I love Robert Half! They have truly helped me and found me a job within a week of me signing up. I was assigned to a temp job, it wasn’t working out… I started another job 2 days later and the communication is just great! They are very eager for you to work and work harder to help you find a great fit.

This agency has truly gone downhill. Their professionalism and the way they handle applicants is very poor. When I first started working through Robert Half back in 2017, I dealt with Jennifer Banks who left quite sometime ago. She was the best hands down, always courteous, professional and willing to help. Now it seems as if they hire anybody they can find with no interpersonal skills or professionalism from the receptionist to the recruiters. I agree with one of the previous posts, they dont return phone calls or emails. There is absolutely no desire to help!! It will have to take someone from the corporate level to get this agency back to what it used to be.

Neil Savage is very sloppy and doesnt follow up when he said he is going to. Very poor professional attitude and very unhelpful.

Other reviews on google say that this is a scam to get your data. I would have to agree. In my experience dealing with recruiters, none have been so nosy as these guys. The seem more interested in every other job prospect I have than the ones that they think would be a “good fit.” Do yourself a favor and work with a real recruiter that has any intention on placing you. I very rarely write bad reviews but this has all the makings of a phishing scam. I thought the world should know.

I reached out to Ashley Argo with this agency on Wednesday, I was promised two temps that would show up on Thursday, none showed, then I was assured today the new temps would show, no one showed again, then to make matters worse this company took the word of the temp that we had a bad review in 2007, only problem our company started in 2015. They seem professional enough , but if you cant get one temp to show up for a $26.00 an hour position, you are in the wrong business. I will never use them again and suggest you stay far away or talk to the temp the night before and not take their word for it.

AVOID THIS OFFFICE. I dealt with Matt Rigdon and Travis Patin out of the Jacksonville Florida Office. These folks just want your data. They sell your data to the highest bidder , for example like real estate companies, telemarketing companies. RH was an employment agency about 5 years ago, their business model changed and now they gather information from people that have higher educations and they sell that information as a possible sales prospect. BY lying to you and telling you they have a job opportunity they are able to get information about your background and your salary requirements. Based on what you say about your salary they can sell that to salespeople all over the world. THEY ARE NOT AN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY, THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF DATA MINING AND SELLING YOUR INFORMATION. In the Jacksonville Florida Office, they will continue to email and call you to find out or get an update on you. They are hoping you tell them that you found a great job, and you are making a high salary. That information goes on a Gold list and is sold for a premium. If you are wondering why they never found you a job. Its because they are not really looking to find you a job. They just use that lie, that ploy to fool you into giving them information. They get angry when you call them out about it. I intend to post this information all over the web, so that other unsuspecting clients are not fooled.

They do not know what they are doing as recruiters. Would get 2 different answers from each person. Always was promised something that never happened. Will never deal with them again.

Absolutely the worst firm ever!The Recruiter made up a position to get my paper work and then set up an interview only to cancel on me an hour before the interview with no follow up call to reschedule only an email stating it was due to a work related issue

I should have believed the reviews that were written. All they do is lead you on. Get your info then ignore your calls. Please do not use this agency!

The job they discribed to me and the job I was actually doing were not the same thing. I was not happy at all with it and at the end of the day this company really put me in a bind with no warning. I had a terrible experience with this company, which has made me skeptical for future agencies, and I would not suggest using them. I felt like I had been lied to and like they were not completely upfront with me.

I loved working with RobertHalf! They are really out there working for you :) They gave me the nudge I needed to get into a position I wanted!

They tried to cheat me out of the rate the employer wanted to pay me.

This company is absolute garbage and a total waste of time and money. Do not go to them for staffing needs, they will ask you to pay for an evaluation/estimate and charge you money just to let you know how much its likely to cost. Look elsewhere for any staffing or third party evaluation needs.

Ive got a lot of phone calls from them over the years but Ive never been only meaningful interview because of their efforts
