Jesse is THE BEST. Helped us out on a Sunday when our water heater died. Identified the issue right away and was super communicative and friendly. Will never use another plumber.

City is not obligated to notify homeowners of change in water pressure. Found a leaky pipe caused by increased water pressure. A plumber (not Premier) came and fixed the leaky pipe and suggested to install pressure reducing valve - which was never installed in our house. His price was so out of context that I decided to explore and shop around. Talked to 4 plumbers and 2 came in to give me a quote. Finally called back Jesse from THE Premier Plumbing & Mechanical because he was knowledgeable, reasonable, and responsive! Thanks Million Jesse! We used Premier to re-plumb our entire house, switching from galvanized steel to PEX. They did a great job with the entire project:- Site prep was well done with all carpeting covered by plastic and drop clothes.- The work site was cleaned up as they went and there was very little mess in the house.- They brought issues to my attention as they were found and presented my options for addressing them. I never felt like I was getting pushed in a specific direction or up-sold.- They were on schedule for the whole projectWeve had them out for two other minor jobs since the re-plumb and the experience both times was excellent as well. Id recommend them for any plumbing work you have.

What a nice plumbing experience! We recently had 2 plumbing emergencies (a leaking faucet in the kitchen and a clogged garbage disposal). We called Jesse from Premier Plumbing and Mechanical to help us out since our regular plumber was on vacation. On both occasions, he arrived promptly and quickly identified the source of the problem. He explained everything he did and helped us better understand what was going on and how to prevent it in the future. What we like about him the most is that Jesse is very professional and honest. He knows what he is doing. On the top of that, he has fair and reasonable prices. We were really pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him for anyones residential plumbing needs.
