I moved into a house where the previous owners used this company. I called them the day I moved in and I was told by a representative that they would remove the cans the following Tuesday. They did not pick up their trash cans. I called them to find out what happened and the representative stated that all she can do is put my name on a list at the end of the day, but that it could be months till they get out here to pick them up. I was told that I can instead drop them off to them...this is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Its no wonder this company has such a low rating. It is quite apparent that they dont care about their customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT use this company. It took them 16 days just to get me trash/recycling cans. I established trash/recycling service with them for my home 3 weeks ago and so far they have picked up the trash on time once and have not picked up my recycling at all. Don’t waste your money.

I wish that the fact that my trash was not picked up, again, was out of the norm. However, this will be about the 6th time in the last 9 months that i have had to call and complain that service is noy being provided. I even pay for recycling and they have not picked this up for 5 weeks. Im tired of the inconvenience and inconsistencies with the trash service. 1 star is to much.

Inconsistent pick up! Some weeks they come, some weeks they dont and leave your can piled high and sitting by the curb. Trying to contact someone is nearly impossible. The only thing this company has been consistent with is increasing monthly fees!

I called the first week I moved in and I was told the old trash cans would be picked up in 10-14 days it has now been almost a month and no one will pick up the trash cans. I have been told to leave them by the road so they can get to them. I have had these cans sitting in the front of my house and no one will pick them up. I have called so many times to speak to the operations supervisor Michael and he wont return any of my phone calls. This place is super unprofessional.

They USED to be good. But over the last year or so, the price has gone UP, even though Im enrolled in automatic billing they told me my payment was late and didnt pick up trash for over 3 weeks AND DIS NOT TELL ME, I had a hard time getting ahold of them to find out AMD MY MONEY WASNT EVEN LATE, they used to take ALL trash (if you had an extra bag, or an old vacuum or something that wouldnt fit in the can, they would take it, or broken down boxes) now they dont take any of it. After emptying my can they will drop it anywhere, I leave it ON my property by my mailbox. They will place it back down in the road, in my neighbors driveway, or tipped over .

Dont listen to all of these bad reviews. Im not sure where they got their information from but none of that is true. My trash was picked up on time every time it was supposed to be picked up. The price for their service is like $75 every 3 months. Pretty cheap for what Ive seen other people pay ($50 per month). When you call they answer very quickly and have very profession people working their phones. Their cans are all very good quality as well and quite large. I cancelled my service today because Im moving, but I would 100% use Waste Industries if I could take them with me. Also, my trash pickup day was on Tuesday morning and they come very early (between 3-6) sometimes they may be running late though and dont get it until about noon, but I would say most days its between 3-6 am. That is awesome because then I can bring my can back away from the road before I leave for work in the morning. I honestly couldnt have asked for a better trash service. Everything was perfect. I definitely recommend this company!

I paid for service starting on March 12th and was told that it would take 10-15 days to get my trash bin. Its April 6th now and I still havent received my bin. Ive called customer service twice. Most of the time their phone line is busy and you dont even reach someone. Last week I called on Thursday and was told that I would get my bin that day or the next and I never received it. I called today and the woman for customer service cut me off several times and told me she would refund my bin delivery fee and I should understand that many people are waiting for their bins. I also told her that I chased down the trash truck and the guy didnt have me on his list and she said he has you on his list. They really just dont care about customer service.

I have noticed that since the last billing cycle my cost for trash pickup/recycling has gone up nearly 15 percent. I have received no notification of the rate increase prior to it being made. Since Waste Industries has taken over my account from my previous, now defunct, company the quality of the service has plummeted. I have had 4 trash cans broken in the span of about a year. Pick up, which use to be early in the morning on Tuesdays is more like late in the evening Tuesday and once was at 1:30 in the morning on a Wednesday. Our options in my area are limited for any other services. Extremely frustrated at this point.

Good at picking up on time, but terrible with billing. My bill has gone up for the second time now in not even a year due to landfill prices going up so they claim but any other trash company I have had has never gone up twice in one year. They also charge a fee of $45 for a cart removal fee if you cancel your service and no one tells you about that when you sign up. The only place it states that is on the very back of an invoice AFTER you sign up so its too late by then. I will be canceling soon due to these billing related issues.

Terrible service. Garbage pickup is inconsistent at best. Currently, I have both my garbage cans out front (full) like they are supposed to be and haven’t been picked up since 31 Dec 2020! The rest of our neighborhood was picked up and we have the truck on our security camera driving by our garbage cans without stopping. This was the last straw....we canceled our service. The “customer service” always has a lame excuse why they didn’t pick our garbage cans up.What a joke.Do not use this service!

Absolutely ridiculous... my husband and I moved into a new home. The previous owner used GFL trash removal services. That’s fine, we went with another company. I called to see if the trash can for GFL can be picked up because the previous owner had it still full with trash in the driveway. They said of course they will put me on a “list” and to sit it by the road to be picked up. That was almost two months ago. My husband and I have called probably 5 times to expedite this process because I don’t want it in my yard. So incredibly unprofessional and ridiculous. Horrible services.

Terrible customer service. Collection driver was rude. Customer service was rude anytime we called. Canceled service and had to drive 49 miles to Newport to return my cans to avoid a $40 return cart fee. A week later was charged for another charge for the next month and was told it was my responsibility to log into THEIR system and turn off the auto pay on my account. None of this was disclosed when I canceled service two weeks ago btw. Now it will take 6-8 weeks to recieve a refund which is ridiculous. Thank god we dont live paycheck to paycheck. I recommend using 910 Sanitation. We have been using their service in conjunction with Waste Industries ever since Rays was bought out. Drivers are extremely friendly and entertain my toddler when they pick up. Customer service is phenomenal. Stay far away from waste industries.

I have been with WI for a number of years and have been 100% pleased with service. I find the admin staff very helpful in offering info and assistance. Ive had several drivers over the years. Each one has always been courteous, in time, and helpful. I recommend WI.

Unreliable!! Theyve been late multiple times. Called to find out when our trash will be picked up and they tell us 3 different days until its the next week. Tell us if we have extra trash that theyll pick it up if we put it beside the trash can when theyre late which never happens! I have trash built up because of them. They keep rising the prices. Its not worth the trouble for the lack of service that I pay for. Today was the LAST straw! We will be trying 910 Sanitation.

Their service has been trash see what I did there. Since Rays went out. I finally switched to another company and am glad I did. Not only more punctual and better service but priced better. Make sure to read your invoice that states you have to pay them $45.00 to take the garbage bin back. Because we all have vehicles to do so.

Worst customer service by far. So many issues with this company I don’t even know where to begin. If you call you often will get hung up on before speaking to someone and then it will go to a busy tone. Many of the customer service workers will have a horrible tone and will be incredibly unprofessional. They do not care about their customers, only the over priced services they provide. Don’t waste your time with this company. The overall rating itself should speak wonders.

This company is borderline criminal, I started my trash service with Rays which was phenomenal... They obviously moved on and were bought by Waste Industries, who have continually raised their prices and blamed Onslow County. Now as Im moving away I can either deliver my trash bin or pay a $45 restocking fee, so if you dont have a truck or trailer go with Waste Management. Better Business Bureau should be notified every 10 minutes regarding this CONPANY.

This company charged me $115 to start service, $50 for the first installment, then they turned me over to collections for $64 bill within 90 days of starting service. Then their customer service person called me and told me I didnt register for autopay, which I did. Ive never seen anything like this corrupt company. Run as far and as fast as humanly possible. 0/5 stars.Update: just got off the phone with them. They added a $45 charge to pick up their bin. My total bill for 90 days of service is right at +- $220. I dont think I need to say anything else. They will probably try to have this review removed to hide the illegal practices happening at this business.

Just signed up with this company and by the second time they were supposed to pick up our recycling, we were skipped. Called the next day and were told they would come get it in the next day or two. They never showed. Called back and was told they couldnt guarantee that they would even pick it up. We were told there was a work order placed and they might pick it up, or a credit given, but she didnt know and that was all she could do. A call to a manager resulted in leaving a voice mail that has yet to be returned days later. Very poor service and customer service. Looking into a company that wants our business.

Would do 0 star if possible, got the trash can and 2 weeks later they have yet to actually collect any trash. I’ve emailed everyday and keep being told it’ll be picked up tomorrow. Well tomorrow doesn’t happen. Tomorrow I’m cancelling service and finding someone else like m&s. Will also contact BBB if they don’t issue a full refund, believe the reviews, don’t use this service

We have tried to be patient regarding your service. Ever since I moved here trash has been picked up on Tuesday (for the past 2.5 years) and everyone on my street gets serviced on the same day. I usually had auto draft payments or a courtesy bill In my mail. But out of nowhere they switched to email. I paid my bill in full after that thinking it was my mistake. Then all of a sudden 2 weeks ago service switches to Thursday. It is now Thursday at 8:30pm and my trash has still not been collected!!! After we were assured this would have been taken care of. Your company really needs to do some internal restructuring because this is unacceptable

-Trash was always scattered and blown around my yard. With us informing the company the rude customer service lady said pick it up yourself.-The trash men broke the lid.-We cancelled service June 1, 2020-trash can was supposed to be picked up 7-10 days...its been OVER a month since the trash can has been out in the driveway.-Any charges on the account, we were never notified and they just charged it to our card-Awful changeover with Rays...they never sent out a new contract stating their rules or payments or how things would work for cancellation, etc.-Did I mention the RUDE lady that answers the phone..Honestly, Id just like the trash can picked up and the $45 fee waived at this point since its WAY past due being picked up.

Awful company! We had M&W Hauling and they were bought out by Waste Industries. First off, they will miss entire streets on trash pick up day. When they started charging extra for recycling, I emailed asking if I could use my own can to reduce the cost. No response. They also took my trash can for an unknown reason(they couldn’t explain why) and it took them a week to replace it! Then, if you move, they will not refund the amount you have to pre pay for the remaining service. Another fun tidbit. Despite the fact that I cancelled my service on 8/27/19, my auto draft wasn’t cancelled and I was charged for the next quarter on 9/6/2019 because they don’t record your account as closed until the end of the previous service cycle. I wonder how many people were charged for an additional quarter of service after they thought they cancelled service. Luckily, I look at my account regularly, otherwise they would’ve received even more money for services no longer provided. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Myself as well as many others do not believe this company should still exist. A company that takes your money and does not provide a service in a timely manner or professional manner should be closed down. Since this is probably the biggest of very few sanitation companies we are left with little choice. Their hours for trash collection are erratic, Trying to contact them is an entire another story. What other companies offer for free they are charging a premium. I cannot wait to change sanitation companies and I can’t wait for this company to go under. They have only picked up my recycling two times in six weeks. I call almost daily and every time Im told they will get it the next day. I have been transferred to a Supervisor only to leave a message and not get a call back. Now my trash has not been picked up!Update: I sent and email to them as they requested. Wish Google would give you the ability to give a company 0 stars. Absolutely the worst company in the area! They actual keep charging people after an account has been cancelled and insist that you still have to pay for no service. Their customer service and ability to handle things in an honest, professional manner is non-existent. Their garbage collection is unreliable and the messiest I ever seen. Constantly had trash in my yard after their pickup. Spend the extra $20 a quarter to go with waste management and save yourself what will be the most aggravating experience with a garbage collection service you will ever have.

Missed multiple pickups and when we called them the customer service people lied to us and told us that at@t towers were down and they could not coordinate a new pickup. For over 5 days now they have told us they would do a pickup the next day and they dont show up. after we told them we would be canceling our service with them the customer service rep said they do not prorate and therefore could not get our money back. which is stealing because I am paying for a service that they did not provide to me. I have never had an issue with this company until last week. They usually pick up trash on Friday but for some reason they decided to skip me and a bunch of houses in the neighborhood. I called to ask why my trash wasn’t picked up and the first representative told me that they have until 7pm to pick up the trash. The trash was not picked up by 7pm that Friday. I called on Tuesday and I was told that the trash would be picked up that day because of Labor Day on Monday. It is now Thursday and my trash which is overflowing now has not been picked up.

I have paid 332 in the past 8 months and I have no trash can. I was with M&W and Waste Industries took over around march. What a billing mess..... What a jacked up crossover billing mess!!!! Mrs Angel at Waste Industries could use a class on customer service. , just the worst customer service ever! Just asked to talk to her supervisor I now have a trash can on its way! Update just paid 75 to cover me till march! The Office manger offered to have a staff member to look over the m&w payment info. M&W posted payments to a legal pad. WOW! We had to utilize their services when we moved into our home last year because they were the only option. It took over a month to receive our bins for the trash and recycling. you cannot have extra trash or anything on the ground or it will not be picked up. We now have another trash option and i cancelled this service over a month ago and our bins are still in my yard, every week i call and Im told they are coming to be picked up. well today i called again and expressed if they are still in my yard tomorrow upon returning home from work, i will just take the bins to the local dump and get rid of them myself. customer satisfaction is at a zero for this company. Waste Industries acquired Rays Trash in Jacksonville, NC, in February/March 2019. Since that acquisition, Waste Industries has instituted a monthly paper billing fee of $1.95 effective on the November 30, 2019 invoice, and raised the monthly service rate by 10% ($2.50) on the December 30th invoice. The billing fee and rate increase was without notice and just appeared on the aforementioned invoices. Waste Industries also charges extra for recycling, which led me to STOP recycling. I opted to cancel the service and am being billed $45 for them to pick up their trash can. The customer service representative is not cooperative and I assume she is just as frustrated with the calls as the customers are with the service. Her response is it was on the back of the invoice.We were informed of the acquisition in a letter dated March 11, 2019, that service would remain the same. I understand rate increases but a little notice would be appreciated. ZERO NOTICE GIVEN. Also, this fee for pickup when canceling service is deceptive. No where on any form, notice, or letter besides the back of invoice are fees mentioned and no amounts are listed. A notice should be required of rate increases and fee implementation. Maybe it is time to consult an attorney regarding these deceptive practices. Class Action Suit anyone????

I have called several times to have my old Rays trash cart picked up. Was told “ it’s on the pick up schedule now”. Called again today. This person says “we don’t pick up those carts, it belongs to the homeowner”. So since I now have my own trash cart, I’ll be canceling my overpriced service and simply take it to the landfill myself.

Theyve bought out all the options available in our area. At first we didnt mind because they stated our rate and services would remain the same. A few issues with some scattered trash here and there, but nothing major. Now we either will have to stop recycling or pay an extra $30 quarterly. They wont take anything that doesnt fit in the trash can. I had to clean glass off of our street after they dropped something and left it there to damage tires or cut kids/pets feet. And now that I want to switch to a new trash provider, I go to look for one and see theyve bought everyone out so that they could get away with this horrible service and raising rates after telling us that our rates and services would not change. And I still have the letter to prove they said that. Not happy at all. At this point, seriously considering hauling our trash to a dump myself just so I wont have to give them anymore business. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Hate to even give them 1 star after being spoken to like a disobedient child from an overbearing, hateful, controlling parent that wouldnt allow me to even speak when explaining in my defense, that yes, I did indeed have common sense which she implied if i had any i would have known when trash pickup would be. When i asked for her name and a request to speak to her supervisor, she said her name was Shelley and that her supervisor Patricia was sitting right beside her. If I could give your business less than 1 star, even negative stars I would, especially in the Jacksonville, NC area code. Me and my wife cancelled our services last October when we moved to Military housing which all of the garbage services are covered through our BAH. Somehow, someway an account was opened in my name through two different accounts, and youre looking to charge me $45.00 for services we dont even recieve. Ive been told its a scam, which if so thats fine because when I called your billing line your receptionist picked up the phone, I told her the issue after being put on hold for 25 minutes and she hung up the phone with no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone, evident by the already 1.1 star review rating.

Horrible service!! Ever since they bought Rays Garbage it has been a guessing game as to when/if theyll pick up my trash/recycling. Rays typically had it picked up early in the morning but Ive been behind Waste Industries truck a few times here lately. They block the road during the worst times and then Ive watched them dump trash on street and not even bother to pick it up. Why.?My recycling is supposed to be picked up Thurs but it still sits out front. I called and was told 2 trucks broke down and they might pick it up today or tomorrow. It would have been nice if they could have sent out a mass e-mail letting everyone know. I dont need to pay for this kind of service.I was going to look for another company to pick up my trash and started reading the reviews for Waste Industries. Its the same complaints everywhere this company services (AVG 1.1 stars). We landed with this company when they bought Ray’s. The service has been awful. People in customer service are curt and unhelpful. We cancelled the service in October with the last pickup day being 10/31. The can is still out front today and no one can tell me why nor do they sound like they care much anyway. I’ve called multiple times because the can has been blown in the road where it becomes a hazard. They can’t even be bothered to pick up their property when a customer cancels. This company has taken over for our garbage company and we have had nothing but bad things to say. They do not pick up our trash or recycling when they are supposed to. And now there is a flyer going around that only a couple people have gotten stating they are raising our rates and picking up less. Why would our rates need to raise for you to come less times to my house? You dont come already when you say. And why are only certain customers getting this information. All customers should be notified. This is not how a business should be run or handled. I am disgusted with this company and will be looking for other options. It isn’t normal to constantly call their office to ask if your trash will be picked up on that day and when they say “yes” it isn’t picked up. The most unprofessional and highly unreliable company that begins behind their customer service desk and condescending mannerisms. I wouldn’t even give them one star, Service is Horrible!!!!

Four Times now all the trash has not been picked up. Wether dumped out of the bin or skipped. Called several times for an additional bin since they don’t pick up trash outside the bin for some reason. They dont pick up the trash on time, but trust and believe that bill is sent to your email or direct deposit like clock work! Long story short, we had Rays (awesome by the way) and these folk bought them out. Account was past due so I had to reopen my account. First she said I was past due still after I paid the account in full, then said Id have to pay for three months in advance and then a 3 month bill every 3 months, then it was 25 a month..confusing right, I know. Anyways, she told me because it was a holiday (Thanksgiving) trash would get picked up friday but my normal day would still be thursday, that was three weeks ago and the trash hasnt been picked up yet. If it would summertime, itd be maggots all over the can...So, what am I supposed to do with this trash? If I could make it appear at the dump site, I would, but I cant. So...It would be greatly appreciated if someone, ANYONE would come and take this trash.

Weve had instances where the company just forgot to pick up trash or recycle bin. Ive been trying to get them to pick up a trash can we no longer use for almost two weeks. Trying to get in touch with someone on the phone is next to impossible and when you do, they keep giving you different phone numbers to call and no one answers any of them. Its very frustrating.

We have paid our bill and even have the proof including it being up to date. But after only our garage being up and not the recycling my wife called to find out why and she was told that our services were discontinued for lack of payment. After my wife tried to tell them we were paid up they still refuse to listen and not only want us to pay 47.00 which they claim we owe but a 40 dollar fee to reinstate the service. Talk about b.s.. Really bad customer service and business practice. Worst company Ive ever employed.Company bought out our previous trash co, never picked up the old can, cancelled our account without us knowing but we were still charged for MONTHS then all the sudden doesnt collect our trash. Called the number on my automatic draft receipt and the receptionist explained, then said someone would be by to collect the trash they skipped over and fixed the account. Its been a week and the trash is still there, at the end of the road, collecting maggots. Also you charge for recycling when previous companies included the service. This company is not people friendly or eco friendly.

If this company bought out your previous trash company look into switching to the few that are still remaining. If you are looking for a trash company RUN away from this one! I made my payment early and still have not had my recycling picked up for 2 weeks. My previous company never missed a day in the 5 years we had them. If you are someone who paid for a service they did not give, I strongly recommend you file a complaint to the BBB for someone can start looking into why Waste Industries thinks it is ok to take money and then not complete the service they were paid to do. This company is by far the worst.

The worst customer service, full of irritable, unhelpful, rude people. You leave messages, and never get a call back. Lie about when they pick up. Keep telling you the next day they will get to it. If I could give a negative rating I would. I paid for a year in advance for pink trash about a month before waste industries bought pink trash. Today I get a letter in the mail from a collection company saying I own waste industries 64.50. Before I had pink trash I had M&W but canceled as soon as I found out waste industries bought that company. I cancelled and they picked up the cans before the new billing cycle began and was told no charge. I will be calling to see about refund for rest of contract because Im tired of dealing with waste industries.

GFL is a terrible company. Im going to cancel services and haul my own trash and recycling. Do Not Use GFL if you have an option on your area. They supposedly pick up recycling every other week, but will not pick up mine for 3 or 4 weeks in a row. I thought I was off cycle with every other week but after 3 weeks in a row, still a full can. No bulk pickup offered. If a bag is next to the can they wont get it. If they dump trash and something lands in the street they leave it. The driver in my neighborhood flies up and down the street. Also they charged something like $50 to deliver a trash can. All around terrible company. Do not recommend. Do not use.

Terrible when they bought MW they missed my house every time I call to cancel they give me a credit for my inconvenience (for they incompetence) today I got home and they increased my monthly fee $8.75 for recycle. Highly dissatisfied with services. My original company was apparently bought out by these people who have now created a monopoly around rural Jacksonville, as there are no other trash collectors available in my area now. Rates were promised to remain the same. Now, they are charging an extra $9 / month to recycle. That is going to be around $30/ month for trash pickup. They keep changing the date of pickup, and I cant tell you how many pickups they have missed since taking over.

I’m so furious with #wasteindustries They bought out their competitors in Onslow County and aren’t picking up garbage. It’s been 4 weeks since my garbage was picked up. The pick up I had prior to that was a missed pick up sent from Wilmington. That was a 3 week span with no trash service. The Newport NC office (which handles Jacksonville) leaves the phone off the hook all day during the week. I’ve called 11 times just this morning and it’s still busy. I prepaid my service with Pink Trash for 6 months and no one will pick up my trash. I called and emailed Waste Industries corporate headquarters and they say they will email the supervisors out there. Still, no trash pick up. I would rate them zero stars if there was an option!!!

Im disabled and breaking down my cardboard for recycling is not easy for me. I do it anyway, and they reward me by dumping half of it in my yard, leaving it there, and then blocking my driveway with my bin.I fired them today. This has happened at least twice a month since their acquisition of MW. They dont accept 2 cans like MW did, and they still charge more.I dont know how they havent been fined for the disgusting mess they have made of the roadsides near the entrance to their site on Hubert Wells Rd, but I hope someone forces them to clean it up soon.

I live in the Ashbury Park subdivision and have had an extremely frustrating experience. Apparently, I was supposed to receive an introduction letter and failed to receive that. Two weeks later, I received a call that I was behind a full month, while I havent had a garbage truck take my trash in 2 and a half weeks. I asked that a note be put on my account that I will pay on the first of next month, which the representative did, stating my service will continue. Another week and a half has come and gone and my trash is still piling up by the curb as well as every house in my neighborhood. Going to pay my dues this upcoming paycheck and drop service. I hear that any other trash company has already picked up trash a few times since Waste Industries took over.

This company is going downhill. The guys who pick the trash up are nice enough, however the way the company handles business leaves much to be desired. Got a notice that rates will go up for the privilege of recycling, so tack on another 50% to our bill for that in exchange for a larger container which we will then need to hide from our HOA. Awesome. The pickup guy explained to me that the recycling rate increase was due to it not really being viable in this area. Ok... maybe a letter explaining that then??? You know, taking care of customers and all. Once A-1 is bought out, there will be no competition out where we live, so looking forward to that. Didn’t pick up recycling today either. The fact that I literally just got off the phone with customer service and the lady didn’t even provide a greeting just let me know the type of company that I’m doing business with.I’ve been a faithful customer with Ray’s Garbage since I bought our home at the Carolina Plantations since 2012. They even took the time and effort to notify their customers before this company took over. Since Waste Industries took over, garbage hasn’t been picked up on time and what really upset me was that they left 2 of my garbage bags on my grass and didn’t even pick up my other bin that I purchased and Ray picked up every time at no additional cost.Although, I wouldn’t mind paying an extra fee in order to continue service, at no given time has Waste Industries send a letter out explaining such changes or at least notifying customers whether changes/costs would take effect or not. Then again, most residents complain about them via our Facebook group/community and realized it was not just me. Then again, I’m sure since Waster has taken over, they have seen a significant drop off customers in our area. That should say something about their service; and the fact that I’ve taken the time to explain the reason for rating them 1 star. At the end of the day, I’ve much rather switch to another company and not worry about trash!!!

This company just bought out our old company, Rays. Since the switch theyve been inconsistent with when they pick up and do not take anything outside the garbage can. We never once had a problem with Rays and now Ive already had to call this new company about not picking up trash, not picking up recycling, and billing issues. They only took over a month and a half ago. My whole street was littered with garbage left behind after they did their pick up. When we had rays, anything left by the garbage can was picked up. Waste industries employees clearly dont have any pride in their work our their company.

Nothing but issues with this company. Ever since this company took over weekly I have had issues with recycling items being picked up on schedule resulting in bins being left out for multiple days which lead to wind blowing trash across my yard. Severely thinking about cancelling and doing runs to my local dump. If this business has any customer service it is the worst I have dealt with in 40 years on this planet. I shouldnt be the slightest bit agitated this is the 2nd time they have failed to pick up my trash (NC heat and week old trash do not mix well), as they tried to talk into a circle that I must not have had it out on time.
