We are very impressed on how great our carpets look! We get a lot of foot traffic and our lobby carpets needed some thorough cleaning. We hired Simple Steam to clean some tough stains and they look brand new. They were responsive, professional and were here on time. We will definitely be reaching out again in the near future for more carpet cleaning needs.

Mike was wonderful. He was friendly and efficient. The carpets look wonderful when he was done. And they were older carpet. We just moved into this new location and the previous owner had two dogs which he kept in that office or second bedroom. Mike did everything he could to improve that situation. The carpet looks good and Im very thankful for his effort.

I was perfectly satisfied with the overall process including the actual cleaning and the professionalism of the person who showed up to do the work. However, my concern that warranted 3 stars was due to lack of clarity in the pricing. I called for quote explaining I lived in 2 bedroom apt and gave estimated square footage. There were no follow up questions from their end, and they gave me price of $150 which I was ok with considering other places I tried (I had previous apt much bigger than this done in other state for $50). When the person showed up to do the work he told me it would be $225 and that the reason was the quote was literally for 2 bedrooms assuming the other rooms were non-carpeted. All of my rooms are carpet except for small kitchen and bathroom, but person providing initial quote on phone did not ask about other rooms, and I surely did not think of clarifying at the time of the call. I had no choice but to take the job because I had to be out this same day and no way of getting other quotes in time. The person doing work did discount $25 after I explained things, but the damage was done. I tried to take responsibility for not clarifying initially, but I think they could have done a better job of assuming my ignorance of how they price and simply asked how many rooms total are carpeted. If I was told it would be $225 I would have gotten other quotes. I don’t want to assume this was done intentionally as I try to give others benefit of doubt, but at a minimum the initial quoting process could have been better. Lesson...if you call for carpet cleaning quote explain exactly how many rooms are carpeted along with square footage so they don’t up the price upon arrival.UPDATE...after I sent email explaining my issue with the pricing exercise, they actually went back and reviewed the tape of my conversation and admitted to being at fault in not making it clear enough (who knew they actually do use call recordings for training purposes). They gave me another $25 off and offered a discount on any future cleaning. You cant get better than the response they have provided. Mistakes happen and people deserve to know when they make up for the mistake as well as they have. Well don Simple Steam FIVE STARS!

Mikao was great to work with. We had him come by to clean the hallways and common areas of our two-story home in July. Our kitchen and bathroom had recently been renovated and we wanted to ensure that the carpet was clean and safe for our little ones and four-legged friend. Mikao was prompt, professional and very courteous. A text was sent to notify us of his ETA. He completed the job faster than we anticipated. He used corner guards to protect our freshly painted walls. What impressed us most was how quickly the carpet dried. He used these special fans that expedited the whole drying process. We are glad that the cleaning revived our carpet and didnt leave a dry, crunchy residue on our feet. We are completely satisfied with the service and highly recommend Simple Steam.

I was able to schedule for the next day in a crunch situation and the technician was on time and set up meticulously (tarping the door, protecting all the corners). The pricing was extremely transparent, with no upsell or hidden costs like other companies, and they agitated in the Scotch Guard, which I really appreciated. I intend to use Simple Steam every time from now on, after never being that impressed with any company thats come out. I have small children and a dog and the carpets were honestly a mess and they look brand new now. He even cleaned both on top of the rug we have under the dining room table, and underneath it.

Mikao gave a quote that was reasonable and that he stuck to. He was on time and did an excellent job. Was very professional. Protected the corners of our house with plastic barriers so that the house wouldnt damage the corners. He has a truck mounted steam cleaner that made the carpets feel new. There were a few stains that I didnt think would come out, but he was able to work his magic on them. Most carpet cleaners will not move any furniture, but Mikao went the extra mile and moved a few items for me. Will use him again for sure!

Simple Steam carpet cleaning has always done an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We have used their services twice now and they are always able to get them looking revived and smelling great! We have 3 dogs, so accidents are always inevidible. Mikao works fast and effienctly, but also making sure to respect the envionemt around him- we customers appreciate that so much. By far the best job of carpet cleaning that we have had.

I called Simple Steam to have my office carpets cleaned and I had a time deadline. I was able to book an appointment right away. Mikao arrived promptly,. He was friendly and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I had many areas that were heavily soiled and on very light colored carpet. I didnt think the dark black spots would come out but Mikao assured me they would. Sure enough, when he was finished all the carpets looked like new and there were no spots whatsoever! Mikao had asked if I wanted one of the offices cleaned and I had told him no. Once he gathered his equipment and left I decided an hour later I really did want that room cleaned. I called him and he said he was booked for the rest of the day but happily agreed to come back at the end of the day to clean the small room. Mikao came back at the end of the day when he said he would and cleaned my extra room for no charge! I was very pleased with his overall performance and professionalism. I highly recommend Mikao and Simple Steam.
