Service was amazing. Kevin helped me get the bugs off my car from a long drive and was super friendly and helpful. 5 star service which you dont get everywhere!!!!

I did the automatic wash and used the vacuums to clean up the interior (for 2 cars, the same day). I did the $10 wash on my SUV and was a bit disappointed to see there was still some mess left behind. I did the $7 on my car and I feel it was just as good as the $10. Great in a hurry but Id probably just recommend doing self serve next time. So far as the vacuums, the machine ate my quarters... twice so I would up having to use my card. It didnt get hair out the carpet the way Id of wanted but overall it was fine. I wound up eating up the missed spots when I got home. So, not great but not bad either. Definitely a good option when youre short on time though.

Nice car wash. The gentleman working was very helpful and kind. Super hot day and hes out helping his customers without stopping.Janesville was once known as downhome friendly, and this gentleman was no exception.

I only go to Super Wash to clean my car. Never have to worry about scratches or my car not getting cleaned in those tough spots!! The owner Kevin is extremely helpful and friendly!! Definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Not all car washes are the same that’s for sure! I got the best service at the Super Wash on Mt Zion today. The owner Kevin helped me get the truck into the auto wash bay, and he then hand sprayed the bugs off the front and did a spot free Rinse application on the whole truck! He treated our truck like it was his own. Thanks for the great service , we will definitely be back and highly recommend everyone else stops in too!

Bert was absolutely wonderful! He actually made my van soaked in bird poo shine from the washing assistance he provided. He went above and beyond the wonderful car wash service. He made a life long customer of me 👍.

I’ve seen the attendant a couple of times and both times he has been very helpful.

Car wash works well, but I used my card and stopped it at about 6 dollars. As I was pulling out I noticed my card was charged $10. Just a heads up, bring your change and save a dubious overcharge.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went into the automatic. 5 bucks...it went one time around! My car is still as dirty as it was when it started! For 5 dollars I expected a LOT more! Buyer beware! A complete rip off!

The customer service at this car wash is beyond amazing. I thought the car wash did something to my car to make it dirty after I got a car wash. However, it was my fault, but Kevin and Ryan still hand washed my car for free plus gave me 3 free tokens all with a smile and positive attitude. I won’t go anywhere else for a wash. So, I had a nightmare experience at a different car wash, left there with my car covered in soap and drove straight to Super Wash...I had never been there before, but obviously couldnt leave my car covered in soap!Upon arrival the owner, Kevin, was onsite, and noted the obvious! I explained what happened and went on to pay for my new car wash...Kevin wouldnt let me! Then afterwards he gave me coupons for two more free washes for my trouble today! The amazing thing was that this wasnt Kevins error to fix but he did anyway!!Thank you Kevin..you got yourself a customer for life!!

Owner is awesome very friendly great prices and the product actually works unlike most. I only go to the super wash in Janesville 2-3 times a week will never go to a different car wash.

Super Wash is a wonderfully convenient place to wash your car. There are nicely equipped bays for do-it-yourselfers and an automatic brushless wash/dry bay. They have periodic token sales that make the cost more budget-friendly.

Dont waste your time and money here!!!!!I went to the Super Wash at 25 S.Crosby in Janesville.I got the $5.00 automatic wash.the sprayer didnt seem to put any soap on my autombile, there were a couple of bubbles to indicate otherwise but I still have my doubts. then the arm made a single rinse pass and before I knew it I was prompted to pull forward.at most I spent two minutes in the wash bay.all in all I would have gotten a better wash from a rainstorm. 😖
