I would give ZERO stars if it was possible. After GFL acquired Waste Management, their customer service has been non-existent. They are not punctual and have missed our collections days for 2 weeks before. I own a restaurant business and cant afford to have trash piling up for even 3 days because it is not sanitary and looks terrible for our business. I understand there are issues in todays world; However, there is no excuse when I have experienced so many issues with GFL for consistently over a year now.

Use company for twice weekly trash removal from my business. Every three to four month something seem to go wrong with their pick up schedule. I call and they reassure me they will pick up garbage ... this will go on for days yet no resolution. it has now been a week plus with no resolution resulting in an overflowing garbage container. People on the phones are friendly but for some reason that does not translate to any action.

Terrible customer service they have missed our pick up numerous times they lie to you on the phone mention cancelation and they want to remind you of your contract .. they are what they pick up ... TRASH
