Can’t believe in 2021 they cannot receive a lab order from email. Said order had to be either printed or faxed. Seriously, that’s so inconvenient. Haven’t Labcorp heard about EMR, Electronic Medical Records, and email. it’s only been around die 20 years. Unbelievable.

2.7 is far to high a score for this lab. The wait is over an hour even with an appointment. They are however fast at taking your money and billing insurance so you cant go somewhere else.

Jasmine was very sweet and personable. Waited maybe 30 mins, was a walk-in.

Only one person working at this location. I have been here an hour and a half and still waiting to get my blood drawn. Incredible. Ill never come back here again.

Horrible service ! Horrible voice messges , no one to talk to, just call and u will see, it’s messges after messges , I will never ever come back to this or any locations in the future ,it’s just better to tell your doctor to get any lab work done at any hospital insteadDon’t waste your time !

The front staff was happy, and helpful. Nick my pin cushion artist was awesome, happy, and helpful. He did excellent working with the blood draw.

I have been coming here every six months for 4 years... never had a problem...great staff...quick and efficent. Today no wait and no pain or problem with the stick. Very nice staff.

Labcorp at Medical Arts in Katy is terrible. Staff is not helpful and very long wait time.

I visited yesterday morning. There was a glitch with the check in machine. The receptionist readily checked me in and took me back. She was super friendly and professional. My veins are uncooperative for lab techs, but she got it 2nd try without having to poke around and without causing discomfort. My appointment time was 8:30 and I was out of there and to my car by 8:45.

First of all I dont like using my drivers license to sign in, but they dont want to talk to you. I was just there to drop something off. I had to go back because they messed up on my first drop off. I had to sign in again and forgot my drivers license. I tried calling no one answered. I have no idea if someone turned it in or just took it. Im going to have to go back to find out and yes they will want me to sign in before I can speak with anyone. Front desk is horribly rude!

It’s been 3 weeks i have yet to receive my results🤬🤬🤬👎🏻. please don’t waste your money and time coming to this trashy place. worst lab ever.

Great service and billing was easy. NOTE: Anyone who uses this facilities services, be aware that billing can take up to 30 days to go through and post to your bank account!!! I had a test done last month, and I just got the billing amount posted to my bank account, and it caused me much confusion until I checked my bank statements online.

Helpful staff. Very understanding, and they go above and beyond to keep our Doctors and Patients happy with any expedited work.

This office has a great, friendly staff! They are quick, and do a great job! My wife has a hard time with her veins, but this staff gets it right the first time every time.I would recommend this office any time you need lab work done.

I have to have blood tests done quarterly. Nick is the best! Always great service.

Worst lab, you will pay but never get a result nor a support. Very rude staff on top of that. Do your self a favor and use a different lab

Horrible customer service. We waited over a hour. They took a longer lunch than they are supposed to. Then they would not let me go back with my daughter. They are rude and horrible people. The management needs to do a here and see what really goes on. Trash running this place.

I rarely write reviews. When I arrived it was some time after lunch and I noticed there was only one tech. That worried me as I normally see three or four plus techs at the location I usually go to and they take forever. However, this guy was extremely friendly and professional. If I was working at a location by myself with the patient load I saw I would have been quite frustrated but he was quite calm and handled the situation very well. He found my vein immediately which very rarely happens and I didnt bruise which never happens! I took my son to him a week or so later and he was just as good, kept him occupied with silly conversations and my son didnt even notice what had happened until he was almost done. I believe the techs name was Christopher or Christian...He was very good and did a great job despite being there on his own. I will return.

The building is filthy and the wait is 2 hours !

10 min after my appointment time, I walked to the desk to ask how much longer it was going to be. I stood there for a minute before the guy came to the front. I asked him how much longer and he immediately got defensive. I told him I had a 2pm appointment. He said you just got here. I told him I had been sitting for 10 min. I then found out he was going to be drawing my labs. I said not today and headed out. He was kind enough to let me know he would be there everyday so I can choose another location.

When I sign in there is no one at the window. As I finish signing in the guy walks back but to the desk at the window and ignores me. I try to ask him a question about the order my doctor was suppose to fax over. He then gives me a disgusted look and tells me I will have to sit down and wait my turn. I wonder if one of the requirements to work at LabCorp is being rude to customers.

Very nice staff and was in and out of the building in less than 20min for blood work and ruin sample! Couldnt be happier!

After 15 minutes of being on hold, they hung up on me. All I wanted to know Is if email to fax orders went through.

Avoid this location !! Went to go get blood test drawn they never sent our blood test out the people in the office had it sitting there for days !!! The guy who took the blood test looked like he was high on weed when he did it !

RUDE!! Stood at the window for a few minutes. A man came up and only said have a seat i said oh Okay but, Im only here to pick something up he said i said have a seat and with that i walked right now.

This place is very inefficient. Made an appointment and still had to wait an hour after to be seen. Several people had been waiting longer. The person drawing the blood was having to work the front desk as well. Very poorly run, wouldnt recommend this location.
