This location was extremely helpful. They were able to fix all the other problems at the Redmond location created.Only thing I would recommend is making sure you reach out to your customers via a telephone call if you guys are going to change any reservations, trucks, locations or anything. Not to send out automated text messages for matters like that.

Fantastic customer service. I called the uhaul down the street and had a horrible experience. I called this uhaul and spoke with Jose, he took the time to explain the entire process to me and worked with me on the delivery and return time of the vehicle.Great experience so far, highly recommend this uhaul site.

Wish I could have done 0 stars for this Uhaul dealer.What an incredibly painful process, I never in a million years will come to this place.Here’s the deal. Me and my friend were trying to rent a truck. He made the reservation online for 7:00pm on a Saturday night. This was after normal hours, and this location has an “after hours process”. Well let me tell you, don’t ever opt for this.We showed up to pick up the truck at 6:55. On Uhaul’s website you have to sign in, and it will give you a code to a padlock on the back of the truck. When we logged in, the site said “no vehicle has been added to your reservation” and gave us the name and number of someone to call for help for an after hours pickup. (Named Ashley.) Ashley had forgotten to add the truck to the reservation.We called Ashley, no answer.Called again, no answer, left a voicemail and texted her as well.We then attempted to call uhaul corporate where we waited for 20 minutes on hold and never got through to someone for help.I proceeded to call Ashley, no answer.I called her repeatedly, and it became apparent that she was declining all my phone calls. After the 10th phone call I left a voicemail explaining to Ashley that we needed to get inside the vehicle and no vehicle had been added to our reservation.On the 11th time calling, Ashley finally answered, and she rudely explained to me that she was trying to edit our reservation (it was 7:20 at this point) and that since I had called her over and over again she couldn’t do that on her phone. Then she said “but I got it, so it’s added now” and she hung up.We had been there waiting patiently for the first 25 minutes but she had made no effort to respond or help us until I spammed her with phone calls.THEN, after all of this, we went through the “online verification process” to unlock the vehicle, including adding photos of driver licenses, and having an online representative confirm the drivers licenses. This process took another 20 minutes waiting for Shevaun from UHaul to confirm the drivers license.Uhaul, this was such a joke. Please fix everything about this.

Its a small building off a busy street and the directions to get there put me in a driving lane turning away from the store. They had everything I needed.
