I have used them every year for the past 2 years and always gotten best service and plan on renting them again this year for the 3rd year. They are very nice and sets up everything so perfectly. Love the fact they know my yard so well to make set ups so easy and they always are great with dropping off and picking up. Thank you for making my parties great.

I called a reservation in for a party that started at 4 and was told the bounce house would be delivered between 1-2. I received a call the morning of the party saying they were in the area and wanted to drop off early so they did. Because the party did not start until 4, the kids did not begin using it until then and then I received a call at 7pm stating they were on their way to pick it up.In other words, I paid $100 for 3 hours use. I asked if they could wait a little longer because that was my only form of entertainment for the kids and they didn’t care they still proceeded to come pick up.Running a professional business you should communicate the rental time allotted with the customer at the time of booking.Other bounce house places drop off and pick up the next morning.Will never use their services again and I’m getting on my business page and social media pages to let everyone know the thieves they are. They don’t care about their customers they just want the money.

Dropped off faulty equipment. Said they didnt have another. Didnt even offer for another day. Completely ruined my nephews bday . Had a bunch of kids in bathing suits for nothing. 😤 Let it sit there for the rest of the day so all the kids could just be reminded of the fun they thought they were going to have. What a disappointment

I would highly recommend this company to anyone for a birthday party, they provided chairs tables cotton candy machines bounce house they arrived EXACTLY on time! Set it up in 15 minutes made sure I knew how to work everything and came back at the perfect time to pick everything up! The process was seemless stress free I will definitely be calling them for any future parties I have! And the best part was I called them the day before the party and they came through with no issues!!! Great job TNJ!

I was reluctant to rent from here due to some of the reviews but im glad I didnt let the reviews scare me off and tried it for myself I am very satisfied with this company and the service and products we received this past Sunday for an elementary graduation for my 11 year old daughter. I called 3 other rental places before this one and they all wanted me to come and picl up a 800 to 900 pound waterside and set it up myself and wasnt even discounting the price. So I rented a waterside, popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, snow cone machine and everything needed for them along with tables and chairs from tnj for way cheaper than what the other companies were trying to charge for just a waterslide that I would have had to transport and put up myself! Staff was very professional and friendly, called and asked if they could bring it early the day of my daughters party, showed up hooked everything up, made sure it was working and showed us how to work it before they left. My daughter and her friends and even us adults had a blast! My daughter was sad when it was over, even tho we had it for 6 hours lol she asked me to rent it all again for a back to school party lol...we will definitely use TNJ again!!!

Very ghetto and rude. He doesnt keep up with his reservations at all. The guy James doesnt seem like he knows what hes doing. Dont do business with this clown, you may not get services done unless he has more than one job where youre having your party.

I would have given him 0 stars if I could. I rented a bounce house with a slide for Halloween night. It was suppose to arrive at 4:30 and my party started at 6pm. It did not arrive til 6:20 and when I asked for compensation due to the fact that it was not on time, the owner reluctantly gave me $20 but had a huge attitude about it. After his son set it up and left, my daughter and some friends got on it and could not jump because it was deflating. I called the son and he told me of some things I could try and it still did not work. He offered to bring another bounce house with no slide and told me it would be $15 cheaper. However, due to the fact that it was now almost 8pm I told him that not only did I want the amount back due to it being cheaper but I wanted an additional $20 back because it was now 8pm and I was not getting what I paid $176 for. While I was talking to the son he was yelling at his dad that I wanted an additional $20 back. Of course because they were talking to each other while I was on the phone I heard the owner say Tell her to forget it , we will come get our bounce house and give her a full refund! I was absolutely shocked at the customer service. The kids at my party were so upset that they were not going to be able to bounce and for the owner to refuse to give me compensation and to just come pick it up so I would not have anything was ridiculous. Also, the fact that the owner was making his adult son deal with the customer instead of him talking to me was very unprofessional. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GUY!!!! I have rented a bounce house every year for the past 7 years , either for a birthday party or other event and have never been treated like this. The only reason I did not rent from the original place I normally rent from was because they were not delivering to my area due to covid. VERY POOR customer service

TNJ is amazing!!! They made my sons birthday such an awesome experience for everyone who came!!! After a week of hassle trying to get the exact one my son wanted I started calling around!!! TNJ was one of two places, out of 9, that called me back!!! Reserving the slide was easy and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Both workers was very respectful and super nice!!! They made a stressed out mom whooooosaaaa after being extremely frustrated!!! I will always use TNJ from now on!!! These guys work hard to make your event fantastic!!! I have used this company at least 6 times over the last 5 years and they have always reliable and fair for the price. Unfortunately today was a different story. I booked a combo bounce house & slide unit 2 weeks ago over the phone for my 6 year old birthday party for today at 1pm. The bounce house never came!! I called about an hour before the party and the man said he was running behind due to a bridge being closed but would be there shortly. Another 1.5 hours went by and the party started and I called again and he said he already dropped all them off. I gave him my address and he said he didnt have me a bounce house today. He said he would see what he still had in his warehouse and call me right back. Never once did he apologize and I never received a call back. Very disappointing!!! I had 15 kids at my house expecting a bounce house which ended up being a total disappointment. I will be taking my business somewhere else. My advice is pay an extra 20-30 bucks to another company and ensure your party doesnt get ruined too!

James is great, prices are best in town, and rental time is outstanding. I will definitely rent a water slide again from him. No hassles no nonsense.Best party for a four year old ever!

Rented a bounce house the other day. Easy to order from James. On time delivery and pick up. James did every thing that he said he would do. TNJ delivered a super-clean bounce house, popcorn machine (also super-clean!), 8-foot table, and folding chairs for my daughters birthday party. They arrived ahead of schedule, were very professional and efficient, and were priced very reasonably. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Me and my wife would so busy planning our daughters 2nd bday party we forgot to reserve a bounce house, called TNJ last minute on Friday at 2 pm and they had it at our house the next morning at 9 am! You have the option to reserve on the website 24/7. Well I did it in a Sunday, 6 days before my event, said Id get a call within 24 hours. Nothing. Put in another reservation on that Tuesday called and drove by their building, still nothing. Now 2 days before my event he doesnt have the bouncehouse available

Reserved a waterslide for a party, and they canceled after they called to tell me they were on their way. They said it was because of the weather, but the sun shined the rest of the day! Thank God another company brought one over last minute because I would have had a house full of disappointed kids! Here it is 3 days later and Im still waiting on them to refund my deposit. I dont recommend them to anybody! So unprofessional!

We have used TNJ bouncehouse for ALL of our parties over the last 5 years! We have rented bouncehouses, waterslide combos, tables and chairs. I could not recommend a better company. The prices are the best and the employees are even better! They are always on time and are extremely nice. We have never had any issues and are always happy with their service.

Had to contact multiple times about delivering. Then it rain and I was told I would receive my deposit well the father refunded me and then I got charged again. I contacted the owner who swore I was not charged after he open and checked and saw I was recharged. Now Im having the dammest time to get my money back. Inconvenience to a very angry customer

Reserved a Bounce house online I was at work when I received the phone call from this company they did not leave a message when I went to return the phone call their mailbox was full I started calling them at 9 AM on Friday only to find out that their mailbox is always full and then by the time I got through to somebody it was too late to get my bounce house that was for an extremely important event extremely unprofessional to not leave a message for the person that is trying to reserve a bounce house from you I do not understand why anybody would want to do business with you this is absolutely horrible and now at the last minute Im trying to find a bounce house I hope you do not treat all your customers this unprofessional
