I had called many places getting estimates on repairs I needed done. He was one of the few that called me back. Joe was reasonably priced, honest, and didn’t try to push extra services like many mechanics do. He was very professional, quick, and efficient. Would highly recommend! Very nice guy!

Joe was fantastic! My check engine light was on and Joe fixed the problem in no time! He talked me through possible issues on the phone when I called to make an appointment, I made it over to his shop a couple hours later, and had my car back fixed in about an hour. Thank you so much! I had several things done including brske pads on the rear. On my car rotors should be done with pads regardless of the condition. Had constant squeaking after pads were replaced. Just fiund out from my mechanic the pins to hold the calipers and pads were left out and the anti rattle clips left out on one side. This is a serious ssfety issue tgat could have killed me. I wouldnt trust him to touch my 60k car ever again

Im mechanically inclined and cheap, and still recommend Joe/Rapid Car Care. My 93 Jeep ZJ 5.2L had the dreaded crank but no start. I replaced $500 worth of parts and spent 3 days chasing wires and checking voltages before I gave up and had it towed to Rapid. Had it back to me the next day at a very fair price. As a guy that likes working on cars and thinks hes pretty good at it, its still nice to know someone thats even better for when I get stuck!

Bought a Jeep from Joe. Turned out that the heater core went bad two days after i bought it. Spoke with him about it, although he had no obligation to do so he refunded me some money. Really cool guy and very nice shop!
