While not bad for my age, I am not the most computer literate person. I am a college professor and have lived in Denver, Chicago, Minneapolis, Portland, Houston, and now Kirkland. Before having the good fortune of meeting Leon, computer repair was all too often an unrewarded leap of faith.Lean is a true gem of a professional and a genuine good guy. He was clear up front and then went far and beyond once he commenced the repair.I join other loyal clients to encourage you to not be uncomfortable with the lack of a formal storefront that would add nothing to his service. Rather, it speaks to the personal interest and pride that he takes in his work.

On Sunday morning, my laptop (I use it for my business) did not start up Windows and could tell something serious. Leon answered a call on Sunday and I could drop it off early Monday. He fixed my computer with really reasonable cost - knowing that he had to watch for hours and hours to backup and restore. He notified me the completion around 9pm on Sunday and let me pick it up. I really appreciate his help and expertise!!

I had two keys on my keyboard that cease functioning. I went to two computer repair shops. Shop 1 offered 1 option---a new keyboard. When they couldnt find a keyboard to order for my computer, I went to Comp US. Leon offered a much less expensive solution-- replaces the two keys. He went online ordered the keys. the next day. Leon was in constant communication with me ever step of the way. I will continue to do business with Comp US.

I know computer repair is not as common as it use to be but when you need something fixed it is very scary. CompUS is 10x better than best buy .

My computer crashed with serious error. Leon which owns business was able to trouble shoot it and backup my files then clear up computer and get it running again for reasonable price. This fixit place is not for everyone as he works out of his home but think of it more like a friend helping you out. If your not comfortable with that then probably not for you but i first went to a fixit place in redmond that wanted to put my computer on a stack of 12 other computers for a few days before anyone would even look at it and tell me what it would cost to repair not knowing who is working on it or when. At least with Leon you know who you are dealing with. He is very knowledgeable and i came to trust the work he was doing which was most important to me. So far no issues with repair and thankfull able to recover and backup files. Tell Leon Kurt sent you. He will treat you right regardless but nice to build a local network of support.
