The billing practices are terrible. They wont let you out and hold you hostage for all the fees, even if you find someone to beat their price by half. Then they want to hold you and offer you competitive rates, slashing it by 50%. They dont care that they overcharged you for years and lock you into a bad contract. Once you cancel, they keep charging fees and refuse to take your cc of the file.

The guys that come out and actually pick up our bio waste are awesome...its the customer service and the pencil pushers who are absolutely horrible. Billing is always off, perfect example my current bill isnt due till March 3...called into pay through the automated system and it states my bill is twice the amount it actually is....they bill everyone ahead a month sometimes even 2 months in advance. Every time I call to actually speak to a human theyre rude and abrasive. I keep missing my cut off date to cancel my contract....that wont happen again this year. Ive sent an email and Im sending a letter certifies to cancel. There are so many other companies who dont lock you into a contract and their customer service reps are awesome...I know because I have another business that uses another company offering the same service and Ill be switching over to them asap. 9 years as a loyal customer and treated horribly.
