This is the 2nd time I have had Anthony from Septic Response out to pump our tank. Answered my call directly, scheduled on the day I requested (he was willing to come sooner); showed up on time, and did the pump out. Very reasonable rates. We had 7 people using the system this last year, and had really worked it hard.On his first time out last year, we had a plugged septic inlet pipe (I had temporarily cleared), and he came out in 24 hours. He had evaluated the system and recommended some specific improvements (add filter on the outlet baffle, replace the broken inlet cement baffle with PVC baffle), and that I could do it myself if I chose, or he could do it. Very friendly, always informative. He checked the pictures I sent of my install and said I got it done right.Terrific guy, and highly recommend him.

My septic pipe was clogged and we couldn’t use the water. We thought our septic was full, but when Anthony came out, he explained what could be wrong with my system. He was right on the money! He came out right away to fix the problem when I couldn’t get other companies to come out for a week. He was prompt, accurate, and explained how the septic system works. I had no idea! We called Anthony on a Friday night of a long holiday weekend. He walked us through how to dig to find the inlet pipe and unclog it. We just had Septic Response out to pump our 60 year old tank. They were great on communication in both scheduling and arrival day of. We got a detailed description of the work they did, the state of our septic system, and some instructions on DIY maintenance to reduce the chances of potential problems (aka cleaning the filter yearly). After having some rough experiences with other companies doing septic pumping Septic Response is who Ill be going with from now on.

This guy is honest scammer. I called them as my septic was overflowing, he came and found my filter was clogged. he unclogged filter and charged me $300. $300 for unclogging filter :(. Next day my toilet was backing water up, so i called him and he said main line from house to septic might be clogged and it will cost me $1500 to unclogged it. I called another guys and he did it for $250 and also said they would not have charge me anything to unclogged filter and then only i realized how i got scammed by Septic Response.

Came on Sunday morning discovered full sludge clogged filter and full septic tanks caused backflow. Deep cleaned tanks and filter, made sure all toilets flushed properly. Fast reponse, great communication.

Anthony gave us top notch customer service. I called him on Friday 8 January 2021. My septic system was backing up and i needed an emergency pump of the tank. Anthony was so great. We had a backup in our septic on the Sunday before Labor Day and needed it fixed before the week started. I called Septic Response regarding a septic tank pumping that I needed to do. Anthony answered the phone while on a job and asked me to text him instead. I did that and Anthony replied after getting some free time to set up an appointment.Upon arrival Anthony explained about the 2 compartment tank system I have and showed me what needed to be done. He also pointed out a few issues that he saw, while not something that I needed to take action immediately but something I should be aware of.Some issues that he found was that I did not have a real outlet baffle and filter. He did not have those available at the time and promised to come back later to have them installed, and surely he did.Overall I think Anthony did an excellent job in both pointing out issues as well as explaining why those were an issue and what I should do. He also kept in constant communication with me with regards to whether he received the baffle and filter from his supplier and when he will be able to make to my place for the 2nd visit and install them.
