I got stuck with a rental car recently. They sent Tim (he was the second tow truck they sent). He had to pick my car up, drive it an hour away, get another car and drive it back. I wasnt dealing with a very good rental company. Do yourself a favor and avoid Budget if you can.Tim took care of everything. He brought the car back, he left the keys at the front desk and he took the time to call and let me know that I had a car waiting for me.Annoying things like a rental car that wont start for two days in a row can ruin a short vacation. Fortunately there are people like Tim who put me at ease and was just great.Highly recommended!
