I had an appointment to get an add-on installed on my car(that I had agreed on when I purchased it). I showed up on time, and sat in the lobby for over 2 hours, in which my salesman had checked on after I had been there about an hour, and he told me they said it would be done in about 30-45 minutes. Anyways, nearly 3-hours later I go to check on my car, and they come back with it, without the add on. So, in a nutshell, they ordered the wrong thing, and it took 3 hours to figure that out! So they reordered it, I came in, even though I was told(by sales) theyd come get my car, that didnt even happen. I took it in, and they installed it in less than 20 minutes, like it shouldve happened in the first place! Regardless, I received multiple texts and emails inquiring if I got great service, but the previous incident I didnt hear a peep from them! I finally replied, and didnt get a response. I guess this place ignores negativity...Now, I cant decide whether I want to utilize the Service Advantage package that came with my purchase, or get my service done elsewhere!!!!

The AC had stopped working in my fiances car. Since its a pretty beat up vehicle that were only using for a few more months, I wanted to take it somewhere to simply focus on this one issue and not spend a fortune.I called and got ahold of Dennis, who surprised me by offering to check it out the same day. Dennis and the rest of the staff were very kind, helpful, and understanding. They listened to what we had to say and thoroughly explained the issue.The diagnostic fee is quite reasonable, and it may as well be free, as the fee goes toward the repairs if you choose to do so.I highly recommend this service center to anyone who appreciates honest, customer-focused work with none of the unpleasant surprises you tend to get with some other places.Thank you so much, Dennis and crew! We will most certainly be coming back!

My wife had a great experience buying a used car from Blake Phillips. Battery died a few days after puchase. Probably heat and age. Replaced at no charge. Blake drove 45 miles out of his way to jump start car for her. So far sales and service first rate. WILL BE BACK For my next vehicle.

They seem eager to help you out. Not really pushy but i personally dont want to sit in a office just to test drive a car. All you need is a license to do that. Other then that, seems like a nice environment.

Im not to thrilled with the experience I had with their service center.A bolt on my back windshield (its an SUV where the back can lift totally or the window can lift separately) broke. Pretty straightforward and simple.Took my car to a couple of places around town, which all told me to go to the dealership since shes an older vehicle and theyd have to order the parts anyways. I call and schedule a time to bring her in. The gentleman I spoke with in the service center is the only reason why this isnt a one star rating. He was highly professional, very efficient, and understandingly helpful when I forgot about my morning appointment. He rescheduled me for the afternoon.At check-in the gentleman asked me a bunch of questions about her service and transmission, and I informed him that she was up to date on everything and that I have my own mechanic who sees to everything then we went out to get the VIN and I showed the gentleman the problem and was told an hour. I assumed they would be fixing it. Two and a half hours later I was shown a sheet of paper pricing the total to fix the problem and loen behold a list of other engine related problems quoting several leaks including oil and transmission. Now heres the key word shown, I walked out without any quote showing the supposed problems.I declined the offer to fix those problems and took my SUV to my mechanic today who came back and stated other than a few oil stains from where the oil filter was changed he saw nothing indicating a leak.I am glad I paid my regular mechanic to check over the problem instead of trusting Nissans Service Center. I have a feeling I would have spent hundreds for no reason at all.

Chris took care of everything from beginning to end. - The car was sent to NoOP for a different repair through a body shop and they took care of some warranty issues at the same time - I didnt even have to ask them to do it. They advised every step of the way and their video they sent was most helpful. Thanks Chris.

Dont waste your time with this place, I scheduled an appointment at which time I told them the vehicle type, issue and the fact that I would be towing it to their shop. When the tow truck shows up at their shop with my van they tell the driver to not bother offloading my vehicle. I got stuck paying two towing fees and never even received a sincere apology. Didnt even bother to attempt to fix my van. Do not use or schedule anything with them they will not honor their commitment.

Took awhile to get service but love the cars there great quality.

I paid $1200 for repair service for fuel sending unit and pump. Two days later, the Pathfinder quit again. The service manager, Chris O’Neal essentially called me a liar to my face when I told him the gas gage had said I had 1/4 tank of gas, and the car ran out of gas. No more Nissans for me, ever.

I am currently here at the dealership waiting on my oil change. My appointment was for 11am, I arrived at 10:45. It is now 1:54pm and I was just told that they are finishing up with adding the oil in and wanted to know if I still wanted the complimentary wash. Ummmm... No! I have waited 3 hours for just an oil change, I dont have another hour to wait for the wash! This is my first and last time here. Ill be taking my business (and time) elsewhere.Update: Finally got my car back at 2:15. Exactly 3.5 hours after I arrived at the dealership. All they offered was $25 off the regular price of the oil change. Nevermind that there was already a coupon available for the same thing, which I mentioned when I arrived per the coupons terms... So, I basically got no compensation for my lost time. Very disappointed.

Even though my sister has the maintenance program package, the recommended services are over priced. I will say that the overall experience was pretty good in that you will not be there all day waiting for your vehicle

My feeling about this location was just ok. The waiting area is outside . My feeling about this location was just alright no nothing superior.

Went in for my oil change as it scheduled and tire rotation xcetera. The only problem I have is they lost some of my valve covers so now I got to go buy some and I dont want to drive 11 miles Ill just go down to parts store and get some valve covers but seems like theres always something happens like that. They volunteerd to wash my truck however they just wash the outside then try to clean off the bed any or do any of the interior but it was free. Its too bad that the service depart Department I couldnt be as efficient as their sales department thats something that l missed
