Don was a great guy and had my truck unlocked within seconds of arriving. His prices are very reasonable and my insurance covered the cost of using his services. I hope I dont need him again but if I do he will be the first person I call.

This company doesnt even deserve this one star. Oh my gosh... my daughter called for roadside assistance for a flat and HE told her HED be there in 25 minutes... she was ALONE!!! 45 minutes later, she calls to tell me they hadnt shown up, so I tell her to call them for ETA. She gets put on hold for fifteen minutes, she hangs up and calls again, HE tells her HE isnt coming at all! LADIES young and mature DO NOT CALL this company... they dont care and arent coming.

This company came from Okemos after they had already closed to help her get her car started. He did not charge enough. God bless the people in this company. Brian a real hero in my book.
