Used these guys for a bankruptcy. Pretty straight forward. Gathered all the financials they needed (it was a lot!), filled out a questionnaire...had filing appointment, signed documents, went to court for 5 minutes. Debts discharged 60 days later. At the court date, there was a coverage attorneyappearing which I was told happens sometimes when there are schedulingconflicts. No biggie because the trustee didnt let him speak anyway. I can start my life over and thats all I care about.

My husband and I used this law firm to handle the purchase and closing of our home. It was for sale by owner and owner financed. Justin handled the sales contract and the closing. It was a smooth process and for the same price as using a title company I was able to have a real estate attorney represent me. Would use again.

I had 11am appointment with Ruben in Jacksonville office today. He was very rude and demeaning I couldnt get a word in. His whole attitude towards me trying to get my house out of foreclosure was negative. He wasnt trying to give me any options or tell me there are no options. He asked me if I wanted house because I needed somewhere to live. That was it for me I told him I have somewhere to live for 7yrs now. His arrogant attitude towards me will be spreaded throughout Jacksonville. Poor representation of the company.

I retained this firm to help me with saving my home. I paid as agreed monthly and got nowhere closer to keeping my home, the bank has now foreclosed. I dont know if its a lack of experience or incompetence or they simply dont care. I cant tell you how many time I have to call to get an update. Unless I called two or three times I would not get any updates. I found out from my real estate agent a month after the bank denied the short sale offer that was sent in. No one from the firm bothered to call and tell me the client who pays monthly that the short sale offer was denied. So here I am thinking we are moving to a solution, we are not and no one notified me. When I called to inquire about this it took several attempts again to get the attorney Jerry to respond, even after copying Justin on the email follow-ups. Jerrys response to me was that he was on vacation and thought the office manager Christina called and told me. Ridiculous. I also couldnt get them to respond when I asked how much time I had to find a place to live. After several attempts and no response, I had to make calls to the bank to track down the bank attorney myself to find out how much time I had to find a place to live. The bank attorney was nice enough to share some info with me then referred me to Jerry who called a couple days later saying I shouldnt have contacted the bank. Well if you had responded I wouldnt have had to call the bank. I hope this paints the picture of how this firm treats clients. As of now I am still waiting on documentation from Jerry to provide information for my job to show what steps were taken to avoid the foreclosure. I made it clear this could affect my job status when we started the process and we are exactly where I did not want to me. So not only did I lose my home now I can potentially lose my job. I had to contact the Florida Bar to send the firm a letter to respond. Tuesday April 24th I got a call from the attorney Jerry he said he would send the documentation I need for work. Friday I emailed both Justin and Jerry again to follow up on the documentation and still no response again. You make your own conclusion, but is this how youd like to be treated?

I liked that they had both a flat monthly fee and an hourly fee. For the hourly fee I could call and email them as much as I wanted for updates on my case, but I knew that every call and email would cost me. In the end I went with the flat fee since I had previously hired a different attorney hourly and it got pretty pricey.They helped me resolve my situation.

Had initial appointment. Wasnt told I would meet with assistant and not attorney but ok. Felt very very rushed. Like are ya gonna file or not?? When I asked for time to think about it, I went home. Immediately I thought of several pertinent questions and emailed the assistant. Thats been 4 days and radio silence. Not a word. I guess since I was leaning toward not filing for bankruptcy they said eh, forgeta bout em.. Oh well. Ill keep looking for a responsive office.

We went to court today. We were told that we would have a lawyer present when we were to go to court. At our initial meeting with this law firm we were told that we would have a lawyer present at any and all court hearings. So I want to know is what did we pay $2885 for. The so called people that we were told was our lawyer whether it be Jerry Pryor or Damien Aranguren. All they did was file the paperwork. We were given a list of things to gather. We did. When we gave them what they asked for it wasnt enough. We had to gather ithe same information for numerous people who all wanted what we gave the first person. So what were yall paid to do besides file. We are very disappointed for being lied to from the get go. Dont hire this law firm.

This company was chosen by my realtor to hold the binder deposit for the purchase of a home we were trying to buy. The sale fell through. The seller released the funds but this law office had yet to return our funds. We have provided the wiring information they requested and still we have recieved nothing. Myself and our realtor have called numerous times, emailed, left messages. All with no response. Dont trust this office with your money, you might not get it back.
