Nate and his crew absolutely surpassed every expectation that I had for this process. They were polite, professional, and did an outstanding job. They were more than happy to answer every question I had an even explained how and why they were doing what they were doing. I hope no one ever needs this type of service, but, when you do; have Nate and his crew come through (couldnt help myself).

Puroclean did a great job of guiding us through a very hard process of mold removal from inside our walls.Russell was so helpful in explaining what the process would be going forward and Jamie, the receptionist was understanding and helpful in getting scheduling taken care of.Nate and Colton were awesome. They were so courteous and informative about what was going on in our walls and proceeding conservatively and yet thoroughly in remediating our problem. They always covered and protected our home and cleaned up any mess that may have ensued. We are still in the process of rebuilding and renovating the damage and look forward to working with Mario with the drywall install.

When my Moms home had a fire shortly after her death it was especially devastating. The insurance company said they would be sending someone over from an emergency restoration company. When we arrived At the house we were met there by Russell Benes of PuroClean. Russell was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He walked us through the ruins, showing us where it appeared the fire started and explained how such a seemingly small electrical fire had ended up doing so much damage (the house had to be gutted down the studs and completely rebuilt inside). Russell even made arrangements for a company to come in and inventory all of the contents and take anything that looked like it could possibly be salvaged to try to save it for us.We were so impressed with Russell and his team that we hired them to do the restoration of the home. We felt a sense of trust with them which is huge as we live in Tampa and could not be there to oversee the rebuilding of the home. Jared Sargent was the Operations Manager assigned to oversee the job and kept me posted every step of the way. When he couldnt call himself he had Jamie the Office Manager call to let me know what was going on. My calls were always answered and/or returned right away. I left a lot of the details to Jared to pick (light fixtures, bathroom and kitchen hardware, etc.) and felt confident he would stay in budget and not disappoint. I was always kept in the loop, the work was of high quality, and inspections were passed the first time around. While remaining professional, they treated this project like we were family and this was their own home. Their kindness, compassion and attention to detail over this period of time meant more than words can express.They completed the job on a Friday. They did such a beautiful job and left it move in ready. Even the Realtor was impressed on how clean and show ready the house was. The house was placed on the market Monday afternoon and by Friday that same week it was under contract. I cant begin to thank Russell & Jarred & Jamie enough. I definitely and highly recommend them.
