Five star service. As Costco gas station closed couldnt fill the gas, they consider and charged only for 3 gallons that is also at pump price. Highly recommend.

Kirkland WA pickup, SeaTac drop off. Enterprise usually gets a 5 out of 5 rating from me, but this experience was less than stellar. Although I rented the mid-size car months in advance, they tried to put me in a Chevy Spark, a subcompact vehicle. They said it was the only car they had left.When I refused to accept the tiny car, they came up with a mid-size car that was parked in the back. This was not something that Ive ever experienced at Enterprise in the past, but have experienced at other less-than-desirable car rental companies. Ill try them again knowing that the demand far exceeds the supply for rental cars due to what happened during Covid, and that most likely created what was experienced at the Kirkland pickup location.

Easy to book online. The man who helped us ended up upgrading us to a larger SUV which was much appreciated. We are actually looking into purchasing that same model now. Smooth and quick check in and out

I was told it was better to get the gas included when I told him I only needed it for less than a day he still insisted. ended up costing me a lot more money, then if I would’ve just filled up the 1 gallon I may have used. The person helping me could’ve just been honest instead of trying to commission or bonuses off with me.

The worst rental car experience that I have ever had, hands down. I have a trip planned for California from the 18th to the 24th with my family of 4 and had an intermediate SUV reserved for a total of $280. Sounded pretty good to me! Upon arrival today 11/18/2020, I was welcomed by an incredibly aloof and unhelpful young woman who let me know that the only thing they had for me was a small, 4 cylinder Nissan. Anyone who has driven to California and back will know that a 6 cylinder is basically a necessity to get over the pass with 4 people + luggage. As I voiced my displeasure, I could literally see her eyes glaze over as she gave a half hearted explanation as to how the Nissan, while small and underpowered, was still classified as an intermediate SUV. She was though, very keen to let me know that she had plenty of other options for me to choose from, that only would cost me an extra $50-100 dollars per day! I took the cheapest option they had, (which I am viscerally regretting now) a dodge grand caravan with 36,000+ miles, that stinks like the hundreds of people that have driven it before me, creaks and groans when driving, has the stickiest most disgusting steering wheel I have ever had the displeasure of touching, touts a disrespectful 18 MILES TO THE GALLON and is costing me (instead of $280) $350 + deductible. I should have walked off the lot right there and then, but I needed a car. Once I got home, I lost full composure and called to speak with a manager. The gentleman that answered the phone was equally as unhelpful as the agent who rented me the van. His idea of resolution was to offer me a discount on an upgraded vehicle, an Audi for $520 + deductible. I politey declined and hung up. Im sick to my stomach just thinking about this abhorrent experience and the situation I now find myself in. I highly discourage anyone from coming to this location if this is the way they treat their customers.

I originally gave this place one star, however, I decided to update my review. The branch manager, Brian, reached out to me and explained the situation. He made a genuine effort to make things right and I truly appreciate it.

I would recommend not to chose this location. In my 25 years of driving , haven’t encountered an awful experience as this location. They claim to have bookings without having a single car. They will ruin your holiday plans. WARNING ⛔️ if you go ahead !

Don’t rent a car from this place , totally waste of time , zero costumer service , my friends and me went to rent a car there since my friend doesn’t have a credit card he had to pay with debit card and they told us they will charge $200 more for deposit we got that and I told them to wait because I was going to send money to my friends account , when they run the card before wait me after all process they said card declined and they can’t use the same card in 24 hours , they tried to put me as a second driver to charged more per day it is unacceptable when I explain she was so rude i think she did it because my friend couldn’t speak English when I say I like to speak with the manager she said she is the manager wow her name is ANNA , the worst rent a car I have ever seen

Manager, Anna at this facility was incredibly disrespectful and was not helpful. After attempting to resolve my bill, she kept interrupting me and eventually hung up on me. Then when I tried calling back, she put me on hold without picking up. I called back and another individual by the name of Braven assisted. He was incredibly helpful.In addition the rental car that I was given kept having its service warning come up stating an oil change was needed from the moment I turned it on. What the heck are they doing when it comes to makings sure their cars are ready to be driven?

Make sure you read the daily price for the vehicle you are renting. Sleazy salesman tactics. Quoted a price way off the one he stated.

I was willing to rent a car from this place. The manager, Anna wasn’t helpful at all and she was very disrespectful. The other girl working there was very nice and she was trying to help but Anna was straight up rude and wasn’t helping us. Because of Anna’s manner I canceled our reservation and rented a car from somewhere else.

By far, the best, easiest and least expensive rental car experience Ive had. Im an exit or two down the freeway from this store and Shaun, the representative who answered the phone, was here with a car for me within 30 minutes. A couple days later, I called to tell them I no longer needed the car and 15 min later, Shaun was at my door. Didnt have to fill out a bunch of forms, etc... was very easy! KIRKLAND, WA 98033-4533Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 11402 120TH AVE NENormally I use Enterprise Pick Me Up service but this time Enterprise Deliver the Car and before turning it over to me, sanitized for COVID-19. Performed at a level above my expectations.Enterprise provided me a vehicle that again exceeded my expectations and at a great price.Shuttle vehicle was sanitized with Driver protective barrier, along with 6 feet of separation between Driver and Passenger as well as Driver and Passenger both wearing face mask. I felt safe within the confines of the enclosed vehicle and COVID-19 was well addressed by Enterprise.

We have a loaner due to car repairs provided by insurance, the rep drove the rental with a another upgrade option similar to the type of car I am driving , new model , low mileage and have pay a reasonable upgrade fees for a test drive . Enjoy their services provide and will definitely use them again

I was so happy renting from this location. I accidentally made a reservation at another store and I frantically called them and asked if they could honor the reservation. They pulled it from the other location and had everything ready for me when I showed up. Their staff was always polite and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be back.

We were traveling when the alternator on our car went out. The shop we left it with set us up with a discount rate at Enterprise, so that we could continue our trip. The Enterprise folks came right over to pick us up, and lent us a big Nissan SUV with all the bells & whistles, to drive the next two days. Clean car, great driving experience! Return was smooth, took us back to the repair shop and helped us unload/reload. Ive been renting from Enterprise for the last 20+ years and theyve never let me down.

Just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you and congratulations on having the honor of employing outstanding associates. One young man in particular came to my rescue on Thursday, Jan 23rd around 17:30. I was on my way to a rather important meeting and being unfamiliar with the area, got lost, walked into your office and was helped immediately with direction as well as getting the gps app downloaded. Wow... !!! Unfortunately, I did not ask for your associate‘s name. Should he ever find himself on Germany, I hope the same courtesy will be extended to him. I certainly will never forget his as I am now traveling with GPS assistance and will favor Enterprise in future car rental needs.

Great People - Great Prices I rented a minivan for a week from Enterprise to shuttle in-town visitors around for site seeing. Not only was the minivan priced hundreds less than elsewhere, but the Chrysler Pacifica deluxe edition provided had a huge full-roof sunroof and every bell and whistle available. The team of professionals at my Kirkland WA branch were polite, fast and efficient at the pickup and drop-off. Ive had a similar great experience with my other Enterprise rentals so great customer service seems like the norm.

I ended up renting a truck for about 3 weeks from them.I went online to a discount car rental site that booked me with Enterprise for a cheaper rate, they showed a multitude of available vehicles from them, I called to verify with this location when I asked to be picked up at home, they were telling me that they only had Dodge Caravans in stock but would honor the low price I was given for a mid sized truck. Once at the rental office a full size Chevy truck opened up and I was given that, the rate at check out was higher and I showed the gal my emailed verification on the price, she made the correction after the fact which was fine.My advise on renting from them.. Do your homework and dont expect to get what you think you booked online. The pick up and drop off was nice and the people working there are all very friendly.The one thing that is a must and I found a few damaged areas after I left on the vehicle both inside and out, Take a video with your phone of the entire vehicle , both inside and out . I did it for outside and checked the video after I noticed the damage, yep, it was all on my video even though I hadnt noticed it initially. They usher you through the check out and inspection process for prior damage really quickly, there was no issues when i dropped the truck back off, but I had at least my video of the outside if it would have become one.Would I recommend them? Yes, I would.

This location is the best location to rent a car! Kyle has always been super helpful as well as Lauren. They were amazing when i needed a car after my car accident and they have always met my needs however they possibly could.

Very courteous and speedy service. Vehicle selection obviously not as good as an airport location but I usually get a car I enjoy driving. Rental expense is lower than airport because you dont have to pay for all kinds of airport surcharges. If I am in Seattle for longer than a week, this is my preferred location to get a rental car.

Everyone here was so wonderful. My car had to go into the shop and I have a 2.5 year-old who uses a massive car seat which needed to be shuttled between vehicles. They were so patient with both myself and my daughter. It could not have been anymore painless. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Can be pricey if you dont plan a head, they hold double the amount of the rental on your cc until you return the car. The cars are clean easy to fuel. With lots of places to pick up and drop off. And the customer service is top notch

Great service all around. They were busy but also very attentive to customers. Went out of their way to help me.On two separate occasions I have left important things in my rental accidentely and they have noticed them and returned them.

I picked up my car a Charger, and everyone was very nice and helpful. Drove home and parked it. It was a great driving and I really liked it. The next day my neighbor boy took a stick to the trunk and scrapped the paint on the backside of the trunk and on the right side of car. I called the police and made a report, the child said he didnt do it. So I called Enterprise and told them what happened and they said they would take care of everything. I rented the car in Kirkland and I needed to return it in Federal Way and they said fine and gave me a ride home. I use Enterprise often and have been very happy renting cars from them.

Today I called the Kirkland Enterprise location for help with an unusual long-term rental. Katie answered the phone and assisted me over the next couple hours to get all the quirks smoothed out. She was both professional and friendly, providing the ultimate in quality customer service. Id do business with this shop again without hesitation!

Great service and the car was fine. They came to the repair shop, picked me up timely and got me back on the road within a short time. When I turned in the car, it was quick and they took me back to the shop to get me car. Great experience.

If I could give no rating I would. Just dont. This location never has cars available, nor are they able to pick you up as advertised. Even if you make a reservation weeks or months in advance, you are given some poor excuse about senior leadership not allowing them to schedule more employees or wont release enough cars to support the area, anda request to push your rental back. Today my reservation was pushed back 5 hours on a Thursday...weekend rentals are a joke as well. Sometimes you get a friendly person, other times you get an employee who clearly regrets their life choices. Generally the cars are clean.

Very efficient local (Kirkland) rental car company. Professional and quick. Needed a rental car while personal car was in the auto body shop. They picked me up and dropped me off when needed.They completely dealt and collaborated with the auto body and insurance companies. I just had to sign on the dotted line. Good experience.One issue: the car reeked with cigarette smoke... but they did switch the car out for me when another became available a couple days later.

Enterprise consistently has the best rates and as long as you dont need to take your car from the airport they have great rates & great service. Ive noticed that service can vary from location to location... but the quality of car for the money is still a standout feature of this company and Ill continue using them when I need to.

The customer service here is amazing. People were very welcoming, helpful, and nice. The prices are not the cheapest but I would come back because of the people. They have a good selection of cars and the ones that I have rented were in very good condition.

Getting the car was timely. The person providing the car got me into the vehicle to accommodate by height. The return of the vehicle was quick and again the staff member was very nice and he recovered and called to let me know they had my garage door opener.

A Geico rep arranged a rental for me while my vehicle was serviced nearby (not at my expense). Pickup and return were smooth and my rental was in good shape - it also accommodated the same number of people as my vehicle (7) and had similar features (ex. backup camera).

Always friendly and give you insurance options. The only downfall is If I wanted to upgrade, I wouldve selected that vehicle in the first place. Some of us are ok with a no frills vehicle.

Enterprise Rent a Car Bothell, WAI returned my car, walked it with the agent, signed off and left. I received a call later asking if i had damaged the car, i responded no.I never heard anything else till the bill came i was charged $200 deductiblereceived notice from Enterprise that there was no claim but never received the refund. I and my family always use the Kirkland Enterprise office to rent a vehicle serval times a year. They continually make an effort to provide us the kind of service we need including picking us up dropping us off and providing the type of car we request. Very satisfied with their service and Im so glad that they are available when we need them.

Everything timely prepared and ready, from the reminders to the returning of the vehicle.Minimum negative note is that the vehicle was not as clean as previously experienced. Otherwise everything was functional and in place as always.

Katie is our hero. We rented an Impala in Anacortes but the air conditioning never worked well on our drive to Seattle. We called here to the Kirkland location, and she upgraded us to a Ford F150 at no extra charge. We were back on the road and in vacation mode within five minutes. Thanks, Katie!

The lady at the reception was rude and lied that they were not able to exchange a car from different location, when I questioned them they agrred. Then they said they were not able to find my reservation, but a minute later they were. I guess she was racist and gave a look as soon as I entered. The guy at the counter was extremely helpful and nice and kind. I dont know the name of the lady, warren or something.

I visited a few years ago and had a bad experience, but theyve done a fantastic job of turning it around. The staff was friendly and fast. I literally booked a car ten minutes before driving over there.

Many people waiting with reservations but no cars to honor those reservations at the arrival times. Customer service was lacking. We are all busy in life, that is why we make appointments and reservations.

Why do they issue a confirmed reservation if they do not have cars?. I waited an entire day based upon their confirmation and pick up later in the afternoon and then they never showed up to pick me up. By now, I have lost an entire day. I called them finally to find out if someone was on their way to pick me up and they said they got their wires crossed and that they no longer have the car I need. This is where the true colors and BS really comes through - rather than make good on the reservation and customer satisfaction, they tried to upsell me tell me to an SUV at a higher rate. The right thing to do would have been would be to provide me with a vehicle at the negotiated insurance rate even if it meant bumping me up to a higher level car. But customer satisfaction is a joke in this industry and unfortunately this location of Enterprise proves it out even more. As a neighborhood business, Id rather not have them in my backyard.

This idiot tried to say i totaled his vehicle because the inside of a couple of door panel needed to be replaced. I called ford, they are $200 a piece for a brand new door panels. He said i totaled his vehicle??!!!!! Tried to say it 15k to fix the car etc. Getting real tough on the phone like he owns the car or something. You are not enterprise! You work for them and make $20 a hr. Punk kid

Never again! Avoid Enterprise at all costs. First they gave me a the most expensive car my insurance will allow. Second, not only was the car filthy inside, but the turn signals didnt work. I took it to the Enterprise in Burien and the manager there was the most rude person I have ever spoken with. He informed me that I could spend my time and take the car to the Firestone or drive it over to the airport and they will switch out the car.I get to the airport and I ask to speak to a manager. He apologized and then told another agent to help me. I followed the other agent into the booth and he looked at me and asked if I had been helped? Really? He then passed me off to yet another agent to be taken to a car.On top of everything, I got into this rental because of a car accident and GEICO was paying for the rental. I received a bill for the full amount and when I asked Enterprise about it, they informed me that I had to get reimbursed by GEICO. I contacted GEICO and they said that was not their agreement with Enterprise and make sure they reimburse me. That still has NOT happened. They will serve ice water in Hades before I ever rent from this company again.

These guys are great. The only downside to this location is they dont pick up or drop off on the weekends.
