Gotta love it when you call the store to place your order because the new web site does not show an item that you know they carry. Then when you receive the hose you ordered you see the clearance price of $26 but they still charge you the $53.16 online price. Wish Interlink Supply was still there. Never had a problem with them.

The team is awesome, Loren, Tim and Jill know their stuff. And if they dont have what you need in stock theyll order it for. Truly the Small Business owners best friend.

Been a customer since 2014 and I love the staff, enough to welcome them into my home any time and twice on Sunday. They have always gone out of their way to make me feel welcomed. Im greeted promptly, by name, and they are genuine in their communication. They call me to give me updates on events or specials. They check in to see if there is anything they can help bridge with my business. They have backed the products they sell and have accommodated me when a product didnt get on its feet.I ask about a product and they either know the labels by heart or they find the answers for me. They have gone out of their way for me even with simple things I ask for. Just today, I ask Tim about a product. He stops what he is doing, and it seemed important, to tell me a little about it and prints up a specs sheet for me. It was a simple question and I wasnt really even sure but he went above and beyond. The store is always clean and organized.Ive had equipment serviced here a couple times and David is on it. Loren has pushed for manufactures to back their product with certain service items, as if they were his own. Thats the kind of passion they all bring in, every time Ive been there, for years.With regard to one of the other reviews.....While everyone is entitled to their one sided opinion online, there is rarely a need to take a personal jab at someone on staff. Until you walk in their shoes, dont judge them for their efforts. Reviews should be about the business and nothing more. Some say putting others down is a sign of our in insecurity. Regardless of where you are in life, someone is always pulling the strings and we all have families to feed. Be gentle while you are the hammer because there will come a day when you are the nail.

Chemicals are good although they have been getting rid of too many brands that arent there own. The staff is very nice but could use a lesson in what they carry. I am more disapointed in how the guys and gals in Corp. have treated the employees that have been there for years which have been the reason myself and many other restorers are still going there and not the d-bag in north kansas city. They have the monopoly with the service department but the guys do know their stuff and the service manager is a pretty cool guy although he could lose a few pounds!
