Spent thousands of dollars for consultative services without proper setup of Sonicwall Firewall system.The customer service is actually really good, the difficulty is getting their IT team to complete projects properly and timely.I spent hours trying to organize their team so that we could have proper setup.Main issues in their workflow which causes huge pain:1) When you send requests you have to email 3 different people to make sure your tickets even get response2) They use a high amount of support hours (at $150 an hour) but produce very little results.3) Their technicians dont answer your questions or follow up with any plan or what they have done to solve your problem.4) Antiquated ticketing systems and project management systems for 2018.I have never placed a negative review or even a review in my life. Posted this in hopes that the company can change their procedures and if not consumer please be advised.
