Recently we had a rodent issue and contacted some companies but they could not locate the correct position or had no idea of what exact animal it was. I decided to try Croach since they offer free inspection. Cassie came on time and found the possible entrances which I was convinced. She set up the traps which caught rodents the next day and sealed off entrances. She is so patient to answer all my questions and responsive to my messages even during none business hours. She is careful and very professional on the job. I am very grateful.

We have been using Croach since we moved into our home about 6 years ago. They come out quarterly to do their normal thing and always show up when they say theyre going to. Additionally, weve had to call them several times in between our regular service (once for wasps, once for ants in our house, once for mice in our garage) and they have always been able to come out quickly and fixed our issue to our satisfaction.After having the same technician for several years (he has left the company), today was our first experience with CJ. Cost $350 to remove a wasp nest, but the wasps are still flying around after 1 week. Called them and they said I need to pay another $350 to get nest fully removed.

Over the years I’ve dealt with several different professional pest workers, she is by far in a league of her own (THE BEST). She is so thorough that the rodents don’t have a chance. BE SURE TO READ THEIR CONTRACT! Massive cancellation fee!After receiving two scheduled services from Croach, our pest problem was not resolved. The ants returned in no time at all, for which they had some excuse about disturbing their nest or whatever. We decided that we dont have room in our budget for quarterly services THAT ARENT EFFECTIVE, so we decided to cancel. They informed me that there would be a $220 cancellation fee. As a person who is unemployed due to Covid, this was not a nice surprise, though I should have read the contract more carefully. You are not paying for 5 isolated services in a calendar year, you are paying for a full calendar year, broken up into 5 services, and they will get that money from you somehow. Crazy, being that their services wasnt even effective. The woman on the phone who helped me cancel was condescending and made tasteless implications about my unemployment status. I do not recommend this company. Ill buy some insect treatment and traps at the hardware store instead, being that thats all they used anyhow.

Actual service at my home was fine, used them for approximately 2 years. I had to cancel my service because of other issues. Called customer service and canceled and asked for final bill to be mailed. Two days later recieved a voicemail asking to pay balance over the phone. Fine, whatever. I did that a day or two later.Final bill arrives in the mail with a threat of taking me to collections if my bill isnt paid promptly.Thats not how you treat customers who are always prompt in paying their bills.

Trevor came to my house and knocked down a wasp nest that absolutely massive. He was very pleasant to be around and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using Croach if you have any issues and want someone professional that gets the work done.

Choose another company. I cancelled with them, paid the penalty, which they tax you on. They put out rodent traps which YOU must take care of. If you have a pest issue between services YOU must contact them(they dont do between service follow-ups). No interior services were offered. And I do better spraying with HomeDefense and Tempo.If you call their billing office, a gal answers and offers to help, gets all your info and then says she needs to transfer you that she cant help. However I did get my eves swept once....Choose Pointe!!!

I called Croach to come back out since my last quarterly treatment because I was seeing spiders in the garage and a wasp nest starting to appear in the peak of my roof line. Within two days Randy came out and took great care of things!Randy got here on time and quickly assessed what needed to be done. He was not only very personable but also a true professional! He set me right at ease with his knowledge and its evident that he really enjoys what he does. I cant think of a better combination of qualities to look for in someone who comes to my house to do work. The rat bait stations are set up and filled but the company doesnt return on our agreed upon follow up then the rats return. Im tired of calling them to return to refill them. It is a consistent problem ..I had service in early August and the told me the traps would be filled every 30 days...still waiting. Im done. i can figure it out myself...

Randy has been a great service technician. He is personable, knowledgeable about pest control and he obviously cares about the work that he does. I was out when Randy came over (I later saw him remotely on my camera). I ran into him at the gas station the next day. So far, very pleased with the service provided by Croach. Yes, they came by in the afternoon and gave their sales pitch. Yes, they wanted to schedule right away and wanted payment info upfront. However, as they were going through the garage, etc, a HUGE Hobo spider and a possible Brown Widow were identified. Additionally, a large Hobo spider nest and eggs were found. So, an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The technicians arrived promptly and introduced themselves. They were courteous and professional. They were done in approximately one hour. The ONLY complaint I can lodge is that they forgot to close one of our backyard gates. Luckily, none of our dogs got out. I would, and will, recommend them to others.

The staff have been very professional, personable, and able to answer my questions. Scheduling has been quick, flexible and easy. And theyve come promptly. My service has been more preventive than extermination, but I have noticed fewer spiders since they started treatments.

The representative who came by the house, actually took the time to inspect and show me items that needed attention (wasps nests) that I had not previously seen. They also didnt just show me an info sheet of pests and say, have you seen these around? They were thorough, both inside and out and answered any/all of my questions. We have them coming out on a quarterly basis for pests.

The Products Work and Veteran Discount! They are very thorough and have done a great job over the past two years. Occasional scheduling quirks have been the only issue. Ive had other pest services in the past and they seemed superficial and always wanted extra. This company is better priced and better service!

[Rodent service call] The service specialist Jesse Weaver was excellent -- very thorough, professional, courteous, and pleasant. He arrived on time, expertly answered all of my questions regarding rodents and questions about the different measures and pest control devices that Croach put in place to safeguard against rodents (e.g. crawl space traps, exterior bait stations, etc.). I have been using Croach for 5+ years, and have always found their service to be very good for the fair service fees they charge.

Seems to be working well. My neighbor saw the Croach vehicle at my house and thought we had cockroaches so he was concerned. I dont have roaches, I just dont like spiders and bugs. Service has been good, they have good follow up to ensure quality of service.

The service people have been very professional, attentive, and respectful of my home and pets. They have responded to call backs when I notice issues that need resolved, and have always followed up to ensure I was happy with the level of service. The only reason they didnt get the fifth star was because this past summer I had an issue with some stubborn bees hiding in my siding on the second floor. They made multiple service calls to rectify the problem (at not additional cost), but it took extra scheduling and effort because the first two times they arrived for the problem, they did not have the proper ladders and equipment. However, they did bring the correct equipment on the third try, and were always pleasant and professional.

Michael came to the house a few days ago and did a completely thorough job of trying to get on top of our ant situation. He gave me several tips and thoughts on how the problem got to such an extreme point. He said he found large quantities of ants around the perimeter of the house. He treated these aggressively. About two days after he had been here we found hundreds of ants in our upstairs bathroom. Upon his suggestion, I have contacted our gardener to pull ivy and vinca away from the out side of our house. Thank you for sending such a conscientious person to help us with this problem.

I am highly disappointed with this company. I signed up for pest control services with Croach back in 2016. I signed up for monthly services which were meant to run $60 a month. Great! I had then basically stopped paying attention to the bill as this was (what I thought) a simple fee for simple service. As time went on, the techs who would visit my home would leave debris all over my yard, driveway and walk ways. So I started shopping for another company. I found one and then immediately called Croach to cancel my service. Months later I am being billed for services that I did not authorize which took place after I cancelled my account with Croach. Upon numerous phone conversations with this company I was told that they have “no record of my cancellation and they would research and get back to me”. Which is complete and utter BS. If you are considering hiring Croach, I would recommend that you maintain a written record of all conversations with this company as I did not. Now I am having to pay for services that I never wanted. I caution any home owner looking to use Croach services.

A man claiming to be from this company came by our home twice yesterday. first in the mid afternoon but nobody was home (we have him recorded on our camera) and then again during dinner. he was rain soaked and had no literature or business card with him. we felt bad because he was drenched but found it very odd that he would be going door to door without any material to explain their services. tried calling the company several times today just to see if that man actually works for them, but nobody answered. i am suspicious of these people and will definitely not do business with them.

Ive had this service for several months now and the experience with them is spotty at best. They have wonderful service people and terrible service people, but the real problem seems to be in the office.I called to complain about a service person telling me off when he arrived without the equipment to do the job and after 2 PM when the appointment was scheduled for the morning. He was unprepared and rude. OK seems and easy fix. He refused to leave the front of my home. I called the office and talked Matthew in the office, Matthew asked if I could just let cranky tech do the service. This was after I had spoken to Matthew to complain that the technician had told me off. I said I was concerned about what kind of service he would provide given we had a disagreement and the tech seemed woefully unprepared. Matthew said they would send someone by to check up on the work. They didnt. He also said I wouldnt have to deal with that tech again. Ok. Im a patient person and regretting that now.Just a few minutes ago and a week later Matthew called to ask it I would still allow the tech who had told me off when I complained he was late and unprepared (no ladder I had to get mine out for him) Still service my account. I was shocked. It didnt sound like Matthew would take NO for an answer. Angry I said OK and Im going to decide whether or not to cancel my contract altogether.They are cheap but you pay in a dozen different ways. Not impressed. Strongly suggest you use a different provider or expect to upsaled and get poor service if you dont pay through the nose.

Their staff is amazing! So courteous and friendly! I had ants in my bathroom and after just one treatment they are gone! It was raining the day they came out and so they sent another person the next day! He even sprayed the places in the house that the other guy couldnt go due to my dogs being locked in that room because of the rain! Highly recommend

Trevor came out to my house to do the monthly pest control. He was new for us, recently trained. I filled him in on our recent mice infestation that weve been fighting a while now. Long story short, the Croach team came out and tried to take care of the problem, we paid lots of money for new insulation, for them to kill and clean up the mess, etc. and a whole area was forgotten about. The mice were still running around in our crawl spaces and who else knows where. I was very dissatisfied with their work. Trevor came and really tried to make things right by checking on the mice traps, taking away the dead mice, cleaning up anything and really trying to find the point of entry. As soon as Trevor left, I did get a call from Croachs office and we are getting someone back out to help again. Trevor really did go above and beyond to make sure as a customer my needs were being met!

Ive only seen one dead spider and have seen several alive spiders next to the house and new spider webs outside. I was concerned with how quickly the technician completed the spraying. Now with what Im seeing, it makes sense.

Croach representative came on time. He did a very detailed inspection of our house, garage, eaves and yard. Treated all the nooks and crannies where insects and other pests hide. I was very happy with his work and would recommend Croach to anyone who is looking for someone to handle pest control.

Dont use this companys service. Read the reviews about this business in BBB or elsewhere. You will know that this business truly is. Be aware of their door-to-door sales, because they lie and use tactics to trap you in an expensive agreement. That costs me $500 eventually to learn this lesson, that never believe those door-to-door sale person and signing any document with them is stupid. The sale told me they would do an initial treatment, and come back to check the results in 30-45 days. They use the language to make you feel this revisit is part of the initial service. But the truth is they would charge you $129 plus taxes for that revisit. I knew this when I received the bill. But actually I didnt see any people around at the claimed service day, and received no notice for their revisit prior to that day. The worse part is I found more and more spiders and cobwebs inside my house and garage after their two consecutive treatments in one month. My house is a brand new building of only several months age. We didnt see spiders in the house before their treatment, but spotted some webs around the house. Try to call them for this issue, and just found I can never reach a real person during their business hours. What you can do is leaving a message and waiting for someone call back in the following several days. if you unfortunately missed that call, no second attempt would be made and you have to call them again, leave a message, wait for their call back patiently and wish you are not busy when they call. I decided to cancel the service and just found I have to pay 75% of the remaining full service or $200 for early-termination. An expensive lesson: say no to those soliciting person and never sign a document before you fully know what it is.

There was some difference in what was promised and delivered. The technicians should do more thorough job and pay attention to detail. I still see few spider webs after the service. Rest of the service was fine.

I am only leaving one star because they will not let me leave a lower rating. I signed up for a years service with them I completed that service and then when I spoke with them on the phone I said I no longer want to receive their services. I choose not to continue because I did not receive the service I was promised when I signed up. They had promised to help me fix some issues I was having involving bird getting into my attic, which they never delivered on. That is not the reason they are getting a low score they are getting a low score for what followed when I asked to not receive their services anymore. Once I requested to end my service they sent someone out and charged me for it. I then made repeated calls to try and speak with someone and it took 9 phone calls just to get someone to pick up during their normal business hours, this is not acceptable. On top of that the lady who helped me new nothing and was going to have an account manager call me back, which never happened. I have since tried contacting them a few more times getting told there is nothing they can do and they will have an account manager call me back, this has yet to happened. Now I have been contacted by a collection agency which I have explained the situation to which I will probably end up having to pay to avoid and credit issues. Needless to say I would not recommend this company if you do not believe me just try calling their office or check their BBB reviews, I am not the first person they have done this to.

We love this company! We didnt realize what a nasty bug problem we had - but when Croach came by and talked to us about how they could help we were relieved. Kiowa got us set up on a bug service and was super knowledgable and really low-pressure and friendly. Kevin came out and did our first service and he was great! He was thorough and friendly. I had a great experience with Croach. In June I needed a termite inspection done to refinance my house. Blake Miner came out on a Saturday to do it so I could have the report to the finance company by Monday morning. He was thorough with the inspection and very efficient at what he does. He recommended of some repairs that could be done to help prevent some rodent and pest issues in the future. They showed up on time and they exceeded my expectations on service. They didnt push unnecessary services on me, and the price is extremely reasonable. They cleaned all the cobwebs, even on the second story. I am very, very happy with the service.

We have had Croach Services for over a year now. At first I was skeptical that they could deliver on their product getting spiders and other insects, etc out of the house and garage. After the first treatment we saw an immediate difference. They even set out traps to catch mice that have been around the house. If we ever have needed additional service between quarterly services, I call and within a few days, the technician comes out to take care of any concerns at no additional cost. Did clean the garage of old webs but did not do a thorough job. I noticed quit a bit of spider webs that were easy to spot had they walked all the way around. They did also put down sticky traps all around inside the garage.

Dont do it. Though these guys are polite and all they sprayed so much poison on the eaves that it dripped into all of my berries and veggies. I was speaking with their manager and all they were willing to do is mot charge me for the next service. I told them thats not acceptable and I havent heart from them since even though I made attempts.
