They have professional workers. I went there thinking that my struts needed to be changed but the struts weren’t the issue. They found the issue and fixed my car for half the price. They’re really great mechanics and they offer great service for affordable prices. Omar and Theo are the best!

Got stuck on the side of the road earlier, found out about this repair shop from the tow truck driver and they were open able to help me get my vehicle back on the road same day even stayed open slightly later than usual in order help me get the car back on the road. We are in the market for a car for our daughter. We went to a local lot but I didnt trust buying the car without the green light from Omar. Customer service and price is what separate these guys from other repair shops. Brought my 1998 Saturn to Omar who showed me and explained everything that was wrong with the vehicle while they had it on the lift. I will be a repeat customer with how I was treated and how good they took care of the vehicle. They really go above and beyond with their service and make you feel like family. They take their time with your vehicle and the work and warranty is the best.

If I could give these guys more stars I would in a heartbeat. I called as they were closing on Saturday memorial day weekend and was told to come on in. The owner had already let all his employees go because of memorial day weekend but Omar stayed and did all the work himself. I brang in a Ford fusion 2016 for headlights. The car requires you to pretty much remove the whole bumper and more in order to get to these headlights replaced. I had attempted to change them without removing the bumper prior to bringing it in but with my big hands and such a tight spot I was unable to do so.Omar made us feel right at home. Took care of everything and had it done in about a hour. . The Ford dealership of course wouldve charged a arm and a leg and wouldnt even get it in until next week. Both headlights went out and how you going to drive a car over a holiday weekend with no lights . Omar was there to the rescue and took the time he couldve been with family or friends in order to make sure we had our lights working. Such a great guy and a great place. Would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to get work done by a very professional, fair, and welcoming place.I cant rave enough about him for coming though in such a short time and being extremely fair with prices. My sixteen year old son purchased a used Toyota and he didnt like the families mechanic. We stopped at Joliet Tire and Auto. Omar gave him a quote on tires and he checked the car out. We had been giving a ridiculous quote from another shop. Omar gave us an affordable quote and he started the work that day. He has been nothing but honest and forthcoming. The car is safe and dependable and we owe that to Omar and his team. Omar is the new family mechanic.

Being an African American woman I find It so difficult to find affordable car service. This place is AMAZING. My daughter told me about it. They didn’t try to oversell or use any condescending language towards me. Amazing service. Although they’re pretty busy when you inquire a good time return “ there word is golden”. I recently needed to change a turning signal light bulb in my car. I think you had to go behind the bumper in order to do it. I went to two repair shops on Larkin to get estimates. The first guy was going to charge me $60! The second guy acted like I wasn’t worthy enough to even bring my car into his shop! So, I remembered seeing the new Joliet Tire & Auto place down the street. Not only did I get a reasonable price, I asked about their full synthetic oil changes, and got a great deal on that too! The owner is a great guy, and an experienced mechanic. In less than an hour, I was rollin’ again. Give this place a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

I am beyond pleased with the services that Omar and his team did on my car. My check engine light turned on, and I dreaded taking it in because I knew it was going to be an expensive fix. Joliet Tire and auto diagnosed my car within hours and provided me with a very reasonable price. I compared the price with Mercedes Benz, and I found that Omar reduced the cost by hundreds of dollars. I was so pleased with his work, that I even got my oil change and renewed my cabin air filter with them. My car is running so smooth. I am officially a joliet tire and auto customer for life!

Joliet Tire & Auto is my new place to go for car problems. I went there with many issues in my Nissan Altima, they were able to diagnose my problems quickly. The owner is a really good dude and truly a man of his word. He didn’t try to upcharge me like these other places, and he really went out of his way to take care of me. Not only did he fix my car in the same day, he stayed 3 hours after he closed to get it done! The service was of the highest quality & I highly recommend this shop. Thank you 🙏

Wow. What a great affordable mechanic who knows what he’s doing. Always willing to work with you. Already had my whole suspension redone then my water pump blew and he got me towed to his shop didn’t have to pay until my car was ready and never tried to upsell me on anything now my car is running even better than ever. These guys are nothing short of amazing!!!!!!!! They are super nice. I was stranded 600 miles from home trying to get to a new job and my car left me hangin and so did a couple of mechanic shops in the area. They proceeded to calmed me down feed me lol diligently checked the problems with my car and fixed everything past there closing hours. While holding down the other customers and longer term projects. Everybody was #1 to them. Will be living over the line in south Michigan about 2 1/2 hours from this shop and will make the drive back here if possible in the future to have my vehicle work on. Nobodys perfect but i challenge you to find a better shop in Chicago. If you live in Chicago and your stranded or something. MAKE the toe! Make the drive. Trust me! Get you car here. Youll be OK.
