I spoke with Trey who responded quickly to my bird issue. I was recommended to him but he was too far to make a house call. However, he assisted me over the phone in detail with a plan to remove a bird from my stove pipe. He trouble shooted all options for my caliber. With his professional and warm direction I was able to free the bird unharmed. You can tell he cares and loves what he does. Thank you!

On Friday night we were terrified to hear loud scraping and wood chewing inside the wall between master bedroom and our son’s bedroom. I frantically started looking for pest control services on Saturday morning. I left Trey a message on the phone and also submitted a form on his website. He called back very soon, already prepared for our conversation. He had studied our house on Google Maps in 3D, and hed already had ideas and very good questions about our rodent problem. Trey spent over an hour with me on the phone on Saturday explaining intricate details of the matter, listening carefully and giving invaluable advice. Trey especially won my loyalty when he heard that I wanted to install traps on my own, and upon hearing this Trey proceeded to give me very detailed advice on what type of traps to buy, how to use them, what protective gear I should wear in crawlspace, how I could find entry points, etc. Trey is definitely a high caliber professional, who deeply cares for what he does and who treats customers with care and empathy. I highly recommend Trey to deal with pest problems!

Pest Control Northwest, as far as I can tell, is a one-man show named Trey. He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to his craft. If there is a mice/rat/bug threat to your home, then trey will find and correct it. He has what I would call a long-look-back/long-view-forward philosophy about pest control, meaning that he does not merely rid your home of whats bugging you now, but he tries to make your home Impermeable in the future.So keep in mind...(1) Trey is a savant who will explain more about pests than you ever can remember; (2) Trey is quirky but loveable, and you need to get his attention at first, but once engaged in the problem is like a dog with a bone; and (3) Treys services are very expensive at first, but the value may extend well into the future. The $69,000 question is this: How many times do you want a dead mouse or rat that was poisoned by a commercial pest control company to immediately crawl back inside your house and die inside the walls before you fix the problem the right way.

Trey was great! I found him online in a desperate search for hornet removal@ hornet control nw. I called him yesterday Saturday around 5 pm he answered his phone as he was removing a critter of sorts in Monroe Wa.and was very personable on the phone and took the time to listen to my problem. As I had just discovered a larger than a basketball Hornets nest in side my basement inside my common house. In Edmonds Wa.He set a service call for 10 am Sunday, today he showed up on time and went to work 90 minutes later ALL! HORNETS DEAD!!! NEST REMOVED!
