I was hired by them during Medicare open enrollment period from 08 /2019 to 12/2019 for Florida Blue. During this time, while my other co-workers suffering from no communication nor support from their agency, I had their fully support, they gave me the highest rate without me getting my licence while my other co workers just half of it. There wasnt any payroll issue, and any question I have they were able to provide me with answers with professional attitude. I wish all my co-workers were hired thought them. After the contact ends, the office manager Theresa even provide me a recommendation letter to help me find next employment.I was able to become a licences health insurance agent because of them and will pursuit more training to become a insurance agent.I highly, highly recommended!!

I worked for the 2019 Medicare Open Enrollment Period. Parisa is professional and supportive. In the get-paid training, she tried her best to assist with any issues that came across so that I was able to focus on getting the NYS insurance license. Also, my co-workers were friendly, and there was a technology guy (Zach!) “hidden” among us who provided lots of help. I could get money and pursue my Master’s degree (FullTime) while working with CSS (FT). Overall, the pay was fair as well as the working atmosphere was so positive. I have learned a lot.
