Love this Doctors office . The staff from the front desk to the nurses they always so professional and polite. Plus to top it off Mrs.Gibbon NP always wonderful with me .

I followed Kristel from Sevierville , I wouldnt want any other taking care of me and my boys. Kim, Whitney, and Paula are also amazing . Everything about this office is amazing.

I have enjoyed the care provided by Kristel Gibbons NP for many years now. However, I was recently charged a copay for my annual physical, which I should not have been, and the conversations I have had with the rude office staff in trying to get my money back have made me decide that I need to look elsewhere for a new physician. Nobody should have to tolerate being spoken to in such an unprofessional and demeaning manner. The only reason I have given two stars is because of Kristel.Follow-up: Have tried multiple times to call. Cant get through, person not there, etc. Still havent got our copay back weeks after the EOB came out. I guess well have to resort to disputing the charge with the credit card company.

I have been seen in this office by NP Krystal Gibbons along with my son and daughter for the past 6 years. We absolutely love the staff and Ms. Gibbons; they are kind, thorough and your in and out quickly. No matter what your being seen for or whats going on in your life they are respectful and want your very best. I highly recommend this office and Krystal Gibbons.

I just started as a patient in March, my ins coverage changed. I dont like changing offices, but after spending several years trying to find an MD that would listen, I decided to look for a woman. This office was on my list, so I called to see if Krystal would see me. She is amazing. She is real, down to earth, and always helpful. AND she explained things! I love that they do video call visits, its easier to get a sick visit that way. Even the front office ladies Ive dealt with have been nice. Its very rare you find an office with good physicians AND office staff. So far so good, I hope she stays around. ❤

Best service I have ever had at a medical office.

I absolutely loved this place. I finally found a good family doctor. But I came down with flu-b and was rushed to the nearest medical facilitiy. They asked for a copy of my records. At that point Kim dropped me as a patient. She also lied and said I was switching doctors. My feelings are very hurt.

They are very thorough, and they take time to talk with you. I love them!

First of all I want to agree to disagree with some of these comments. My question is how do some of the people responding even have time to hear what all the employees are talking about? Where I grew up my parents raised me not to be listening to others conversations that was considered eaves dropping. Secondly, I have never met the office manager as I would never have to, but I am sure she is as friendly as the other staff. Any and every time I have had to come to this facility I have been treated with the up most respect from all parties. Beginning with ALL the girls in the front office. I see Mrs. Gibbons and I will say that she is hands down amazing. I have had some medical problems that she has been so helpful, thoughtful and gracious when I come to see her. I will say she is unique in the fact that she truly cares and she takes her time to discuss what you have going on in your life and what changes should be made. Her nurse Sheri is nothing less than amazing. Now grant it no on enjoys going to the doctors office, but I actually do because I know that Sheri and I are going to have something to laugh and cut up about. When she draws my blood for labs or even gives me shots I never knew anything happened. Thats how awesome she is. I had to see Dr. Warren on time while Crystal was out and hands down him and his nurse both were so caring and tended to my medical needs. This facility gets two thumbs up from me.

The doctor and NP are very nice... Having said that, the front office staff are HORRIBLE... Kim the lady at the front is extremely rude and is always either on her cell phone taking personal calls, or shes just not at her desk to help with anything. Ive been a patient there for several years and Ive overheard Kim talking negatively about her office manager Paula countless times. Not saying shes wrong because the office manager Paula is useless. You can hear her in her office when checking out talking negatively about other employees in the office. Dr.Warrens nurse is the best stick and is so sweet but NP Krystals nurse cant stick to save her life and shes very aggressive. After stating all the negative, Dr.Warren is amazing and Kristin, the referral specialists, is always very helpful. My advice, go somewhere else with better staff. The doctor can be amazing but the staff are the ones you have to deal with the majority of the time.

They are under new management and the doctors there are horrible, if you like Dr.Frankeinstein then you will love these people.

Krystal Gibbons does NOT care. I went to this doctors office, paid the copay, filled out the paperwork, and poured my concerns out to this doctor who lied right to my face. My sleep has been absolutely sporadic with no sense of restfulness or any kind of relief for over a year now. Krystal Gibbons is the third doctor I have gone to, basically begging for relief. She prescribed me terrible anxiety pills thats suppose to help with sleep and never worked. I tried them for almost a month before breaking down and calling her. I had told her previously at my appointment that I had tried other medication that was an an anxiety treatment as well which did not work and she STILL prescribed it to me. I had to pay for the prescriptions, deal with the pharmacy over terrible policies, and call her office REPEATEDLY. I finally got a hold of Krystals nurse, I had called during the day around noon and got a return call at the end of the day. I said whatever, I guess Ill suffer for one more night. The nurse told me that she will tell Krystal all that I said and that they would give me a call the next day to change my medicine. The next day comes and I wait patiently ALL DAY to hear back from them and it took me having to call into their emergence line at 6 pm and literally BEG on the phone for something that will work and to also be accused by Krystal that I was supposed to call them! When you call them, you cant even get a hold of the nurses, you HAVE to talk first with the front desk and then wait for a call from the nurse! This place is a joke! They have no respect! They lie and they dont care, even if they tell you to your face that they do! Please do not waste your valuable time and money on these hypocrites.

Nice Staff and place. clean Examin rooms.Nurses and nurse practioner very nice and attentive. Dr. Celeb Warren, who I see for 4 years now, is listening to all my questions, witch is very important to me. Dr. Warren also explanes in detail medical terms to me till i understand them, thats very important to me. You also get a written explanation and diagnosis report when you leave!
