First time the specialist came without tools to open old chimney baffle plate. So he told us that if we can open it by ourselves then he will clean it. After that I called the company 4 times during next 3 days. They told me that they will call me back and nothing. Finally on 5th attempt I got to someone who rescheduled an appointment. And since that time together they already rescheduled my appointments 4 times, soon it will be next month and the specialist still didnt come.
