I like the store but get more employees!!! There is literally 15 peopls for one cashier ! Thats embarrassing for a store so well known !

I dont care for this store because its too crowded and the people are rude. Friendly staff. Well organized. Often not enough supply.

Alot of the same products for such a minimal low price, that is pretty spendy any other place.

Much better than the last time because they have restocked alot of items.

I can usually find the deals I want here. This is especially great for stocking stuffers and basket stuffers. Great source for kitchen gadgets, home office supplies and good budget party supplies. The store doesnt have a lot of room to social distance. Thats only an issue, right now. I stood about 5 customers deep in line, today, and few were staying 6 feet apart, let alone 3 feet apart. Again, thats only an issue, right now.

Found everything I wanted, boxes were in some of the aisles so it was hard to maneuver at times. Being handicap makes it more of a challenge. Friendly staff. Did not disinfect between customers which was a little intimidating because Inamnhigh risk amd no one was disinfecting carts as they came in.

I always find something new I like, especially candles!

Today was the last straw and I will never shop at this Dollar Tree location again in spite of it being just down the street from my home. Like always there was a line down one of the aisles more than half way across the store and only ONE cashier. As before there were other employees wandering around(seemingly doing nothing) yet they didn’t bother opening another register. It’s like this EVERY time I go in there and as a former Dollar Tree employee I know for a fact that ALL employees are register trained so there is absolutely no excuse to have lines this long and only one or two registers operating. Furthermore this location is frequently out of the items I go in for and will remain out of them for days or even weeks even though they get shipments every Friday. I went to this location out of convenience due to it being close to my home but I have come to the unfortunate conclusion that it is more convenient to drive out to the Canal Dr location where they keep the lines down and the shelves stocked. If I could give this location less than one star I would...

The line always takes forever. Small store and always packed. Always has 4 employees working. 1 cashier and a line that takes 20 min when it only took 2 min to find what you needed

Friendly staff and it was very busy but they kept moving. Very good trip.

They seldom have more than one cashier working at a time, even when there are 8+ people in line.

Attempting to contant this Kennewick ave location in reguards to a possible camera roll back for an incident where their cameras might have caught the record needed but,there has been a no answer and multiple hang ups(which apparently other local dollar trees have experienced often,along with customers in these reviews.)Does this store know they are buzzed about by the other dollar trees reguarding this?Well they should now.I guess Ill take another route for the cameras.Answering the phone would behoove them for many reasons.The owner should periodically try to call into their business.

The girl l, working the cash register, was absolutely rude. Never once did she give eye contact and was throwing the bags to he side expecting me to grab them from her, like if it was my job to hurry and put my stuff in the cart instead of just placing them nicley to the side and let me move as fast as I could. She never once asked how our day was going nor did she say thank you have a nice day. I believe her name was Jennifer and she has a sleeve of tattoos on one arm. I dont care about her tattoos at all, I have some myself just giving a description,so she can fix her attitude towards other customers.

Didnt find what I was looking for. Seemed very disorganized and lots of empty shelves.

I get some things I dont really need; however, I get a good price and save monies. The employees are helpful, courteous, and do a good job. I enjoy browsing.

Clean, kind and they are fairly stocked. Not the very best dollar tree I have ever been to, but for s dollar tree I think they are doing pretty great (:

Went in to buy a few items and the credit card machine would not let me process a transaction. Checker said they were aware of the problem, and the manager simply did not care!!! Horrible customer service!!!

Pretty messed up people in there.. closes doors before its actually CLOSING time!! And only lets people they know in to get items during this time.. idk who you have running your store but that is just unacceptable and plain rude!! Treat everyone equally if you cant do that then they need to find another manger. Also fix your times on Google so people dont waste their time driving to a store that is actually closed an hour before it says.

One of the cashiers (lady) was so rude. Were waiting for balloons like 7 persons and she just left, one costumer ask if she can call someone else to help us and she told us we need to make a line if we want balloons and the costumer told her why she doesnt told us before we just stand there and she just turn and left this Sr talking. That its not ok.

Cashiers try to be fast but there always friendly nice group of workers.

Very good. Find items at great price! Cards are the real bargain. Sales persons are always pleasant and cheerful.

First of all they really need to work on customer relations. I went to purchase my items and had to pay half cash and half credit. Unfortunately for me I got to wait almost 15 mins or more because my transaction was far too advanced for the cashier or their system. I forget her name but she was blonde and rude and made me feel like I personally ruined her day and her register because she messed it up and had to reboot it. Thats when Sam the manager came over and hurried me over to his line seeming like he too was annoyed, I have news for Sam and Blondie, I was not the reason for their reboot. Im a cashier and I know its possible to break up transactions because I use the same computer system. I will save my dollars and go to a place where my money is welcome.

Usually has just about everything I need to get by until I get my next paycheck. The cashier could be a little friendlier though. I love this this store.

I find this Dollar Tree is doing a great job !!! the cashiers arent that friendly because theyre probably not being paid and being too friendly in retail is dangerous, however I think its a great place to find whatever you need reasonably cheap .

I dont live here. Just ran into kill time and it seem clean but there were 12+ people lined up trying to get through one cashier so I have to say that took quite a while.

Dollar tree is a convenient place to shop i do recommend dollar

Its hardly ever stocked, the lines are always huge with only two cashiers. Not my favorite dollar store.

Yasmin has terrible customer service. she was slow at the register and when I asked to use the bathroom she lied and said it was out of service even though the other cashier gave another customer the key and said that it wasnt out of service. I shop at this store regularly but after this experience I dont plan on returning.
