Im sure, back in the day, she was an amazing tailor. From all of the reviews I have found, I have no doubt about that. But, she is now semi-retired and no longer doing tailoring work. The owner says the occasional minor repair, e.g. buttons replaced, snaps added, patches sewn on, etc. shell still do, but she no longer does alteration or tailoring work. I only wish she would have someone update her website to reflect this change, so that no one makes the drive to her business/residence again, only to be turned away.

It seems this business is for relatively minor repairs? I drove over with a leather jacket with a tear that I wanted to repair — she wasn’t willing to take the project on and seemed to imply it wasn’t possible to fix. I found another shop where I got it repaired instead that did a great job. Definitely call ahead at least to inquire, don’t waste time driving over like I did :-)

Ella is the absolute best!! Always friendly, sweet, courteous and kind, she obviously cares about providing excellent service - and being so affordable is a nice bonus! She is the kind of person worth going out of your way to do business with.

I wish I could give at least 10 stars to Ella! She does excellent work and is very accommodating and reasonable. She altered a leather vest for me and her work was perfect. It was impossible to tell that the vest didnt come from the factory that way. She also made some smart suggestions that I wisely agreed to and the vest came out way better than the original.Thank you, Ella!

Very nice lady does high quality work. Relined all pockets on my 35 year old leather jacket. Reasonable prices. Very fast turn-around. Will return for future needs. I went back and had a zipper replaced. Only took one day! Cant guarantee yours will be that fast, but this is the place to go for quality work at a reasonable price.

Cant say enough about the great work Ella does. She is exceptional. She repaired a 40 yr old vintage Vanson motorcycle jacket for me. New inner lining replaced with heavy duty 2-layer lining and a couple of other repairs to make the jacket like new again. Very reasonable pricing for the repairs and quick turn around. Do yourself a favor and save the hassle bringing your repairs elsewhere, this will be the best money you spend for a repair hands down.
