I had one day off to get my yard mowed and my mower wouldnt crank. I took it to these guys. They were very friendly and got me up and running within an hour and half. Also they taught be a couple of things about maintenance for my mower that I had never been told before.

I was initially impressed. took my mower at the beginning of season to have pull cord replaced... they had it finished suler fast, easily under 2 hours and the price was very fair. however, the cord was much thinner than the factory and 3 mows later, it broke. at the time i patched with a boot lace because i didnt have time to take it to shop... yesterday it finally gave all the way out and retracted back into spool... today i drove over hoping maybe they would honor the weak cord but if not i was ready to pay again for repair so long as they used a stronger cord. driveway was roped off, so i called to see if it was closed for lunch (posted hours are 9a.m.-6p.m) but no, a recording states that business hours are by appointment only... wow

I feel compelled to write a review based on how awful my experience was, unfortunately.Brought in my mower 8 days ago to this location. As of today it hasnt been looked at so I took my mower with me. Owner offered reasons why it wasnt looked at yet, but he did not manage to call me 1 time to update me on any status. He also did not answer my voicemail or my text to his office. Also did not answer my 29 phone calls over a 4 day period even one time. Onwer came up with reasons why its hard to answer the phone. Claims they are to busy.I read the awful reviews left by other people on Google and Yelp and thought, eh, it cant really be that bad, plus the owner seems like a really nice guy when speaking with him.Let this be a warning to those who give the benefit of the doubt to people, do not take your business here.

I found this business doing a Google search and its fairly near to where I live so I decided to give them a try. I dropped my trimmer off on a Friday and was told that the typical turn around time was 5 to 7 days. I had not heard anything by the following Friday so I called and was not able to speak to anyone. So I went to the business and was told it was ready so I paid. We go out to the shed where the unit was stored and it would start intermittently and then shut off after a few seconds. Basically I was told they needed to check it out some more and it would be ready the following Monday or Tuesday and they told me I could get a refund till then. I decided not to.The following Wednesday rolls around and I still didnt get a call. I go there and the guy who I assume is the owner told me the repair guy was not there and my unit was no where to be found. I basically reminded him that this was day 12 since I dropped the unit off and his response was that was a pretty good turnaround time. Remember this is day 12 and the unit is not ready and he could not even find it. Thursday I get the voice mail that it was ready. Friday I go to pick it up and it starts and seems to be working so I am happy. I leave with it and was driving around for about 40 minutes and it tilted to its side and leaked some gas in my vehicle. I thought that maybe the cap was not on properly in addition to it being on its side caused the problem so I didnt think much of it.Today, Sunday, I go to use it and realize that no matter how tight or loose I put the cap on that once I tilt it to use it, it is dripping gas. Obviously this is not safe and the gas will run out in no time. If you were me would you go back?Response to owner post:1) The unit does not have a fuel line issue. The unit was leaking fuel from the fuel cap as previously mentioned. I resolved the issue by placing a freezer bag over the tank then putting the cap on and the bag formed a seal that prevented fuel from leaking. The unit did not have this issue before it was brought to your business. The leak was not obvious at your business because from my memory the unit was never tilted enough to allow the gas to touch the cap.2) My issue is not so much with your turnaround time. My issue is that when I asked about the turnaround time when I dropped the unit off I was told something completely different. I was told 5 to 7 days. Now I am being told 12 days is good.3) On my second visit the unit could not be found while I was there, even though it should have stood out because of the very visible break in the handle grip.4) The aftermarket head that you claim caused the problem is supposed to be universal and has worked on the unit for more than a year, maybe 2 years (not sure why this was brought up).For the sake of people reading this review I decided to leave my opinion out of the edit. These are just facts.

I took my scooter there for several repairs. A couple of the times was due to things they caused, such as bad wiring job. They put an extra hot lead and melted my headlight. They bypassed the kill switch making it possible to start at at any time key or not. They destroyed a gasket and did not replace it, leaving oil leaking. They are very polite at first then seem to not care anymore. It just cost me 268 dollars to repair the damage they caused. Also each time it came back with screws missing that holds on body parts/ferrings.

Stopped by during business hours to find a chain pulled across the entrance. So I looked up the phone number on Google, which lead me to read the reviews. Now it seems the chained off entrance was a blessing in disguise.

I took my Troybuilt riding mower after the deck belt broke. The owner told me that they were a little bit behind and that it may take up to week to get to it. After three days I got a call saying that it was done, when I went to pick it up I was very surprised that not only was it done it had been washed!! I spoke to the tech that did my work and asked him why it cut uneven, he took the time to explain that mower decks have to be leveled from time to time. He had already leveled mine, and even took the time to show me how to do it. He went out of his way to make sure I understood how to do it. They will have all my buisness from now on, wish I had found them sooner!! The name on my techs shirt said porkchop, He was a big guy so I didnt ask about it!!lol The whole staff there deffently knows what customer service is all about. Thank you Pro Green Plus and thank you Mr. porkchop!!

Eric had his mower ruined at this shop. What started to be just fixing an oil leak turned into three months of ruining the John Deere walk behind, by leaving it outside, totally disregarding the property. Eric called Don Dare and tried to deal with the owner but the owner had no interest in discussing that a working mower didnt work anymore and that the mowers carb was full of oil, and that taking three months after promising two weeks was just normal business. Incompetent, poor customer service. Beware of taking your mower here.
