreshing. To top it off, they even assisted us with our insurance claim.

Nick(sales) was early to our initial appointment for an estimate sadly, I was a little late getting to my house for my own appointment (sorry about that Nick) but, Nick had already started with measuring and inspecting our 20 year old roof and when I finally got to my house he had already gotten all the information that he needed. He answered the questions that I had at that time. Told me that he would like to work up a proposal for me and could we meet again. Set up an appointment to present the proposal again he was there right on time and this time so was I. Went through the proposal and did the shingle/roofing dog and pony show. Btw, Nick was the only sales person to actually take the time to teach me about shingles and the difference between the various types, he explained the reasons why behind every step of the process from the tear-off to the clean up at the end of the job. He also explained the warranty behind the work and materials as well. He also gave me a time frame as to when they could get my project started and ultimately completed.Now what happened next was just a tad mind blowing, Nick actually asked for the order/business. (To a fellow sales professional /sales mgr that was actually refreshing).Next I heard from the project Mgr and was informed that they were going to be able to get to me sooner than later. In their industry weather is a factor and mother nature was being kind to us. Again, they were in contact to give me an updated project time line... Said materials and dumpster were going to be delivered on this day (it was).Project started next day; the crew got to our home early, notice that there is a pattern with punctuality with these guys. (if youre on time in my book youre late). Started the tear-off kept me informed throughout the day while I was at work as how they were progressing.They finished the job on time (same day) after they finished they diligently picked up every scrap and article of debis around our home then went over the yard and driveway with a big ol magnet to find all the nails and screws and any sharp objects that could puncture a tire or eff up my lawn mower. They were extremely thorough and swept off our decks and sidewalks. Even made sure that there wasnt anything hiding in the flowerbeds.Actually, other than a sweet new roof you would never have known that they had even been there.Weve all heard the horror stories about contractors and home improvement companies. This experience was not in the slightest anything other amazing. 2015 we got our roof, windows, and gutters done--JUST IN TIME! started tear off & there were so many rafters to replace! roofs straight & sturdy, windows are a vast improvement over previous 70s aluminum storms over single pane glass, & the gutters not only match the windows excellently, theyre superb. we got a great price for what the team did here. Thanks guys!!!! :) (concrete cabin in Eaton Rapids, MI) throughout the process the office, the crew, the foremen, the owner were ALL very patient, communicative, friendly, explanatory, thorough in estimating, explaining costs, standing by their estimate, and cleanup! My only wish is that they did interiors, decks, fencing, etc...! I took pictures all the way through the project and sent an entire cc to Jeff Nunham afterward--it was A LOT of reframing. 2 contractors straight up told us they couldnt take on such a job at that point in the season and 1 just never got back to us, yet another scared us with their wacky suggestions for solving some of the roofing issues! Glad we ended up going with Precision! (thats why were getting an estimate here soon for our garage roof--couldnt afford that in 2015)
