Frank did a great job on the inspection of our new home. He took care to make sure I understood each issue. I was pleasantly surprised when Frank arrived slightly before the schedule time. He explained throughly what he would inspect and what he’s not allowed to inspect. Frank welcomed me following him around during the inspection and answered all my questions completely.During the inspection Frank even checked the small stuff, noticing cracks in the tile, screw missing in outside faucet, and a vent that was dusty. He also went up into the attic discovering some thin insulation and that furnace hadn’t been cleaned in years and needed servicing.I was impressed that he examined the ceiling in each room for signs of water leaks by inspecting the surface closely with a flashlight. He then inspected with a thermal camera looking for possible dampness. He then inspected with a second camera to discover the possible leak was actually an area that didn’t have enough insulation. I’ve never seen a home inspector be that through.After the inspection Frank sent a detailed report including pictures with everything he found. He also included suggestions of how to correct each problem.
