Our friend bought 2 heavy duty steel grills 2 months ago for two properties at a great price. But due to scheduling, today was the first time she could get here. No worries!Staff is excellent - friendly and helpful. Lots of great stuff for the handyman and the professional contractor. We love our local store in Palm Harbor, and this one is pretty nice, too.

Referred here, drove there 7/26/2021 only to realize the staff are low rate rookies with absolutely zero knowledge of hitch inventory or sourcing trailer hitches. Definitely NOT a trailer or hitch HQ.

Generally good, especially material handling, scaffolding is top notch. Sometimes slow to get help, but the big drawback is getting in and out (especially out) onto busy Tillery Rd - it is very difficult as most drivers in this area do not give anyone a break (way the road is). If there was a light or at least a 4 way stop, or some other way in/out at this parking lot I would probably shop here 10 times what I do now.

Excellent source for quality tools, power equipment, and parts. Shop in store often and have just used online ordering successfully for the first time.

Very good customer service experience. Had 3 employees ask if they could help me, while my husband was getting help by parts and services. The person at parts and services was very helpful to him told him exactly what he needed. So thankful for all the assistance.

Never buy from this company. We ordered a ramp in june. They said it would be shipped 2 weeks from when we bought it. They once that date got closer they extend to August now that that date is closer they extended it again to end of September. People buy handicapped ramps for a reason. We bought it on line.

Love this store, I just wish they would open one up closer to my house. Its over an hour drive from home, but I have to say every time Ive been in the store, every employee that Ive dealt with there has been very nice and customer service oriented.

They are very nice and helpful at this location. The have lots of inventory in stock and reasonable prices. The shelves are very well organized and things are easy to find. We would definitely shop here again and will recommend this location to others.

Bought a wood splitter that started one time. Took splitter back, still waiting for refund. Waiting for a check from corporate office but they dont know anything about it.Employee was extremely rude. Asked to see manager and he would not come out. No one knows anything!!

Love my local store (Knoxville, TN). The employees go out of their way to help every time I go in the store. However, local store didnt have the telescoping oil drain to use with my BendPak lift. So, I was going to order the oil drain online, which I did. However, when ordering it online, there was no option for free ship-to-store. Only option was $15 shipping on a $100 oil drain. Why no free ship-to-store?

Cheap prices good value tools

This store and company had no compassion for the customer,they cant do anything but what a computer screen says in front of them. They give ya a date spread and when its over that they dont know again just what a computer says is all they can tell you. They can take your money and when you ask for a refund theres a call for a return authorization and calls. Managers dont know anything to help but give a 800 number and you cant get anything but a run a round with those people. Sad company all the way around one hand dont know what the other is doing

Ive been on Northerns mailing list for several years now. Not to mention living with in walking distance to this local. Last week, I finally took the plunge and visited this place to take advantage of their 40 cent a pack triple A akaline battery sale. Wound up buying about 18 packs of these for all of remote controls. I would shop here more often since its close to home, but their prices otherwise, are a little outside of my Harbour Freight Tools budget. Might have to go back and buy some of their plastic vernier scale calipers from the cheap isle at a later date, but I have plenty of these right now.

Product was not on the shelf. This product was on sale! Manager stated he was going to charge me 80 dollars to assemble it. The Aerator would not be ready until next Wed! This is not the experience I wanted on making this purchase. 80 bucks for assembly???

New trimmer busted on the second time starting. No returns if it takes gas or oil. Parts counter doesnt have the replacement part but still wants me to bring the trimmer. Place is a joke

We were looking for a sturdy Moving Dolly, NT+E had great looking one at a discount. they were open before opening time! Clean large place at a good intersection, safe, they have tons of equipments, my first time to a NT+E. I was warmly greeted by all the personnel inside. lady at checkout counter was super nice. loved overall experience!

Purchased an air compressor from northern tool in KnoxvilleWhile assembling the item I noticed the parts werent made to go together the air filters had a 3/8 inch connection while the area they were to be inserted had a 3/4 inch threadI called customer service and got no where said they would send new air filters but then hung up without taking my information

We bought a pressure washer attachment to open a plugged drain. This snake crawled unassisted to the blockage, then blew it to pieces. The little girl who helped me was kind sweet thoughtful and she knew what she was doing.

I worked here around five years ago - Kevin Krings and his team of managers are some of the best bosses/managers Ive ever had. Service-wise, these guys know what theyre talking about and have a ton of good advice. Just stopped in yesterday to pick up some flare nut wrenches and they were super helpful with walking me through some automotive maintenance tips. Great people with a wealth of knowledge.

Was on a road trip from Greensboro, NC to Phoenix, AZ. My trailer lost its spare tire. Found these guys online, called, and they said that they had what I needed. Drove to the place (Which was on the way), they had the tire, it was easy to find, and it was on sale for $35. Fit the trailer perfectly. Now why cant all stores be like this place? (March, 2012)

Took something i payed cash for and was told I will receive a check in 7 to 10 day will never shop here again used pressurewasher twice only had 2 month they had for 3 week and kept getting the run around done
