Very clean ! Staff at convinent care were really really sweet and nice ! Not a long wait in waiting room and called and got an appointment next day . The building that the doctor office is in is absolutely beautiful definitely has that old Knoxville downtown feel

They charge you for speaking with representatives... stay away from these greedy, ridiculous people.

I was so happy with my visit today!! Everyone was so nice and helpful!! I didn’t have a choice but to take my 8 month old to the Dr office with me and everyone was so patient with us! They took the time to help me with my daughter so I could get the care I needed. I felt like I was listened to and all my questions were answered! I love love this place and so happy I found a primary care that I enjoy!

This is the second time I have been to this clinic and should have never returned after the first. The first time I explained symptoms and she told me I could be having a heart attack and sent me to the ER. I instead went to another walk in clinic and they actually looked further and figured out what the issue was and gave me the right treatment for it. NOT a heart attack! The second time I went in for a bad reaction for an insect bite that I just wanted to get checked. The PA told me she was going to prescribe me a steroid cream as opposed to having the shot done. I later find that the steroid cream she prescribed me was hydrocortisone. It is also the same strength as over the counter, so I feel as if they just did that to take my money. I already had this at home and she could have even directed me to just buy it OTC but instead charged me the $30 co-pay and and I paid $7 for the prescription, way too much for this steroid cream if you ask me. I will never be returning again.

Im not usually the type to write a bad review but my experience at this clinic was exceptionally bad. While the staff is nice their nurse practitioners were only as beneficial to refer me to physicians. As a patient I observed excessive testing and inadequate charting techniques. Due to this lack of training or experience I routinely paid more for my visits and had to fight with insurance. I have good insurance, but after spending 2000 in bills on my annual physical I found another provider.

Finding a doctors office can be difficult. Finding an office that goes along your personality is almost impossible, but this one fits perfectly. The staff is extremely nice, courteous and down to earth. I appreciate the genuwine kindess that they show to me while I am with them. Dr. Tiffany Marshall is AMAZING! Shes extremely open and helpful. I am very thankful to have found this office.

Quaint and clean health clinic with very friendly staff. Tiffany, one of the Nurse Practitioners, was amazing. She answered all my questions and was extremely approachable.

Very long wait times. I made an appointment for 11, but I wasnt seen until 11:50 due to the number of walk-ins they had. Whats the point of making an appointment if they dont honor it? They need to do a much better job at managing their walk-in/appointment queue. Wasted a lot of time waiting.

This is amazing clinic Dr Tiffany Marshall and her assistants Marcie is really good to my family. Dr Tiffany Marshall is loving caring and amazing person.

I was able to walk in and get treated for strep throat more-or-less immediately. The LNP (Tiffany) was friendly and extremely thorough. Having Phoenix Pharmacy right next door is convenient too.

I work downtown, and I was able to get an immunization shot during my lunch break. The staff took great care of me, and I was back to work within the hour! I look forward to returning the next time I need medical care.

Says they close at 2 on Friday... got there at 1:35 and was turned away. That’s not the way I would run my business.

Easy to get an appointment the same day. staff very friendly.

Horrible. No one there knows how to do their job. The nurse taking my blood didn’t know what she was doing and stabbed me eight different times. The staff is very rude
